Best hostel in Basel, worth the money! kitchen utensils, hairdryer in the shared-bathroom, and toilet cleanliness! Check in and check out the process very smoothly. You’ll find a tram and bus in front of the hostel! Groceries are also within walking distance. It's very warm, not a typical old-cold hostel. Tommy helps me with the basel transportation card to the airport for free! Sebastian helps me with the late check in process, really thank you for your hospitality.

Decent hostel that was cheaper than the others in Basel. i was expecting less tbh. Staff were good and let me check in early. Location is close enough to the train station and buses run nearby. Dorms were ok. there were lockers but no privacy curtains. kitchen was reasonable. not much of a common area and i didn't see anyone socialising.

Breakfast is available if requested, but it is very easy to use the fully equipped kitchen which is mostly used quite well by the guests. Access by lift is available.The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space.The site is very near to public transport which is convenient.In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby.Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.

A wonderfully clean hotel, flawless wifi, friendly and polite staff, a colorful and charming hotel, and a seamless experience in Basel. Very reasonable price and great comfort. Thank you to all the staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lockers provided in the room have enough space to fit a small suitcase and more. Spacious showers (but body wash / shampoo is not provided). Self check-in process (after reception hours at night) was easy to follow.

For a budget place this is beyond expectations. I got travel pass, the toilets are clean, the showers too, the room clean and quite comfy. I also allowed to kept the luggage on the hostel after check-out for couple hours before my next train. And when I came back to took my luggage, I still allowed to charged my phone and had some water. Other of my requests like late check-in + borrowed plug 🔌 are seamlessly done. I truly recommend you to come here.

There were a lot of great things about this hostel. The BaselCard is included with the stay, which provides free transport around the city and discounted entry for many attractions. The service was great and very friendly. The rooms were adequate and clean. The bathrooms were clean, but they weren't individual. My only complaints are that the hostel was not very social and the WiFi did not work in my room.
