High end restaurant quality food from a brew pub, you bet. This is the best place for gourmet tacos for sure. Specials are reliably delicious as well. The mufaletta salad is fresh / tasty. Good cider options as well

If you want a top notch selection of beers this is the spot. Food menu is limited but good enough considering how great the beer selection is. Tots are well done, flatbreads are tasty, and the tacos are good.

I've been here many times and have NEVER been disappointed. The food, the quality, selection of beer, customer service and consistency never misses. It's back in an area of warehouses, surrounded by other amazing hidden gems (don't sleep on any of them). You may get lucky and snag a parking spot in one of the parallel spots across from the location. If not, plenty around back (south side of the building). Very open space with a covered outdoor section available on both sides. Good amount of indoor seats available for smaller and larger groups. The beer menu is a sight to behold of its own with delicious bites to enjoy along side. A fantastic spot all around 🙌🍻

Great selection of brews, tacos, flatbreads, tots and salads. Open air and dog friendly (kid friendly too) very casual. Good meeting spot. Parking can be tricky due to other businesses in the area.

My boyfriend and I went out on a whim and we loved the place. It's a small bar feeling with some games (giant connect 4 game, etc. ), the bartender was knowledgeable and recommended good drinks, the food was great. I had the caprese flatbread pizza he had the garlic tots. There are booth type seats that you can move the tables, there are bar stools and tables. Overall great experience and we will be back.

OMG. Gotta say this place unlike any I've been to in my travels. Who knew within hour drive from my home. Basic menu. But fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced food. Salad was generous portion enough for two. Tochos... I'm sure a foodie posted pictures. Simple and a bit spicy but once again more than ample. Beer selection... Mostly locally sourced will you awhile to decide On a flight of 5. I honestly can't say while in vacation or in my travels I've found a place quite like this. But will come back whenever I'm in town or want to meet friends. If your near Santa Rosa and want to skip traffic, crowds and average food at a higher price. Drive up101 North 10 minutes. Pay close Attention to Siri or directions as this place is in the back corner of industrial Park. Seating inside and out is nice Staff is TOP Notch!!! For my wife and I it is rare to come away from Dining experience with a 10 count checklist and almost All 5's and a Couple of 4's. Check Out for yourself and comment

So far. 3 visits. First, with an acquaintance. Meeting an acquaintance is always weird a bit on your own with the formality comfort scale so meeting at a place that jives for you both is important. There was enough rad courses like salads to reflect the season (spring summer watermelon balsamic yes please). The street tacos need no introduction. Find one of 6 course styled to pair with beer choices and you won't be disappointed. Final point, natural environment for socially meeting anytime at the bar. Definitely a go to. Just be prepared, I half of the times I went hours where cleaned it they were randomly closed

The service here is friendly and spot on. See their website for the multi beers on draft. If you are unsure what beer to order, they will offer great advise. It's very dog friendly, so bring the pup. Cheers!

I'm in awe of this place- when you first walk through the rolling doors you're greeted with love, beers and the smell of well crisped tater tots. The knowledge that these beertenders possess are nothing short of impeccable. Not only have I've been recommended the best beer ever, but I've always felt welcomed. Not to mention the coolest kid friendly place! I would HIGHLY recommend Barley. When you go, ask Drey for his recommendation and he wont steer you wrong!

To quote Marshawn Lynch "I love the ambiance. I love the decor. To be honest, I spend a lot of time wondering which one I like more the ambiance or the decor." The best thing about this place is the flatbread pizzas. Caprese is out of this world. I had to order a second pizza. I just thought it was the most delicious food I've had out in a long time. I got the totchos but they didn't thrill me. They were fresh. They were plentiful. It was a good old heaping pile of them. It's like if I stood next to Mila Kunis I wouldn't be that cool anymore so nothing against the totchos it's just after the caprese pizza nothing really will ever slap as hard again.

I've had several recommendations for this spot and wandered in Friday night. There were over 2 dozen beers as well as a few ciders and wines available. I appreciated the varied food options offered. Tots seem to be a fave here. Casual, opened late (for Windsor), two big pluses. The bar tenders were friendly and well informed about their offerings. Stop in for a pint!

Wow what an amazing experience, these guys know there stuff.... I have considered renting a corner of the bar because I literally live here! Freaking awesome place to spend the day and absolutely amazing people serving

Barley and bine is super great. We love the beer, food and wine. They also have a lot of non alcoholic options for when I don't feel like drinking and you can buy cans to go too.

