I keep looking for the gas pumps since it's priced like a gas station and not a grocery store. People are nice store has not a lot of choices very little organic choices and they'll charge you almost twice the price of a real grocery store I'll be boycotting you out of principle you charge the same amount for a gallon of milk as gas station... litterly

Google
This is a fair store. Great for meat, but hard to find goods in the aisles. The card readers didn't work right for my EBT card so I had to use cash instead... Was not happy, but I've had better results at other times

Small. Convenient, friendly staff. Real life checkers and baggers. Hometown grocery store.

Got me again by pushing off past due products. I rarely go there anymore because of this, but forgot to check when I ran in for tomato sauce :(

The two old ladies who work checkout are so rude. I had about 4 items and the heavier set lady had such a bad attitude, giving me dirty looks, she looked annoyed. The next day I went I had 2 small items. The smaller old lady grabbed my card and had a bad attitude. If you don’t like your job then quit! Change your pampers before clocking in. Go to the woodlands village location if you don’t want to be treated this way.

Today was my first time ever in the Flagstaff Basha's store. It reminded me of an A&P Grocery store back in New England. No frills store with lots of stock. Nice beer selection. Deli and baked goods looked great. Nice cashiers, shout out to Christian. Great parking, ADA compliant entry, nice wide aisles, no clutter, reasonable prices with the card.

Yelp
Nobody shops at the Flagstaff Bashas. The parking lot is nearly empty. I gave it a try and found the store to be dirty and the prices high. When I got to the cashier they told me I had to obtain a bashas card online. (Ugh I hate that grocery stores today try to monetize our data.) An advertised discount for progresso soup $1.99 each (with or without card) was not honored. When I showed the cashier a photo of the advertised price she claimed it was on select brands or that it required a card. Not true. This is simply bashas trying to rip you off. I left my groceries at the counter and went to Fry's where they are currently having a sale on Progresso soup for 1.29 each if you buy 8 or more (with card). They honored that price. Fry's is cleaner, has better prices, better produce, better selection, and friendlier staff. Bashas: Do better if you want to compete. I won't be back.

Yelp
I went in to purchase 2 items on a Sunday and the store was very slow. When I went to register 1 to pay, there was a customer counting out change so, before I even set my items down I moved to register 2 whet a customer had just finished paying and was leaving. The woman at the register sarcastically said 'Oh, you wouldn't want to wait a minute' and scoffed. The rudest service I have ever experienced at Basha's or anywhere. This Basha's is a 6 minute walk from my house and I will NEVER spend my money there again. I shouldn't have to apologize or feel bad because you have to ring me up.

Yelp
Sold hous Got Arizona yesterday was hungry some gentleman gave me 2 00 bucks in bought Mac and cheese and beer the went through but not beer the called police I gave them 7 dollars the beer and they still had arrested !! Beautiful people here at bashas love God is great anyway I'm out of jail today !!I pray the for the healing for that angry manager hope fully the sweet Lord affords her mercy and kindness her day of redemption and judgement;! God bless Flagstaff

Yelp
I've used it before and for small purchases it's fine I found today you have to pile everything on the platform , God forbid you take a bag of stuff you've already scanned and put it the cart instead of smashing the bread or eggs . Ai = actual ignorance just don't know if it's the technology or me ???

Yelp
The Starbucks in the place is so pathetic it gave me a brain aneurysm. I was waiting for 20 minutes even though there was one person in front of me. I had to end up leaving after I paid without my coffee because the pile of lard taking orders was so slow and clueless.

Yelp
Pretty average supermarket, but weekly ad deals are great! I came here to grab some groceries just for that, but the grapes I grabbed weren't super fresh. Large selection of items, prices are average, and checkout lines were fast (although I was surprised that they don't have self checkout lines like most grocery stores these days).

Yelp
Great neighborhood grocery store . Produce and Deli are appealing. Store manager and staff very helpful. Food club store brand has never disappointed.

