Baretto-Londra

The Fasano has some of the dreamiest Ipanema views imaginable. The rooms are quaint, but beautiful and impeccably designed, the food is fresh and delicious, and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Giving it 4 stars only because *nothing* beats a Posto 9 açai na tigela or caipirinha de maracuja for a fraction of the price. It's definitely a special treat, though.

Posh place with great lounge music and great cocktails. The downsides is price (Hendrix gin and tonic is around 100 reais). Overall the classiest lounge in Rio (by the way the average age is a bit old and the place has limited capacity which is good)

Fancy and pleasant restaurant. They offer great Italian dishes and a long list of wine brands from around the world. Good for couples. Excellent location in Ipanema beach. Not cheap, dishes could have had bigger servings.

We were thrilled to come to Baretto-Londra after reading all the wonderful reviews. We arrive at the door and we're told there's a live pianist so there's a 50 real entrance fee. Ok, based on the reviews we expected that the show would be amazing. Unfortunately that was not the case. The pianist is amateur at best, definitely not worth the entrance fee. The bar was empty, the only other clients related to said pianist. We also ordered mojitos and they were horrible. I am still waiting to see the work or the genius mixologist. I don't know if we came on a bad night, but don't waste your time or money here on Saturday night.

Cozy atmosphere, comfortable seating in large leather chairs. Everyone has a good view of the entertainers. Good service but a bit pricey for drinks.

I love the hotel and the staff were very friendly with me. Fasano hotel is definitely a luxury standard and they impressed me more than my expectations. Great time I had there and I am definitely coming back. Thank you Fasano.

Great restaurant with a very nice atmosphere and high quality service. The food was ok, but the main dish could have been better. The desert was amazing.

Very poor service. Supposedly there is a dress code: long pants for gents. I got denied access and when I come back with pants I see another guest with shorts on wearing flip flops... I feel discriminated against

Great great music, probably the best feature from the bar. If you want to get in, make sure to arrive as early as possible, but the good vibe doesn't start until about 11pm. Drinks are good but very pricey, I mean.. You are inside the best hotel in town.. What should you expect? Amazing food, worth the visit.

Good drinks. 40R is steep to get into a DJ filled bar where money is a larger discriminator than quality. Luckily the currency exchange is so low right now that I will accept such an arrangement.

Beautiful bar in the best hotel of Rio. Very good drinks, perfect service. Especially the bar tender Samuel is great and an excellent advisor with respect to Cocktails and places to visit in Rio
