We were a large group (10 people) and we were so impressed by the service—we had no reservation but were seated fast (it was early for dinner), food and drinks were delivered efficiently, and our server was very kind. Everything we ordered was delicious, this was no one’s first time at Bar Taco so we knew to expect great stuff. I personally love their rice bowls (veggie or meat), and their tacos are of course amazing. They’re small so they recommend getting 3-5 usually. They also make a great guac to go with chips.

Finally made it to bartaco for the first time and I’ve been so excited to see what all the buzz is about. The tacos were fantastic, especially the vegetarian cauliflower, which ended up being my favorite! I also tried the mushroom and tuna tacos, both delicious. The smooth guacamole and creamy esquites were absolute standouts, so flavorful and paired perfectly with the refreshing cucumber salad. I sampled a few drinks, but the passion fruit margarita easily took the crown. Gavin was an amazing bartender tonight - friendly, attentive, and made the night so much fun! A special shoutout to the manager, Jo, who checked in on us a couple of times and made the experience even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back for more! Amazing hospitality, fantastic service, delicious food, and incredible drinks - the perfect spot for a date night or a fun outing with friends!

All-around excellent! As a proud Mexican, I can say this place is spot on. The tacos have the perfect American spin on authentic dishes. I tried chorizo (these are Argentine style), sesame ribeye, and carnitas. They were all delicious and had fresh ingredients. Drinks are very tasty and varied. They have aguas frescas, which were creative and not overpowering. Staff were very friendly!

Update: I came back in a less crowded hour, and tried to different tacos. It was a completely different experience! So tasty! ------------- Overall experience - sadly disappointing. I would come back for a second chance just because the service was so nice! Food - we only took tacos and the churus. The tacos were dry (specifically the fish and pork belly taco - see pic), even a lemon on the side would have been an improvement. The churus however was quite good. Service - fast, informative and with a smile. if we'll come back this is definitely because of the service! Every restaurant has their best and worst days, I am crossing my fingers that this was a bad day cuz I'm going to come back to try again.

gorgeous cocktails and delicious bites! came with some friends to get dinner + drinks at 9. i had the pork belly taco (delicious !!! so crispy and so soft, 10/10) and the chili lime shrimp taco (not yummy at all tbh, super spicy and not very fresh or acidic, tasted a bit one dimensional. i wouldn’t order the chili lime again). for drinks, i had the watermelon basil marg (sooo yummy, a little on the sweeter side which i liked) and my friend had the paloma fresca (on the more bitter side, but still delicious). my other friend had the pineapple drink, which was good and sweet but lacked complexity — not what i was expecting for a specialty cocktail. overall, a good late night spot with friends! with two tacos and a drink, my bill came out to ~$25. they recommend 3-5 tacos per person, but the tacos were fairly filling.

Very cute place and very kid friendly. Everyone was very kind to our baby, offered a high chair, they have menu for kids with many offerings. We tried some tacos. Falafel taco was a bit spicy for me but the fish and shrimp were good. Planning to visit again.

EGREGIOUS Missed Opportunity! Since this past summer, I had been wanting to eat at #BarTaco. One afternoon, I entered #BatTaco, and excitedly placed! As I held my mobile up to pay, the cashier told me, "We don't have Apple pay." WONK, WOOOOOOONK! Last night, I perused #BarTaco's menu online and salivated over the items I wanted to try. This evening, I decided today would be the day I was going finally feast on food from #BarTaco! I called my take away order in at 18:28, and brought a different form of payment with me. Upon walking through #BarTaco's door, gracious staff directed me to the pick-up area. Two male staff and one female staff provided me with attentive and courteous service. Impressed, I gladly included a 5.00$ tip to the cost of my take away order. I told the female staff about my first try at purchasing food at #BarTaco, but they did not have phone pay. She exclaimed, "Oh, today is the first day we have phone pay!" She welcomed me, thanked me for ordering food, and gave me a few free taco wooden-like tokens. I expressed my gratitude, and thanked everyone for their assistance with my order. Confidently, I departed #BarTaco thinking that they had provided superb attention to detail service to my order. So assured was I that I did not look into the bag and check my order before leaving like I always do for take away. After arriving home and getting settled, I waited with bated breath opening the #BarTaco bag to serve and feast on the food I had ordered. WONK, WOOOOOOONK!!! My order of plantains was missing. Greatly disappointed and reluctantly, I got dressed and returned to #BarTaco. For the manager to think that removing the plantains charge from my bill and giving me free chips and two free taco tokens were adequate compensation for the visceral disappointment caused by #BarTaco, the disruptive inconvenience of having to return to retrieve my missing plantains, the fact that I placed my order at 18:28 and now it was 19:38 when I returned home a second time, and now my tacos and corn were cold and my guacamole and key lime pie were room temperature are an egregious missed opportunity to gain a loyal patron and everyone I know to #BarTaco! #BarTaco's abject service ruined my first impressions of #BarTaco, and spoiled the taste of their food.
