Friendly and helpful staff. Lockers provided in the room have enough space to fit a small suitcase and more. Spacious showers (but body wash / shampoo is not provided). Self check-in process (after reception hours at night) was easy to follow.

For a budget place this is beyond expectations. I got travel pass, the toilets are clean, the showers too, the room clean and quite comfy. I also allowed to kept the luggage on the hostel after check-out for couple hours before my next train. And when I came back to took my luggage, I still allowed to charged my phone and had some water. Other of my requests like late check-in + borrowed plug 🔌 are seamlessly done. I truly recommend you to come here.

I like the hostel the person was kind and helpful. The issue i face is my bed didn't have socket to plug a charger it was right behind the bed arm where i can't possibly plug in. Overall it was a good location

There were a lot of great things about this hostel. The BaselCard is included with the stay, which provides free transport around the city and discounted entry for many attractions. The service was great and very friendly. The rooms were adequate and clean. The bathrooms were clean, but they weren't individual. My only complaints are that the hostel was not very social and the WiFi did not work in my room.

This is a very sweet and economic lodging option in Basel! Tucked into a creative hub/community centre in the beautiful & tranquil Gundeldingen quarter, it offers simple but welcoming rooms, clean showers and a welcoming & helpful staff! Location is ideal, tram runs into the city center right in front of the building and there’s shops, great restaurants and supermarkets in convenient walking distance. Recommended!

Massive bed which was very good, but it made it a bit hard to make the bed. Everything was fine, nice kitchen, got everything you need to cook simple things. One thing is that it's a little bit old, and it takes around 30 mins to get to city centre without a bike.

Thats a great place to stay for one or 2 nights. It has everything you really need and has an very artistic aesthetic I like. I recommend it when you dont have that much money, but other then that there is the breakfast which was underwgelmingly decent for the price of 8 €. Over all was it a good place to stay and for the over all price, it has very good interior and service🙂‍↕️👌🏻

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great little bar/table area downstairs to relax in. I was surprised that I could choose a double bed in my female only dorm, that was a nice bonus. Not all beds were doubles though! Hostel is slightly out of town but easy to get to the tram and the Basel Card is fantastic as it gives you free public transport. Toilets are very clean and the showers look clean and also have locks which is great.
