Barefoot Barista

Turkish eggs had its unique taste, enjoyable. Chicken wrap was filling and had great taste. Coffee was ok. I don't agree with the 10% surcharges on Sundays though, I didn't feel the service was more superior compare to the other six days of the week.

Had the corn fritters, crispy hash with a side of their butchers sausage, bowl of chips and almond mocha. Portion was generous and delicious. Atmosphere was on point! Nice background music and ambience. The selection of baked goods were plenty even though we were too full to order dessert afterwards.

The surroundings are absolutely stunning, evoking a sense of serenity. The service staff exhibit exceptional hospitality, and the cuisine is simply divine. My personal favorite is the carrot cake—it's exquisite! I eagerly anticipate returning for another delightful experience.

We really enjoyed the meals here, although the chicken in the salad was a little dry. Delicious flavours, and great coffee/chai. The wait staff were really lovely and helpful. It was quite warm, so fans were on, but no air-conditioning unfortunately. The place was being cleaned when we arrived, and the cleaning products smelled quite strong, so we chose to sit outside.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The waitress didn’t pay attention to our order, brought the wrong item, and was extremely rude when I politely pointed out that the coffee was incorrect. On top of that, we asked if it was possible to have scrambled eggs, and she responded in a harsh tone that it wasn’t an option. What kind of place doesn’t make scrambled eggs? I have never felt so uncomfortable in a place before.

Got here at 6:15am, two people here two people working.. 7:15 massive line and still haven’t received our food as it’s been sitting out side the kitchen for half an hour. Understaffed and blonde waitress was pretty rude from the get go. Sort it out as you’re in a high foot traffic area. Lines out the door..

A real pleasure to have breakfast here. The quality and variety of food available is very good, possibly the best in the area. Nice comfortable seating either inside or out. They are dog friendly so that is awesome. Loved their food, great coffee will be back!

Great service with fantastic food and coffee. First time here, couldn't fault it. Great options, Turkish eggs and Boston beans were delicious. Would highly recommend. We'll be back. Thanks 😊

Aimlessly driving around, I suddenly felt the urge to eat a late brunch and hey presto, we pulled up in front of Barefoot Barista, Palm Beach. It was gorgeous, sunny morning and we opted to sit outside, on the right, by one of the wooden tables. The murals opposite were amazing, putting life to a dead block beside us. But the coffee was a massive hit! Really excellent! And not to be out done, so was my Avocado Sourdough with goats cheese, hemp & tumeric dukkah, haloumi and corn salsa. Loved the Turkish/Middle Eastern influenced healthy menu with the hemp dukkah, spiced nuts and lebnah. One of the best eats on my holiday. Great ambience and vibe, with an awesome mural on the block next door. Can't beat the coffee. And yes, as Arny said: I'll be back!

Not open at 4pm. Hotel type bar that sells coffee. Parking difficult. Palm Beach not the shop for coffee. Apparently ok for food and drink.

Wow, unbelievable food. The quality and taste was top notch. First time here and will definitely come back!

Decent sized establishment with a lovely, quiet shaded courtyard out the back. I had a large flat white and the corn boats which is sourdough toast topped with corn salsa, poached eggs, avocado, ham and goat's cheese. Everything was awesome and is go back again in a flash. My eating companion had the ricotta pancake. Fresh cut and to 2 big to finish.

Just landed at the airport and dying for coffee, breakfast or lunch? Barefoot Barista may just be your saviour with it's fresh and tasty menu, decent coffee and freshly made juices, complete with fruity garnishes. Seating is at a premium as it seems that everyone in the area knows that this is THE place to go for brunch. There's people with puppies tied to their low tables at the front, and groups sitting on the high tables in the undercover areas and in front of them all are heaving colourful plates of tastiness. We shared three dishes - pulled pork and tortillas, an avocado corn combo and a salad that had plenty of greens to make us feel virtuous. All were generous and tasty and had we had any room we would have grabbed some of the interesting cakes afterwards.

Really enjoyable breakfast for the five of us. The corn fitters was especially good and will the side of real smoked salmon (not from the packet) made it complete. Coffee was also great and staff were very attentive.

Granted I've only been here once, but it was absolutely delish & I can't wait to go back. I got the pea felafel with poached eggs & a lovely kale salad, recommended to me by a staff member. It was flawless. The service was really good, they were really friendly & helpful. Food came out fast & fresh. I really can't fault it! Like I said I can't wait to go back :)

In search of a caffeine fix this afternoon, I was lured in to Barefoot Barista by their gorgeous wooden decor (a sizeable line for take-away is always a good sign too!) After ordering I was brought over some iced water and settled in with some magazines from a rack on the wall. Can't comment on the food as I didn't order any but my cappuccino was absolutely delicious, served to me with a smile by the very friendly girl at the counter. Not being a local, I was glad to have stumbled upon this place.

Went here for breakfast today - not sure if I'll go back. Although the food & the coffee we're both good, I have NEVER experienced such miserable staff!! The male baristas were pleasant and smiley, but both the girl who took our order and the girl who delivered our order to the table were just downright miserable and stoney-faced. It actually tainted the whole experience for us.

Very nice coffee - some of the best on the Gold Coast. Food was also nice, but a bit limited (no toastie, for example).

Best coffee in Palm Beach (and also most consistent). The brekky menu is great and always evolving, with the latest additions including Acai bowls and quinoa porridge, plus plenty of old faithfuls such as the breakfast board, ideal for sharing with eggs, pesto, feta, ham, tomatoes, sourdough toast and a couple of other goodies. Can't go wrong at Barefoot, just be warned that Saturday mornings are hectic so you may need to wait a little while.

Their wellness porridge and fantastic coffee fuelled my early morning start at work. Well done! This cafe never disappoints.

The location is nice the food I'm unsure about. Sitting waiting for somebody to take my drink order for 15 min. Would really like to try it but they seem to ignore the white American looking dude. Seen 3 other tables sit after me and get there orders taken. And drinks delivered. Oh well guess we will try later. The owner finally realized their oversight and did apologize. I'm laid back but after watching 3 other tables get served. Time to spend my money elsewhere today.

5/5 for amazing customer service, 5/5 for cost for quality and 5/5 for just food and coffee in general. I love Barefoot!

This is a great little spot with excellent coffee. Probably not well know except to locals but if you're in the neighbourhood it would be worthwhile to drop in.

Have experienced the sour faced, pretentious staff of Barefoot Barista for the last time. Patronage is made to feel like an intrusion. I asked if they did scrambled eggs, I received rolled eyes and told it was too much hassle. Once you could have possibly overlooked this for the coffee (that they supposedly excel at), though this and the food now leave little to be desired. If you are prepared to wait over 20 minutes or an average coffee, with an experience matching the boxing day sales, this is your place.
