There is an artisan bakery located near Pantai Pererenan in Canggu. Guests are required to park at Pantai, which can be a bit challenging, particularly during rainy weather or when accompanied by an infant.
They are known for their sourdough bread, though in the evenings, they switch menu and offer pizza. I had the opportunity to try their special weekend menu, the Chai bomboloni. The filling was generous and the texture was delightfully soft and chewy, however I prefer a slightly crispier exterior. While the chai flavor wasn't personally to my taste, my wife thoroughly enjoyed it. The Cardamom Roll, however, was a bit too dry for my preference.
Regarding the cappuccino, they use beans from Ruster. It has an intense flavor profile, with a slightly less bitter note compared to Pison. The Hojicha was also quite good, and I found both beverages enjoyable.
Regrettably, I may not have experienced their highly recommended offerings, especially after reviewing the feedback on Google.
