Barracuda Roof Top Restaurant & Bar

Very nice date spot, drinks were super tasty we loved the cocktails and they got us suitably drunk, food is VERY nice. It’s a more expensive restaurant but the money is well worth it. The rooftop is lovely and serene, and there was live music playing, a female singer and male guitar player, which greatly added to the good vibes. Overall really recommend if you want a nice dinner or date spot out.

Great dinner atmosphere. Live music wasn’t too loud, which helped generate a chill yet lively atmosphere. Menu is pretty large and diverse enough. Food was good.

Very good overall! We had onion rings and fried barracuda for starters and then some mains. The salad was HUGE! Can’t imagine anyone can finish the whole thing. It was fresh but left something to be desired. Staff were nice when you waved them down. Desserts were ok. Drinks took a long time to arrive.

Excellent meal! The barracuda fish fingers and fillet were delicious! The pork belly came on top of mashed potatoes and came with a delicious sauce. 5% service fee automatically added. Reservation needed for table seating otherwise there is bar seating available that goes around the restaurant. Live music was nice to listen to during our meal.

This is a great discovery! This restaurant offers the choice of 5 tapas for the price of 860 baht. We took: -The fish taco: quite a big portion, which is good when you share a plate with your friends. Delicious and light. -Tuna sashimi: exactly what to expect from a sashimi. High class tuna, fresh, melts in the mouth. Ribs: soft, sweet, never have enough! Shrimps with garlic and chili: wow! Samosa: impressed by the size and quantity. There was 4 and it is served with 2 very distinct sauces, mashed mint and a slightly sweet butter-chiken like sauce. (Awesome combination) Waiters assited us to our every need. Quite an incredible place to try if you're in Koh Tao. Highly recommend it!

Live music every day (guitar + singing). Delicious food & drinks (draft beer & cocktails). The crab ceviche and seared tuna steak are very fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere on the rooftop.

We had a lovely dinner here overlooking the sunset! It was happy hour when we arrived so ordered a couple of Aperol spritz and some samosas, as both were on the happy hour menu. The samosas were honestly the best we have ever had, they were absolutely delicious and the sauces they came with were amazing!! My husband ordered the fish and chips and I ordered the barracuda with prawns and creamy sauce. My husband said the fish and chips were really good, and my dish was also very nice, but it came out slightly cold. Overall the meal was really great, and a really fair price at 1,070 baht. I’ll be dreaming about those samosas!!

Really nice fine dining in Koh Tao. Highly rated for a reason. I made a reso since it was the holidays. Food was excellent and service was great.
