Bar'd Up

Fun little skater bar. Funky decor, decent drink selections, friendly staff. Watched Rugby World Cup here and had a good time. Also have free darts, paid pool and foozeball.

This is the best bar in Chamonix, €4 beers between 16-18 and buy 1 get 1 free for cocktails and soft drinks between 18-19 and 20-21. You can sit inside or outside but I chose to sit outside to watch the Euro 2024 games on the TV.

Good drinks, fast service. A great place to strike up a conversation with strangers! Love the vibe here.

Very dirty place, the terrace is probably not cleaned in a while, a lot of cigarette butts on the ground, the seating space was also dirty. Beer was okay, standard prices, do not expect any service from the staff members. Also they are quite tensed. Good location, but not sure if I would recommend it.

Cool little British-style pub in the centre of Chamonix. Has an outside seating area as well as a couple inside areas (pool table, games etc). Allows food from the hotdog shack opposite to be eaten at the tables. Good selection of drinks and great staff.

Excellent quirky place. Happy hour beers. Great in the daytime but probably better at night.

Great multilingual bar with friendly staff, cold beer, nice music and sports on the TV. Atmosphere is great, we enjoyed it a lot. Nothing can't beat their happy hour pricing too. Thank you! We felt like at home.

Quaint, fun, and happening. Bar staff was great and quick with the drinks even when it got busy. We went on a Thursday evening and it got a bit crowded at times. Overall had a great time.

The night we visited Chamonix, it was summer and there was not a lot open that evening. We saw two more bars that were open, but these do not appeal to us. We chose Bar D'up because it looked like a fun place and it stayed open late. They had a billiards table, a foosball table and a VERY used dart bar. When we went, it was relevantly quite until around 11 pm. Then there was a bigger crowd. They had about 6 to 8 beers on tap, but we ended up ordering the Grolsch. The music selection was good and a few of the bartenders spoke English which was definitely a plus.

Cracking entertainment, great beer and the best bar staff in Chamonix. A small, Australian-themed (ish) bar on the Rue de Moulins right by the river. Live music most nights, or SingStar on a Sunday. Football (English Premiership and international, predominantly) and other sports on demand on a variety of screens. Two games often shown simultaneously if available. Happy hour (2-for-1 pints and jugs) from 5pm to 7pm Mon-Fri.

Cool please in Chamonix town, perfect for after skiing -great vibe, people, good bio ice if drinks and deals around the week including life music, karaoke etc.

Great bar in Chamonix. Drinks were a very reasonable price and the staff were great. excellent outdoor table area which had a good atmosphere. it looks like most days had happy hours with cheap beer or 2 for 1 cocktails. Definately recommend coming here for a drink or you are in Chamonix.

this place rocked, tucked away but still in the centre of Chamonix, good cheap larger, nice atmosphere and ambiance :)