We came here after seeing that this place had cider on tap in addition to beer and we were ready for some good food--this place satisfied our foodie and drinking pleasures! We are so glad we visited! We tried a variety of brews, ciders, and seltzers, and our daughter had some sodas to choose from as well! For food, the flatbread pizzas are great and fun to share! We also tried the pretzels (pillowy goodness) and mac and cheese bites (not bad, but not our favorite), and western tots and added pulled pork--now these were our favorite!! Soooo good. Perfectly crispy, covered evenly, so no one felt like they were left with the naked tots. We definitely enjoyed the lively atmosphere, the friendly service, and the food and drink! We will be back!

Great beer selection, fun games/atmosphere. Tasty flatbreads and tacos that come out fast and hot. Reasonable prices. Lots of seating, covered patios, close to other Beverage District spots.

This is a must see hang out secret in Windsor. Excellent beer, family like atmosphere, great food to hang with your friends. I will be sad when more discover this place and it gets too crowded but for now everyone is welcome. Go to their website and check out the Tap list which gives you information on what was just tapped and how much is left in the keg. Keep in mind you have to get your own orders at the bar but they will bring out your food. Order the tots and a pizza - you will not go wrong with any of those choices. My wife orders a salad - boring but works for her. Beer options change often so find something and take it in. Five stars.

I'm in town from NYC for a wedding and my Airbnb is 15 mins away from here. Needed to bring back food to my hungover friends so I hopped on Yelp and the first thing that came up was Charlie's - which unfortunately had poor reviews so I skipped that and kept on looking. Thankfully finding Barley & Bine! Called and put in a pick up order and when I got there Nick the bartender was really awesome! Chatted with him for a few mins before my food was ready. Inside is super clean, breezy and the employees looked happy. I got the Taco Salad, pretzels and flatbread. All were fresh and delicious! Would come back 1000%

What a great find in Windsor for beers and good food. My favorite was Barebottle Haze & Ashbury hazy IPA and the Beat Republic West Coast IPA. The tacos were excellent as well!

Still a solid spot, we've stopped by a few times for work get togethers and been able to talk with staff to try and set a space when needed. The expansions outside have added marvelously to the space. As always, the bartenders are helpful with any questions that we've had when in and the beer selection ever changing. They're also very dog friendly so bring the pups by for a nice sunny day and a brew.

Yet another great tap house in Sonoma County! We came by to support a friend's friend who was playing live music that day. They have over 30 beers on tap that are very helpfully organized by beer styles, they also offer some ciders & wines. All beers have the option of a 5oz & 10oz pour & some include an 8oz option. They also have a full kitchen with a good sized menu. Everything on the menu sounds so good & though I wanted to order it all, I couldn't. We ordered the chicken pesto flatbread & the Western Bacon Tots -- OMG SO GOOD, but you can't go wrong with any of the tot or pizza options. I was so hungry I ate before my phone could capture the photo, sorry Yelp! Only downside is it's very warm & stuffy inside, even with the doors open, the heat seems to just stay in place. Regardless, it's worth coming to this spot to hang with a beer in hand.

This is a nice place to come and hang out with friends! So many beers on tap! It can be a little overwhelming but the bartenders are so helpful in helping you select which beers to try. There are also sours and ciders on tap which I really like since I'm not much for beer. They have a good menu available as well. Flatbreads are super tasty! The pesto tots are a must try! Salads are definitely some of the best ive had. This place definitely is doing everything right! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's a beer fan as well as to anyone who just want to go somewhere and enjoy a nice evening with friends. Oh, and it is definitely kid friendly. There's a corner that is designated for kids to go and hang out while their parents are enjoying their beers. Go check them out!

Simple small brewery with a low key feel. Beer is tasty and food is ok. Family friendly environment with games and such. We caught the Norte dame vs Ohio state game here and they have a few big flats screens that are easy to see. They don't have and extensive food menu, but tacos were good. Mac bites are super simple and I'm sure frozen.

Excellent atmosphere and always a great selection of delicious beers. Got to have Big Chicken on tap there this year. I would highly recommend this place if you are a beer snob.

Love this place! We come here regularly. Great selection of beers on tap, from different breweries, with all different styles. They also have good beer friendly food such as flat bread pizzas, tater tots and tacos. The portions are good and the prices are reasonable. The only negative is that there is only one bathroom!! Who does that in a tap room??

Bartenders are always a little bit weird here. I think there may be a culture of people that are regulars that get treated a bit differently. Last time I was in there. The two bartenders were chatting about work drama right behind the bar. It did not stop when I sat there to get a beer. I ended up having to listen to the rest of their conversation for a few minutes, right in front of me before they offered to serve me. All that being sad the flatbread pizza was absolutely delicious and I love how they tell you when the keg was tapped or how much beer is in a keg on each beer

My husband and I came here with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and their three kids. It's a nice casual place to have a beer or a cider and some fantastic food in a casual atmosphere. The tacos are the best! I would definitely come here again!

