We had a wonderful stay in September for 2 weeks as a couple (bit late posting the review). Hotel was clean, grounds were lovely and the rooms were great. We checked in and initially had twin beds, and reception were very quick to change this for us when we asked.||The staff were always friendly and willing to help with special mention to Sait, Oclay, Murat, Eren, Erat, Vedat in the restaurants/bars. We have to say a huge thank you to Bilal who served us breakfast in the a la carte each morning - his recommendations of Turkish drinks, general banter and chats were wonderful. I am coeliac so can't eat gluten and my partner has a nut allergy, so we are a bit difficult. The staff here were incredible with us, making sure we could eat. We spoke with guest relations everyday to ensure a meal could be prepared in advance at the restaurants. The staff would be able to tailor meals and I even got Gluten free ninja rolls at the sushi bar. Melike at guest relations was incredible at ensuring this went smoothly each day for me, which was great.||Outside of the food, we took part in yoga, bungee fitness and fly yoga with Seval, and archery with Amigo. They were both super friendly, really great members of the team. Amigo would often come and have a chat with us too when he saw us! There was a lot of other sports and activities going on too but we didn't take part in any of these.||The entertainment at night was good, but we preferred the singers over the live shows. The entertainment is on a weekly rotation so the only thing that could make it better would be a two week rotation instead. We were also lucky to be there during the Oktoberfest event which was really cool.||The hotel is lovely, the staff were incredible and we had a wonderful holiday.
