Barradas Parque Hotel & Spa

First I will start with the Positive comments of my 3 nights stay. 1) The MOTHER NATURE here is gorgeous.2)The Comadrejas hunting at night are super cool 😎 3) Breakfast is with tons of varieties 4)Camila de server is very nice 2) the only female at front desk I don’t remember her name is helpful. The spa is okay I feel sad for the captived fishes they are not happy at that fish tank.The decorations are old fashioned I like it.negative comments 1) the security do de at front has an UGLY ,Disrespectful, anger and Rude attitude ,when I arrived late tired from the snow to the summer in punta del este uruguay he check me in and kept my US AMERICAN 🇺🇸 ID . He never helped All the opposite.Security? Nope ! Next day I have to ask for my us American ID !!! He kept my documents!!! The pool was nice the trees the birds the tourist are fun to watch as well . The animals the flowers everything involved with the nature is excelente. I have to leave at 6 am I asked for a wake up call again Gonzalo the security Never woke me up he don’t even say good morning or help with my luggage. I called an Uber myself and on top of all that rudeness I had to walk 4 stairs with all my luggage to the Uber when probably he was sleeping at the front desk horrible customer service

The hotel has no maintenance, has no air conditioning, all installations are very old and without any care. Is a pity for the employees who really try their best. The hotel is a two star hotel.

Hotel internet very very bad. Call them and they said would try to fix. But did not get feedback. Two hours later call again and they say could not fix. Was a matter of internet provider. Then I had to check earlier. Was planning stay Saturday and Sunday but checked-out Saturday morning before 11:00 AM. Also bedding sheets had molds and carpet had really bad smell. Breakfast at last was good.

This place is tired. Lobby nice but once you enter halls, a musty smell overwhelms. Same with rooms. Decent sized rooms and nice bath and bed. Part of the room has newer finishes but lack of attention to detail. Walls had some holes and toilet seat disgusting. With a little effort, this hotel could be very nice. Grounds and pools are well kept and the breakfast is very good. Location is out of the way in a residential area close to the beach so it's quiet. ||

Bad organisation, got kicked out because of double booking without any compensation. The bathroom is not well cleaned and the drainage is not working. The breakfast is really bad, not much choice and staff rolls their eyes if you ask them something in English. Only plus is the pool and the garden. I would strongly advise against staying in that place.

This property, although a bit dated, is comfortable and beautiful in its own way. I would have preferred to stay directly on the beach, but that's challenging in Punta for a variety of reasons. This place proved to be just right for our family of five. The pools were peaceful and provided a nice way to spend the afternoon. The staff was outstanding - truly there to help you with any of your needs. The beach was a five min walk. The beds with their white sheets and fluffy pillows were to die for and made our nights super restful. Overall, this was a great four-night stay right before Christmas before everything gets crazy here.

We checked into the hotel on the 29th Dec and stayed until the 2nd January 2019. The front desk staff at Baradas Parque Hotel was very friendly and helpful including the bells boys. We were very impressed. |They allocated us to our suite, number 127 and we were very much satisfied with the space and its location, very comfortable bed and a warm and homely feeling all around. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned but has character and we loved it. It’s located in a peaceful residential neighborhood surrounded by pretty houses. We were impressed by its beauty. |The breakfast was nice and diverse and all three waiters that we saw were friendly. Unfortunately the service at the breakfast restaurant was slightly |disorganized and somewhat poor and it requires management input as the staff seemed lost on how to please your guests and their requests. Replacing the empty trays at 9:50am would be a great start. We whiteness the experience for 3 consecutive days. |Overall we had a great time staying there and enjoying all facilities including the 3 swimming pools & restaurant at the hotel.

A nice hotel to stay for a couple of weeks 😍 it has 3 swimming pools, lush gardens, lots of birds chirping, and free access to the gym. Good selections of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staffs are friendly and do their job perfectly. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk to the beach. Fully recommended for a group meeting.