Yelp
Great neighborhood store. Best manager, Wayne Jones and assistant manager, Theresa... always welcoming and helpful. Clean, efficient store with fresh, well stocked fresh vegetables and fruits. It's a smaller, better run store than the other Bashas.

Yelp
Amazing staff. Excellent selection. Gets busy in the evening and they open new lines for the register when required. People complaining about how they call in and don't get good service, go to McDonalds... this isn't your fast food chain

Yelp
This is my favorite Bashas! Excellent selection, and despite other reviews that say it smells, I disagree. The checker was very friendly and helpful.

Yelp
I attempted to call in an order for pick up through deli. This was such a painful process, I was placed on hold a total of four times when all I had asked was for a veggie sandwich. Only after placing me on hold 4 times did Shanti finally tell me they don't have soup at the deli and they no longer had the ingredients to make the sandwhich. Just awful service, not impressed nor surprised.

Yelp
We stopped here to get chicken breast when we didn't feel like driving further to get to Sprouts. This Bashas is small and old. Their fruit and veggie selection was very nice for the size of the store. Their pastry section was also pretty nice. I would say we were looking for good deli meat in the lunch meat section and were disappointed. The meats were all the cheap brands which work if that's what you are looking for but the deli counter had a line and we couldn't wait any longer. We need to go to the store again today and will be driving to Sprouts in Flagstaff instead. As this is outside of Fort Valley or on the border of FV and Flag it's ideal for a quick stop of a must have item.

Yelp
I generally love Bashas but this Bashas is the smallest Bashas I've ever experienced. For being so small, less folks are able to cram in but oh do they try. Plus, the options are severely limited and due to this, the prices are pretty high. Also, the produce is on the lower end of the spectrum ($3.99 for a small pint of Brussels sprouts that upon closer inspection were looking pretty rough). Since this is the closest grocery store to where I was staying while in Flagstaff, it was pretty much the only option (since I don't know where the other grocery stores are). Luckily, the cashier was pretty entertaining purely by accident. I was purchasing a variety of items but the 30lb box of apples and a bottle of sparkling margarita really caught the cashier's attention. Holding up the booze, the cashier looks at me, looks back to the bottle, looks at me and says, "This looks amazing." I mumble something about that's why I'm buying it. He responds enthusiastically, "You have to come back and tell me how it is." I agree and then he notices the large box of apples. "What is this mystery box?" "It's a box of apples." "What are you going to do with all those apples?!" "We're going to feed them to the deer." "No pie? You aren't going to make pie?" "No..." "I guess no one gets any pie this year." Overall, I'd come back as long as that cashier is just as enthusiastic when I purchase more mundane items.

Yelp
I was surprised to see the bum reviews that this Bashas' gets!! We stopped in right before we left to head to the Grand Canyon and stocked up on juices, trail mixes, hummus, and lots of other snacks. The staff was really friendly, the store was organized and clean, and there was a great selection. The only thing I found odd was NO BACKPACKS 6AM-6PM. Uhhh, that's all day. If theft has been a problem, then they should have a bag check, but with all of the backpackers that must pass through there, it is kind of a bummer that they put that restriction up. I imagine it hurts them more than it helps.

Yelp
I was so disappointed with a purchase I made there yesterday. I usually love going to Bashas because it's very convenient and never as crowded as some of the other grocery stores nearby. I bought some boxed wine and opened it soon after returning home. Unfortunately, the whole box was 'skunked.' It was literally brown and tasted like vinegar, which is not what it should taste like at all. I tried to exchange the product, and they refused, telling me it wasn't their problem, and they can't return alcohol. I understand why that might be their policy, but they sold me a defective product, and I was forced to repurchase it at cost. Very disappointed.

Yelp
This is your typical Bashas in the mountains. Nothing too special about it, but nothing to complain about either. I came here with my wife looking for Santa hats to join the Santa Pub Crawl and lo & behold, they carried them. One major plus is its the last grocery store on your way to Snowbowl, so stock up on all the goodies before your skiing/snowboarding adventure!