This was my favorite spot down in California. We went to many spots and they were all awesome, but this place was amazing!! It reminded me of most of my favorite tap houses back home. The food was amazing. The beer was so good and they had excellent choices. We ended up making two different trips. It was a ton of fun!!

Perfection. A little off the beaten path but worth it! Brew selection is ever changing and sure to have something for everyone. Food is epic because it's simple and involves a ton of tater tot's. What could go wrong!? Nothing- it's delicious. I often go there just for the food, but the beer is a solid bonus. The bathroom sitch is rough when it's busy and because of the big doors it can get chilly in bad winter weather, so buy one of their cool sweaters while you're there to stay warm! The staff has always been super friendly too which is another reason it's worth coming back again and again. It's overall a bad ass tap room! Ps- have some fun with candemonium!

The good. Lots of obscure beers up on a easy to read electronic scoreboard type menu. Decent pricing at happy hour. The bad. Service. You have to go to the bar and order and get your drinks. Then the bartender turns the payment pad and asks for a 20% tip! Wine Selection -- poor to bad. No beers that are commercial that you actually want. No liquor Atmosphere. A windy warehouse setting with bad photos of beer on the walls A couple TV's showing sports. No interesting music. Lots of middle aged guys sitting around . This place is part of the Windsor brewery district. Oh Boy! Almost no women in the place- wonder why?? The ugly. To be fair they don't have a real kitchen but the food they do have is really bad. They make no effort to fill in with some decent beard, cheese/ snacks. In general the employees seem like they could care less. Man cave with no charm.

Beer lovers unite! No nonsense beer bar with a huge rotating menu of taps favoring beer lover's beers from all over Northern California and beyond. Located in an industrial warehouse without temperature control, it can get chilly or hot, depending on the time and season, so dress accordingly. Food menu is short but fresh, featuring mostly tacos and salads. If you know your beers you should know this place for sure.

Cool taproom with some good food options. We stopped in for a quick lunch, and bartender was quick to provide tastes of large tap beer selections. I went with a Ghost Town brewery 'Cold Hand' west coast IPA, and we ordered a Caesar salad, Buffalo flatbread, and I had to try one of the street tacos (Mushu beef) as the list of options was lengthy. All we solid. Service is quick/efficient. Happy we stopped in!

You had me at Totchos! Part of me wishes and wants to leave this review at that but I can't and that's not fair. I like this place a lot I think this is the 3rd time I have been there. They have 6 different types of tots! What a perfect match for beer. And seriously their beer list is one of the best in the county. They have such a huge variety and beers from all over the country. If you can't find what you want there, the can selection is amazing. Honestly this place is great, a perfect after work meet up spot!

The only challenge was finding it but find this place. The moo Shi street tacos were awesome. We tried all the tacos and they were all great! We will definitely be back! If you don't go to this place for food then go for the large selection of beers and ciders. Keep up the amazing work!

B&B has been taken over by free-range children and their inconsiderate parents. We have been going there since it opened, but last night, it looked more like Chuck E Cheese. There were dozens of young kids, toddlers to pre-teens, running around between tables, shrieking, bouncing balls, and doing things more appropriate to McDonalds Playland or Chuck E Cheese than in a tap-room. Their inconsiderate parents just let them run wild, completely unsupervised. B&B is a small place, it was packed inside and outside, with more young children than adults. The kids were so loud and disruptive, we had to leave. I am not against kids, but I am against free-range parenting in a tap-room. Unruly dogs are asked to leave, why not unruly children? When our kids were young, we never would have taken them to a bar, much less allowed them to run wild and behave like this, but it appears the norm with this crowd.

Came by for a few beers after work with my cousin. They have a huge selection of local IPA's on rotation. For a Monday evening, it was not too busy. There was plenty of parking. We were able to order from the bar right away, and my cousin even got to taste some beers before ordering. They have one Hazy on tap from Adobe Creek called Screaming Through Space. I highly recommend checking it out while it's still there. My cousin tried the Hidden Springs selection called Crispy Treatz which she said tasted like marshmallows. We were able to get a table and hang out for a while, which was nice. There is a great indoor seating area as well as an outdoor patio with heaters. I'll definitely take my wife here for a date night so we can try the food. Stay tuned for an updated review!

