The focus here is clearly on craft cocktails, and that focus pays off. Inside, Barroom has a cool, modern vibe that balances comfort with style. A long bar anchors the space, with ample seating for those who prefer to sit up front and watch the bartenders work. Off to the side, a lounge area filled with couches offers a more relaxed spot to settle in with a drink and friends. A dartboard tucked into the back adds a casual, playful touch without disrupting the overall sophisticated atmosphere. In a town that’s short on adult-friendly, upscale nightlife options, Barroom feels like a smart addition. Whether you’re looking for a well-made drink before dinner or a cozy spot to wind down after, it’s a solid new go-to in downtown Harrison.

The owner made us great drinks. Very happy to use fresh fruit juices... He agreed. Of course it's the only way! Not really a margarita unless you have real lime juice and of course tequila. All of the finger foods that came out were great also. Is a talented and proficient bartender and host. The atmosphere is comfortable clean and modern. Highly recommend! 🍸🍹

Barroom is my go to spot in Harrison! The town needed this lively, fun bar! I’ve hosted a party and gotten drinks and apps with friends often. We love it there!

Such beautiful well crafted cocktails. A hidden gem. And the late night grilled cheese are the best! Highly recommend.

A Beautiful Facade, but a Disappointing Experience Inside: I recently visited this spot with my sister, husband, and some family, and we were really looking forward to an upscale cocktail bar experience. Unfortunately, it ended up being anything but. While the ambiance might have hinted at sophistication, the drinks were a complete letdown. I ordered a Painkiller that tasted like it had never met a drop of coconut milk—it was bland and honestly unpalatable. My husband’s espresso martini was no better—imagine old gas station coffee with a splash of vodka, and that’s what he got. It felt like all the elegance was just for show, with no actual mixology skill behind the bar. To add to the frustration, the website had set our expectations high with beautifully crafted cocktail descriptions, but the reality was just not there. It’s like they dressed up a dive bar and forgot the quality. In short, if you’re looking for a place that matches the promise of an upscale cocktail lounge, this isn’t it. Hopefully they can work on the quality because the concept is great, but the execution needs serious improvement.

It was an okay experience. The bartender seemed clueless about the menu. The vibe could use a bit more coziness and the bar chairs a bit more sturdiness. The place is still relatively new, so I’ll give it another try in a few weeks and might update my review accordingly.

Pros: -Staff was incredibly nice -Very nice cocktail bar aesthetic Cons: -Some drinks are well cocktails which tend to be watered down -Some of food items on the menu are either not available or will take forever to make I originally visited to try the cocktails and food and was a bit disappointed by the cocktails and I was never able to get any food. I ordered a few items which apparently weren't available. About one-third of the beers on their beer list weren't available either. Staff was incredibly nice, attentive, and ultimately apologetic but I don't think I'll be back.

Met a friend here. We didn't sit at the bar, at a table. Bar seemed to be crowded with regulars. We ordered the "Teenie Tini's" cosmopolitan. They were delicious. Then she had wine. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, flatbread with the peaches and hot soppressata, guacamole and blue chips, the shishito peppers and the piggies in the blankies! Everything was great. Service was excellent!
