Barefoot Beach Pad

Barefoot Beach Pad was an outstanding choice for our large family group in Cabarete. The property has 10 ensuite rooms (two oceanfront kings, the rest with two queens) and a fantastic central layout that makes it perfect for groups who want both privacy and time together. The pool and bar area became the heart of our stay. Every member of the staff was phenomenal — maids, cooks, bartenders, and the manager/coordinator (communication excellent) all earned a 10/10. The food was excellent (Asian, Mexican, and BBQ nights). Special mention goes to Christina for her incredible piña coladas. The jacuzzi was cleaned daily, the pool was kept spotless, and any small issues (like a leaking outdoor shower head) were addressed quickly, often by the next day. Pro tip—after doing the math on selecting dinner-only on a few days, we realized we could had done all-inclusive for the whole day for about $15 more per person per day. It would have been worth it to have them take care of breakfast and lunch. Starlink WiFi worked well in common areas but was weaker/nonexistent in bedrooms. Beach conditions are best in the morning; afternoons often have a parallel rip current and are better suited for stronger swimmers. There was no hammock during our stay, so if that’s part of your vacation vibe, bringing a travel-style hammock is a good idea. Overall, this property was a good value for the season largely because of the flexibility it offers. We appreciated having the option to cook on our own, enjoy chef-prepared meals on select nights, or opt into a full all-day all-inclusive experience depending on the day and group plans. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially when traveling with multiple families or couples.

We just got back from a week vacation over Christmas with our family. All 20 of us got to be together at this wonderful location. The views were great, the service was amazing, and we all had a great time! Highly recommend !

Where should I start? I currently rate this stay at 100 out of 100. I planned my July birthday get away a year out (22 people including kids) and I am pleased to share my the experience. Barefoot team was amazing from hosting a party, to having a safe family experience vacation. |Let’s start with the staff: we were picked up at the airport by the reserved Barefoot drivers.| Our arrival to the house was greeted by Nina (property manager) who had been working with me like 6month out. In addition, during arrival morning chef (The food from breakfast to lunch awesome )and the staff were super professional and friendly. The Night Shift crew (forgot their names, but loved their kindness and delicious food) and our bartender (our best friend angel) drinks were on point, if he did not have your drink or mixed, he will order it.| The rooms, bathroom were clean and mattress Comfort. |Location 😍😍 Just to know that you can have your entire family with little kids in a safe environment right in front of you when no one else in the pool and no one else in your beach is the best feeling on a vacation you can have. Recommendation: Its important to explain to your guest the rules of the kitchen (We forgot) which can cause a food menu confusion) flexibility of the staff.. amazing). If you are planning to excursion, I highly suggest not to try to go outside of the personnel that Nina already has contracted (cause instead of saving money, You actually are going to lose money) Barefoot ensured that our excursions ( private boat , horse back riding and city trips) were reserve with a safe crew; round trip all taken care of, we didn’t have to worry about anything.||My Party: my decorating girl maddie her and her staff utilize all the decorations that I brought and made it look expensive, classy and beautiful. Maddie is an Event planner and even though I didn’t have the opportunity to use her decoration, she was able to come and decorate with my decorations. Loved it. The food for the party was also a host by barefoot staff|( Amazing) music with a DJ (at a cost) great entertainer for that night.||All and all, I will definitely come again; my friends and family were pleased, and they would definitely come back again as well..

Barefoot Beach Pad is amazing. We celebrated a wedding over a weekend and the location is absolutely beautiful. Food, Bar and room service was perfect. Big thank you to Nina, who neatly organized everything and was always available to answer questions and helped to make a wonderful stay even better. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at the BBP. We had a group of 17 family and friends ranging from age 4 to 70-something. The place was perfect for us from start to finish. Food and Drinks: We chose the all-inclusive food and drinks option, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves rather than spending time cooking, cleaning, or trying to find restaurants to accommodate us all. The food was plentiful and delicious. Thanks to Chef Manuel and the team! For our dinners, we chose Dominican Fish Night, Dominican Flag Night, Surf & Turf, Pig Roast, Asian Night, BBQ Night, and Mexican Night. All were great. The bartenders, Ariel and Angel, were attentive, fun, accommodating and made great cocktails for adults and fresh fruit smoothies for the kids. Angel worked the evening shift, and he was a ton of fun - including giving us some bachata dance lessons. Not going to lie - it was a real bummer to come home and no longer have food and drinks magically appear and dirty dishes disappear. Excursions: Nina & Juana organized several excursions for us. Favorites were the Damajagua waterfalls, boat/snorkel/lunch, Monkey Jungle zipline, and lunch at Wilson's w/ a swim at La Boca. Transportation arranged for us made it easy to get such a large group where we needed to go each day. Facilities: The rooms were spacious and nice. Housekeeping came daily. The pool and hot tub were serviced in the mornings. We had plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels. Organization: Communication was great before and throughout our stay.

Great place. Amazing location at the beach. Ideal for groups. The hosts are the best and their service level is a 10 out of 10!

Beautiful place, nice and hard working staff, new and clean rooms. The Manager was really nice and made it very easy for us to celebrate a wedding there. We had an own security guard. I really can't complain about anything there

Had a fantastic wedding experience at this location! The staff was extremely responsive and all the food and drinks were exquisite. Would recommend
