Janet and staff kept everything very clean ||Excursions: If you get an opportunity, do the Hiking Caves! This is a quote from one of my well travelled friends "Of all the traveling I have done, this is the most culturally authentic thing I have ever participated in and it was WONDERFUL!" The guide also brought them into his home to enjoy a feast of chicken and fresh fruit at his table deep in the heart of DR. They were blown away by the generosity of this man and his family and the beauty of the DR. ||Bartenders/property babysitters ;) - Angel and Jefry were the backbone of the trip! Can't thank them enough for literally doting on 16 women ages 20-77 each day! ||Saving the best for last is the incomparable Nina. She has a standing invitation to come visit and see some cowboys in Fort Worth or out in west Texas from several guests. She is simply very, very good at her job and fun to visit with! Have her take you out for prawns and banana dessert at her favorite restaurant in Cabarete- it's out of this world! ||Barefoot Beachpad lived up to the mounting glowing reviews! Thank you to our new friends for making this a memorable trip for all!

An amazing place. Everything was clean and the Service was great. Even an amazing support for some day events with our group of 16 people. The host even speaks German.

I have nothing but great things to say about Barefoot Beach Pad! We traveled with 12 guest for a week vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone and more. |Nina was AMAZING!! She organized everything for us. Airport travel, excursion, taxis, etc.|We went with the all inclusive food/beverage. The bar tenders Alex and Richard were awesome. They made some delicious cocktails! The kitchen staff made some amazing meals during our stay. The owner Ben even came one night and assisted with dinner service. He was so nice. His wife even made us some delicious dessert.|The maid service kept our rooms tidy abd the grounds guy was wonderful at maintaining the property and keeping a clean beach during our stay. |This is a must stay place! You will not be disappointed with the beautiful views and amazing staff.

The staff was excellent and they cater to all of our needs. Does not describe how gorgeous this location is. If you’re looking for something intimate that a resort can’t give you this is the place. We were there for four days and three nights and truly everybody makes you feel like you’re at home. Not one day we felt homesick.

We had a group of 17 adults and 2 children, which can be a difficult amount of people to accommodate (especially in terms of differing desire for excursions) but the staff never flinched. They were incredibly kind, caring, and responsive. Ben helped us arrange our trip and set up all of our excursions for us. We worked A LOT with JB while we were at Barefoot and he was willing to help with our needs day-to-day. He went to the store several times with little notice to help our group with items needed for cooking. He helped us arrange massages and some of the excursions that we added later. The bartenders were so kind and willing to help in the evening times. The cleaning staff cleaned our rooms every day. The kitchen staff made meals for us several of the days that we were there, which was much needed after long days of being off property and no energy left to cook. The location is awesome and the view is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about the staff; they really welcomed us into DR and made sure to explain things to us. We never felt like outsiders. We hope to be back in the future!

We booked with Barefoot way in advance and had a lot of time to hype up the trip - and it well exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 24 college friends celebrating our 30th birthdays/college reunion and the property is awesome - tons of space with the rooms all with their own bathrooms, plus tons of outdoor covered space, the bar, loft, pool, and not to mention the whole beach right in front of you. We enjoyed all of the food that was prepared, especially the pig roast and Dominican Night. Nina helped arrange a delicious dulce de leche birthday cake for us. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help or mix us another drink. The villa arranged all of our outings and shuttles which made things so easy for a central place to coordinate and pay on one invoice. We had a great time on our cave hiking tour and catamaran sunset tour. We hope to make this a recurring trip and would not hesitate to book with Barefoot Beach Pad again!

From the planning stages months in advance to our sad departure from the perfect place on earth it was unbelievable! We were a small group of 12 and we had the best vacation ever. The owners Ben and Evelyn, Nina (my girl), kitchen crew, housekeepers and grounds keeper along with our other favorites JB, JR and Angel we were taken care of from the minute we walked onto the gorgeous property until we left. Food was outstanding do yourself a favor go all inclusive, property was clean and we were comfortable and safe. Views are Spectacular! This place will not disappoint you I promise! WE WILL BE BACK!

Barefoot is directly on the beach and all rooms have an amazing view of the ocean and pool area. The staff truly make it their personal objective to meet your every need, very customer oriented. Ben set the tone at the top and met with us a couple of times to ensure we were aware of things to do/see and then made all of the arrangements. We had the all-inclusive package which was worry-free. The on-site manager, JB and bartenders James and Richard were great and accomodated the tastes of all 16 of us. James particularly was very engaged and also helped make my friend's 50th birthday night very special. He was so helpful, a genuine person and we enjoyed hanging out with him at the private Barefoot tiki bar. The view is remarkable, but it's really the staff and service that make it feel so comfortable.
