I've been part of this coaching program for the past 1.5 months, and it has been an incredible experience. The program itself is outstanding, and Craig has been exceptionally supportive, tailoring it to fit my busy schedule and even accommodating my travel plans. His flexibility and dedication have made a huge difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a personalized and effective coaching experience!

I have been a member at Base for more than 3 years and I cannot say enough nice things about it. Since joining base in 2020, my fitness has dramatically improved - the workouts are tough, super focused and most importantly, fun. Base is a community with great vibes as well as excellent coaches and equipment. I would recommend it to both people starting their fitness journey or athletes looking for tough challenging workouts and to improve their fitness levels!

Personal training with Mateo will help you to get the most out of your training and improve your lifestyle outside of it. The Saturday sessions are always a sweaty good time. The coffee is next level (the milk based coffees are actually done well!) and the perfect way to start the day.

Best functional fitness gym I found in Dubai. Helped me improve so many facets of my overall health and well-being as well as core fitness and strength. The sense of community is clear to see in what they have created here and many people are able to push themselves further than ever imagined with the fantastic coaches on hand. Base motivates you to get the best out of yourself at all times, and are constantly running events and competitions all year round, whatever your ability. Into my second year as a member now, thoroughly recommend it.

Enjoyed my time at Base 3 with a couple of my new found mutual friends. Being able to get a CrossFit workout in while in Dubai was great. The owner and coach were very accommodating and helpful. Loved the workout and the fact that there were showers. Perfect for anytime of day workout. I will be back. Thank you Base 3!