This review is long overdue. I've been coming here fairly regularly for the last year or so since my wife and I move to Windsor from a very far off place (SoCal, haha.) The staff of people here are, and have to be, extremely knowledgeable on the products they serve because they literally change daily. I've been to great breweries in the area, but most have to know the details of ten-ish core/seasonal beers. These guys flip 25 every two days from breweries all over the country (and to a lesser extend, internationally.) Beer prices are very fair, especially given the Sonoma County location, and they have happy hour which knocks the prices down to grocery store prices. I'm not paying $10 for a pint because it's a brand that's on beer lovers' radar (looking at you flagship on the green.) I like places with food, but hate having snacks like tacos come in a $18 four taco plate. A la cart tacos are $3/$4 and they aren't your grandmas basic recipe. Plus there's an actual menu with flatbreads, entree salads, etc. It's a counter service establishment. I feel the need to say that since a lot of the negative reviews were solely based off of not knowing it was counter service. In all fairness, there are very few places that you seat yourself and have a server without a hostess stand. But I'm not here to bash ignorant patrons. Give them a go. Good food. Good beer. GREAT service. And two flatscreens with sports. My wife and I are into it.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, friendly staff, very extensive beer selection, a good kitchen serving quite good bar food and even have a few wines available. If you visit, try the Candemonium.

Over the weekend I met some locals at Russian River brewery in Windsor and they mentioned I should check out Barley & Bine for an extensive list of beers and good food. I'm glad I listened to them. They were right! The beer selection was massive. They had about 40 beers on tap and some non alcoholic as well. They also had some outdoor seating and a nice bar. Overall it was a great local experience.

Came here for a farewell dinner. I had no idea this place existed and I live 3 minutes away. Friendly staff and good food. It seemed like one of we have one of each pizza... all yummy and the garlic parmesan tots were good too! I don't drink beer so I can't comment on them, but the interactive monitors that show the levels of each keg is pretty cool. We will definitely be back!

Ah! Disappointed in myself for not waiting so long to review. So many beers! Such great service! So much fun! They must have over 30 beers on tap and a bottle selection in their side fridge. Th beers are hand picked deliciously crafted from some of the top and no so well known breweries around the U.S. Craft beer? Check yes, we're in. The food selection is your basic pub food, and they offer a rotating flat bread of the week which is always amazing. Oh, the tots! 3 types of tots offered but the tachoes are the best. (Tater tot anchors!) Board games and shuffle board for the adults, and a toy corner for the kids. This place is the real deal. Don't forget candimonium! The crowd cheers as the bartender grabs your a random beer. It could be absolutely amazing or it could be a natty. Roll the dice with candimonium.

Good place for beer. Barley & Bine Beer Cafe has almost 40 beers on tap. The highest percentage of those are IPAs, but they have a little something for everyone including wine drinkers. There are a number of televisions that are well-positioned for watching sports and the sparse decor has an industrial theme like many breweries. The outdoor seating is vast and can easily accommodate a larger party. The kitchen closed at 7 on the day we arrived, so that's something to keep in mind. Overall, I would recommend Barley & Bine Beer Cafe for drinks.

Barley has a great selection of beer, the location is very homey and inviting. Staff is friendly and have great recommendations, food menu was light so I wouldn't recommend going on an empty stomach.

So glad we found this place, definitely adding to my personal list of good beer / hangout spots. Food is good too! Not just basic salty bar food - they put the work in to serve up some delicious taco options They've got 3 or 4 TV screens full of beer options! It seems that they're fully curated and from the 5oz samplers, all of them had its merit. (The sampler = 5X 5oz beers for 10% off) Side note: there is only 1 bathroom. Barley and Bine is our favorite go to spot. There bar food is so good. I can't eat carbs so I get the chipotle beef taco without the shell and stuff. The beef is so good. Even out 1 year old granddaughter loves it.

We sat outside on the patio. It isn't fancy but it's comfortable. The taco salad was very good I loved the chipotle ranch dressing. The flat bread was also very good per my request they left off the tomatoes on my side.

We've come to this bar/tap room so many times, and we've loved coming here with our little dog - it's always been such a chill location and we've appreciated the staff and service. We have kept coming back because of how friendly this spot has been. Today we had our dog with us in the chair next to us, which has aways been acceptable here in the past - another reason we enjoyed coming here. At the end of our visit, after we had finished eating and were about to go order another drink, a man comes up and tells us she would need to be on the floor. I then asked if she could be on my lap - still wasn't okay. Here's the thing. I'd like to say I completely understand why this isn't acceptable, but I don't. Our dog is well behaved. The chair was moved about a foot away from the table. She doesn't beg for food, and she doesn't receive food at a table. She sits there or lays down in a chair. If you had told us we'd have to move to the outdoor seating to have her in my lap, I would have understood and complied, but that was never said and I'm assuming he still would not have been okay with that. If it's dog hair you're worried about, I promise you I have more loose dog hair on my clothing, than my dog does sitting still in a chair. You have bar tenders that aren't even wearing their masks when talking to customers. Try worrying about your own health standards before worrying about our well behaved dog sitting in a chair. Will not be returning and will definitely be recommending better restaurants to support to friends and family.

Large variety of great beers on tap! The tacos, flatbread and salads are all excellent. Such great flavors! I have been here a few times and each time it has been a 5 star experience.
