As an event venue I've read some good reports of this place. However I can only base it on my own experience. I went to see Stuart Mitchell at a recent gig here, and he was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately the sound system was so poor I missed quite a few jokes. Not ideal when you are there for a comedy show.

We hosted our Fake Indian Wedding event at BAAD courtyard & it was overall an amazing experience. The management and staff are very helpful with every aspect of the event from booking, to execution on the day of the event. Excellent communication from Danielle, who also showed us around the venue prior to the booking. Scott the manager was very helpful on the day, so was each and every staff working on the day. Overall excelled venue and staff, Highly recommended.

After exploring eleven venues online, we were recommended BAaD and immediately fell in love with it from the moment we visited the website. Living in London, we took a chance that the venue would be BAadAss, and seeing it for the first time on our Wedding Day exceeded all expectations. Jess, the Events Planner, brought our vision to life with such care and precision, creating the atmosphere we ADHD dreamed of. Her communication and attention to detail throughout the entire planning process — from the early months to the final days — were exceptional. BAadAss. Day. Ever!

We had the most amazing wedding party here. Jess is absolutely fantastic in every way! She is friendly, so organised, details focussed but chilled at the same time. We loved working with her and all the team at BAaD. Everything was exactly as discussed, it flowed so well. They accommodated all our random ideas and executed it was precision. Our suppliers all commented on how great it was too! Best wedding ever from so many guests and it was all down to Jess and the team. Food and drinks were perfection, dance floor was full all night. We got married at BAad recently and had the most incredible day from start to end. Jess, the wedding manager, is outstanding, we cannot sing her praises enough. Planning our day with her was effortless and so stress free. She put our minds at ease every step of the way. Scott, Amy and the rest of the management team are fantastic and overall every member of staff is brilliant. The venue itself is so open and bright with a fantastic sound system! Jess and her team gave us the most fantastic day, decorating it exactly as we imagined, with a super quick turn around between ceremony, dinner and evening reception. Everything was taken care of, and we are so grateful to the entire team. If we were to do our day all over again, we wouldn't think twice about choosing anywhere else.

1st class wedding venue I could not recommend BAAD highly enough as a wedding venue. From start to finish the organisation was first class. As soon as we visited the venue we knew it would be perfect! Particular mention needs to go to Jess, the wedding manager, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She made the whole process run smoothly from the first meeting right up to the big day. The venue is a lovely space. The food was excellent. The staff were fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more. Everything ran perfectly in the background allowing us to enjoy the wedding and our guest loved every part of it! Our expectations were surpassed. Would highly recommend for a wedding and we’ll be making every effort to visit BAaD again soon :)

Jess and her team at BAaD did a fantastic job to help create our dream wedding reception, everything went to plan and it looked and felt like everything we had visioned. Jess was always very responsive to any queries that we had and clearly explained all the services that were on offer that we could encompass into our celebration. We honestly can’t thank her enough for all her help and support throughout the process, it was quite stressful for us as we had never planned a party of this magnitude before - but she was always so calm and reassuring. As well as supporting with the planning of the night, Jess was also very hands on with helping up physically set up the venue. In terms of value for money we were able to include a number of personal touches that kept within our budget. This included a fantastic buffet that catered to all dietary requirements, a dedicated cocktail hour with drinks tailored to us and a photo booth that was a complete hit with our guests. Numerous guests have since mentioned how much they enjoyed the night, with many complimenting the venue as it was their first time there. We utilised the in-house DJ for BAaD who was able to cater to a variety of tastes, everyone was up dancing and enjoying the music. BAaD totally exceeded our expectations and created wonderful memories for us!