Yelp
I thought this place caught on fire not too long ago and was rebuilt. Yet, it's still ratty looking with long lines and disinterested employees. Chilled wine is nonexistent. Lots of beer for the college crowd, I guess. I couldn't even venture into the produce section. Too scary to think about.

Yelp
As an out of towner, I really loved this Basha's and found it super convenient to our Airbnb nearby. Yes, it's an older store without all the bells and whistles but I found service and selection to be great for my tourist and picnicking needs. In particular we took a risk and ended up getting the most amazing and loaded bagel sandwiches made fresh at the deli for just $5. They also have a full selection of liquor in addition to beer and wine. Everyone was friendly with plenty of chill Flagstaff vibes.

Yelp
This store was gross. Guess you have to live in the neighborhood to appreciate it. Customer service stunk. No greetings, no help but, bossy teenagers.

Keshia M.

Yelp
This store is awful! I have never walked in and had the most horrific smell hit me. Not only is it super crammed but the lighting in there is just so dim everything looks dirty! The prices for everything is anywhere from 1-2 dollars more then everywhere else. Not only were there flies on the packaged meat but also on the hot case food that they were selling. But that might be due to the fact it looked about 3 days old! I was so grossed out I ended up just leaving. It sucks living so close and havi g to drive into town for a store that isn't gross. If I could give negative stars I would.

Yelp
Bashas' is pretty solid. We came in this location and the employees were very accommodating. The only bummer was that they don't allow backpacks so I suppose they must have so much theft. This is a popular location so they were out of sleds and we had to go to another location.

Just love this bashas , the staff are always very friendly and helpful and love the new Bright shirts they wear -

Yelp
I have to go here as it is close to work and sometimes food supplies are needed, but for some reason this place creeps me out. It shouldn't. It's just a small retro-like store like the stores I remember during childhood. But somehow darker and sadder.

Yelp
We rented a house locally for a family reunion...I stopped in to buy groceries fro the week...Prices were a bit high even with me coming from California. I did manage to find a few good deals on some items though. I was the only customer in the store at 7Am monday morning and had to round up a cashier. The guy who helped me out was nice enough. As he rang up my groceries and I put them in my cart he asked me if I had a Bashas Card....I told him I did not as I was from out of town. When I got back to the car I realized that I had not gotten any of the good prices I was expecting. Everywhere I have ever shopped in California and this summer for that matter usually will give you the sale priced items...In fact the stores in California usually have a generic card by the register for the clerk to scan so that the customers can get the deals. I would have saved about $25 of the $102 that I spent... I won't be back to Bashas.

Yelp
This is where I stop, on my way out of town, when I realize I forgot to get groceries. I always regret it. The staff is nice, and the location in convenient to the hospital, but the selection in nothing like that of the Bashas' across town. The deli counter closes super early, and prices seem a bit higher. I could not find Peanut Butter Captain Crunch, which I only "really need" about once a year. This is a fine place to stop if you just need run-of-the-mill items, such as eggs milk and peanut butter, but otherwise, I recommend pre planing so you can shop elsewhere. The other Bashas' is good, and I also Luke the Safeway on cedar (still less in butcher dept though) or the Fry's.

Becky K.

Yelp
I've been shopping here for over a decade and I love it, You can get in and out faster than any other store around and the employees are great. The only thing is, why don't the employees call me by my name? I know they know it and they use other customer's names. Kind of hurts my feelings. The no back packs rule in enforced because they're right across from the high school and get a high volume of students.

Yelp
I love Bashas'! They deli makes the best sammiches for only five bucks. Close to my work downtown, and friendly staff. :)

Nunya B.

Yelp
Typical grocery store. Employees are pretty nice. They have a little spot for organic stuff and what not.

Justin P.

Yelp
Go to place for a quick six pack, organic something or other, etc due to its location. Prices are a little high on those items, but they always seem to be open and I can walk here!
