Barefoot Dreams Flagship Store

This store is absolutely beautiful! Paige helped me find a baby gift & she made the gift bag look so pretty! She was patient & helpful even though I was so indecisive! We have purchased several of their dog sweaters & the quality is stellar! We have one from 2018 that looks brand new, even though I throw it in the washer & dryer. I never thought I'd be that person who spends $50 for a dog sweaters, but the quality is definitely worth it

I purchased a robe from them a few months back and ended up with a small hole in the side on a seam even after not washing it to maintain the integrity of the item. However, I really can't complain because when I called and told them about the issue, they found my purchase in their system and told me to stop by anytime for a free replacement. I stopped in the next day for a seamless pickup and now have a cozy new robe! I will say the employees do not seem super happy to be there but they get the job done and their products are cozy and reliable (or at least have a good warranty).

The girls here rule! They helped pretty up my baby girl Maya with a nice bougie sweater. Lol.

Love this store and I’m obsessed with the material. Dune helped me pick the perfect pajamas and sweaters for my trip to the East Coast. This location has the sweetest staff and the best selection of clothes, home goods, and baby clothes. I always stop here when I’m in Malibu. I’ve not found another retailer in LA that makes such soft clothing. Big fan.

Ally and David, the sales specialists, are super friendly. Told me about steam sanitizing their products after the customers try them on. Answer all the questions regarding preparations for store merchandises so that the shoppers can feel safe and virus free when shopping at their stores. In addition, the fabrics of most of the products are minimum maintenance, machine washable, casual to dressy, and multi-finctional for hot and cold weathers. Great store to hang out and meet new friends.

Don’t order from them if you don’t want them to take your money and never deliver the product. Worst customer service EVER!!!! After we spent over $1,000 in their Malibu store I decided to order a few items as a gift for my husband’s birthday. Placed an order on September 13th, never got any confirmation email even the amount was charged from my account. Three days later (on September 16th) I received an email that the package was shipped. The tracking number showed that the package was delivered (it never was!) the same day I received that email. Not only my husband never got his birthday gift, but I also never got my money back. I called customer support and they were supposed to contact me back within 10 days which they never did. I called again and they said that UPS stated that they delivered and that they (UPS) contacted me so Barefoot Dreams decided that they don’t need to. So they decided to take another 10 days and again never contacted me. I just called them back just to find out that apparently UPS delivered it again two days ago (how?? If it was already delivered over a month ago then what did they deliver just now?). We are about to take all the products that we ever purchased back to their store as the way they treat their devoted customers is really frustrating. Don’t want to have anything related to this company anymore! And will make sure to share my experience with everyone so people wouldn’t have to deal with the hustle I’m dealing with after spending hundreds of dollars. Terrible business!!!

Barefoot Dreams is my go to for all the women of my life. I have ordered numerous things from them and they have never disappointed me. I would recommend checking them out and their fabulous product line!!

All their clothes contain polyester 🤔I expected them to be more down to earth considering the name.

On a TV site called QVC I bought one pair of ankle tennis socks for 18 dollars...the material is so thin for winter that I can feel the floor. It also has unraveled elastic on the ankle after washing and drying.. I am disappointed with buying this...I have had better luck buying barefoot dreams hoody from Nordstrom for about 150 dollars 6 years ago. That one was stitched better and never fell apart after washing and drying...The material is called cozy chic...in my opinion they are sewing with cheaper material now and selling it for stupid prices...

Best quality and absolutely adorable things! I bought a present for a newborn and for a 2-year-old, and it was incredibly cute. The prices are high, but the quality matches. I got really excited about their collection and had a hard time choosing! When my mom came for a visit, she went there and liked it a lot. She got a robe, and it's really comfortable. The service was great, and the salespeople were very nice and friendly. Beautiful wrapping and presentation are very important to me, and they did it excellently. I love the Barbie collection they have.

I have dozens of Barefoot Dreams blankets, dog sweaters. Loungewear, shirts, cardigans, socks, venues. You name it. The majority of it was purchased through QVC. The presenter has mentioned many times about the flagship store in Malibu. After going to a concert in LA in May my hubby and I went to the store which is simply aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. We left with a gorgeous navy "Malibu" blanket, a doggie sweater and some clothing items for me. I returned with my daughter two weekends ago I returned with my daughter bought her a second blanket and got myself a cardigan. Everyone there is super chill and friendly, accommodating and checks in with you. I highly recommend this little slice of cozy paradise.

I love the Barefoot Dreams cozy soft fabric. It is my favorite lounge wear. On my maiden visit to their new flagship store in Malibu Park at Cross Creek, I purchased a CozyChic Lite Island Wrap and two pairs of their CozyChic Ultra Lite Women's Lounge Pant. Mind you it is pricey but worth every penny in my opinion. This location is a destination. There are two separate buildings. One displays the home and children's collections and the other is the women and men collections. A wide selection of items on display and lots of sizes in stock. Three separate staff members assisted me while shopping between the buildings. In between the building is a fun adult play area with games. Free parking (including EV charging stations) is available to shoppers in the plaza which is located not a far drive from Malibu Pier.

Best store in Malibu. Just had the best experience shopping at the Barefootdreams in Malibu. So many great soft things for everyone in the family. Staff was so helpful and went the extra mile for me helping me pick out a gift for my wife. They even brought all my bags to my car which was park so far away. Oops ;) just wanted to give a big shout out to the staff and manager!! I'll definitely be back!

Returned an item, which Barefoot Dreams received back on January 4th. It is now February 1st and still no refund to the card that was the used to purchase item?? I have called 2 or 3 different times, only to get a different story each time I call. Why is taking some long to get a refund...not good customer service and I certainly won't be purchasing anything again from Barefoot Dreams!
