This has gotta be one of the best restaurants in the Lafayette area, and nobody knows about it. Every bite was so flavorful and the dishes were really creative. As typical for Cajun food, nothing too healthy on the menu, but definitely a good choice for a cheat day. Cute interior but small dining room

My Wife and I were looking for something different, and Google sent us here. I was blown away by the service, cleanliness and fast service. I had a catfish poboy with sweet potatoe fries, and the Wife had a Shrimp poboy with French fries. After reviewing the menu while waiting, I could not pass up on the Fried Seafood Egg rolls with Mornay sauce... Thank God I didn't. This food is a 10/10. Definitely will be back. Beautiful space to dine in the heart of Carencro! Had the Eggplant for a starter and the hamburger steak for an entree. Would absolutely visit again just for those dishes. Back patio gearing up for crawfish season as well!

OH MY GOD. It was absolutely amazing. I had grilled grouper over crab rice with lobster a2fay over it. With no room and feeling over the top satisfied, the awesome waitress offered us dessert. Stuffed, but she was convincing and excellent at her job. We got the bread pudding with homemade banana pudding ice cream. Needless to say. We will be back. Absolutely Incredible. Thanks Anniston.

3 of us went for the first time last night- ALL of us would give 5 stars! The atmosphere is so comfortable and intimate. All of the food was top notch! Flavorful, big portions, came out quickly, and really fun twist on some items! We have the red bean hummus (I was skeptical but omg it was amazing! Served with home made potato chips), crawfish crepes which were outstanding, rooster gumbo, grilled grouper, and a few other items that were specials and not on the menu (yet). The bread pudding is also the best we've ever had. Barry himself stopped at our table to get feedback on the red bean hummus and talked to us for a little while. Such a kind, genuine person. Our server Nicole was also excellent! Can't say enough good things about this place. If you havent been yet, go! 10/10

Made a trip to Carencro (fedex 👀) yesterday and wanted to try something new. Always glad to find a great local place. The ambiance is beautiful and very welcoming. The food is excellent. This isn't prepackaged fast food. This is homemade, made to order and very very tasty. The seafood egg rolls are fantastic. The mornay sauce is a plate scraper. Wow! I also had the hamburger steak which was great. Highly recomend giving this place a taste. Im going to have to go back and try more. This is definitely a place worth visiting.

Me and my family of 7 visited this restaurant for the 1st time today and we all ordered different dishes. Every single thing I tasted was phenomenal!!! I ordered the fish stuffed with a seafood rice and topped with a crawfish etoufee and for dessert I ordered a bread pudding topped with a homemade butter pecan ice cream! It was so good I wanted to dance! The service was great and the owner even came around and checked on all of his guests to make sure the service and food was excellent. I will definitely be back here!! 10/10

This place is so cute!!! We stumbled in here on a Tuesday night for drinks and dinner- it was great! We had the crab stuffed mushrooms (the sauce is DELISH- yall they could serve it with bread ALL DAY)! I had the grilled fish with A2fay/veggies and my husband had the steak and shrimp fettuccine! All so good! Happy to support a locally owned business!!
