The Best Bushwackers in Florida, According to a Local
"Murph makes the tastiest version of this frothy drink. He has been serving them from his airstream trailer in Seaside since 2009. The velvety blend of vodka, rum, Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and coconut tastes like the best milkshake, but beware it is potent. He garnishes it with whipped cream and grated nutmeg." - Carrie Honaker
I’m from Kansas City and used to Kansas City BBQ. This was definitely not it but really good. Wife and I had the brisket nachos. The portions were good with good flavor. Was not real bbq brisket but more like roast but very good nonetheless. I would say picture good beachside bbq with good portions of cheese and toppings and you won’t be far off. The atmosphere was great with lots to do in the area. I will definitely be back to try more options.

Amazing place, amazing food and owner was great to meet and chat with. And he was even from Nebraska. If you are in the area don’t forget to stop in for food and a Bushwacker.
We will definitely be back.

This is what $11.50 will get you for potato salad. The food is decent but not worth the price. This place is 100% a tourist trap and wouldn’t recommend spending your money here unless you like overpriced food.

Super nice. Super fast. The smell emanating from this place is intoxicating. The taste is next level. We had the house smoked tuna dip and just wow.

Be aware that they add 15% without telling you for a tip for taking your order. Also the brisket isn't brisket. It's shredded beef that isn't really smoked at all and then the nachos are horrible! Bad tortilla chips and the beans, sour cream and cheese are all mushed together. All for $19.95! Portion was meh and very disappointing.

High cost, although somewhat to be expected and wasn’t an issue. But food was disappointing. Small sandwich bread brisket sandwiches, meat was flavorless. Unique sauces, awesome place and atmosphere. Mustard base potato salad was 10/10.

$56 for a corn dog, beer, and a half rack of ribs plate. They auto added a 15% tip for handing me the plate. To be clear - I did not tip them. They added the tip themselves to my total. This is a food truck where they hand you the food; there’s no table service. What’s the tip for? That on top of the ridiculous prices ensures we won’t return.
2 stars because the food was decent. Definitely not worth the price though.

Barefoot BBQ was a nice experience! I ordered the BBQ Nachos, and I received it fairly quickly! This town square can be very busy (especially the week of the Fourth of July) so seating can be unpredictable outside. I very much enjoy the whole vibe of the area! Much so very quite recommend!
