"Murph makes the tastiest version of this frothy drink. He has been serving them from his airstream trailer in Seaside since 2009. The velvety blend of vodka, rum, Kahlua, Bailey’s Irish Cream, and coconut tastes like the best milkshake, but beware it is potent. He garnishes it with whipped cream and grated nutmeg." - Carrie Honaker

Sea side food truck. The brisket is pretty good. A little pricey for the portion size, but just about like everything else in this area. Some of the drinks do have free refills.

Edit after owners response: If you want true Texas bbq, I’m from Austin, only Back Beach in Panama City Beach has that. Drive 20 minutes for it. It’s Texas in every bite. In 7yrs I’ve lived in Florida, I haven’t found anywhere else that gets close. In response to fees, we ate at 3 other trucks with no added fees. Maybe their fees are in their food prices 🤷‍♀️ Original review: Brisket was so dry. They told me they take off all fat and ends. Basically all flavor is gone. You need sauce. I believe it’d be great if they left all the flavor on it. Mac n cheese was pretty decent. Baked beans are spicy and vinegar tasting. All the bbq sauces have too much vinegar. They all taste like it. If I go back I’ll see what the ribs look like and maybe try them. I also realized after leaving that I was charged $5 more than the price on the sign. Not sure why. I didn’t get anything except the platter. The sign said $17.75 or close to that. I was charged $22.59. I’m local. I figured locals might get a discount as other eateries do that, but not here. Parking is a nightmare. I noticed a kids meals are over $10 each. Glad mine are grown. That’s pricey.

It's a BBQ truck near at Central Square in Seaside. Guy makes the best frozen Pina colada. I thought it would be out of a machine when I ordered.... Nope. Made it right there in front of me at the window. Hit the spot. Had the smoked tuna sandwich. It was good, just know there are large chunks of tuna in the tuna salad. Husband had the BBQ during a different trip and he proclaimed this the best food truck in the row.

Situated in Seaside, FL amongst other airstreams. The first time we tried to come here they were sold out of the Beef Brisket. Tried again another day and success! Ordered the Beef Brisket BBQ Nachos and boy was it yummy! Packed with chunks of beef brisket, ooey gooey warm cheese drizzled over the nachos, onions, jalapeños and more! Portions were a good size to share between two people. Brisket was so tender and flavorful!! OHH, they also had a variety of different bbq sauces. YUM!!! In addition, all of the staff were exceptional and friendly! Something you don’t often see anymore esp. touristy areas! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Would absolutely return for other items on the menu! Food: 4/5 (will need to try more items!) Service: 5/5 +++++ Price/Value: 5/5

Most reasonably priced & best-tasting BBQ in the area! I called in and placed my order for takeout. They were very friendly (both on the phone and in person) and my order was ready exactly when they said it would be. The meat on both the pulled Chicken and Beef Brisket Sandwiches we got was tender and juicy - no part of our orders was dry. The Mac & Cheese was excellent and although the Baked Beans were a bit spicy to me, the bits of meat included within it still made it quite good. The price paid for a sandwich platter is the best around, especially considering the amount of food and number of sides included. In fact, other members of our family went a few days later because they kept wanting to eat our meals themselves!

To start off, if you want to visit this food truck, walk there. Parking is near impossible. For our excursion, I stayed in the car and my loving girlfriend walked to grab the food. Must have been quick service as she arrived 10 minutes later. The guy running the cash register was funny and really engaging which is always appreciated. I got PB and I standard bbq sandwiches with two sides. I got the baked beans and potato salad and PB got the baked beans and mac and cheese. The baked beans were a bit different, but acceptable and the potato salad was so so delicious. PB LOVED the mac and cheese (so creamy and amazing) so would recommend these sides to all. The sandwiches were good - the pork was beautifully tender and you can tell they know their stuff when it comes to prepping bbq meat. The hot lava sauce wasn't that hot (maybe we are just hipster elitists now with levels of hot, but Nashville can do that you). The flavor was incredibly good though, so you can consume a lot of it and at least for us, not have your night be ruined. It was a bit pricey for what you got, but we are also used to Nashville pricing and you are paying that premium in Seaside.

I’ll tell ya right now, this is the best spot you’ll find bbq and consistent “fast” food in the area. Plenty of options for kids, adults, and whoever. Murphy is THE MAN! Don’t know what to get? What to drink? Just ask him, he will tell you and be spot on. You’ll be drooling from the fresh smoked bbq before you even get your plate. That first bite to the last is heaven. Talk about tenderness, flavor, and being unique! This is a MUST on every vacation you come on here. ALSO don’t forget to try the Bushwhacker (bonus points if you can tell Murphy where it originated).

About 7 years ago my family did a trip down here and tried Barefoot BBQ for the first time. My wife and I visited the area again today and found it again! Still the same quality and great service that we remember!
