Excellent food and atmosphere.
Tried their Kushi-yaki, Tantan Ramen, and a sorbet made from blueberry and passionfruit beer. To drink I had a natural red wine, and a raspberry sour ale.
The yaki were perfectly seasoned, just enough to both lift up the taste of the lamb, and add some character to it, while the spicy Tantan had a beautiful broth, where the szeshuan pepper perfectly added both a bit of spiciness and some fresh elements. The noodles themselves had a good texture and worked well with the ground beef.
The sorbet had a lovely blueberry flavour, and interestingly worked well with the sour ale, making sure neither competed over my taste buds, but rather took turns romancing them.
A visit is strongly recommended.
