Basic Line Hotel at Loikroh

Got to this place after getting scammed at another hotel, which turned out to be completely different from the advertisement on booking.com who surely are the enablers. Very good service. The shower area of my en-suite toilet could have been cleaner though.

As the name suggests, it's a simple basic cheap stay. Bed, shower, small tv & ridge; that's pretty much it. Yes, you'll get ants, bed bugs and roaches. Yes, the smell is funky upon first entry. Yes, the shower isn't that great, but what did you expect for the money. Location wise it's excellent, and if you're used to hostels and roughing it; it's actually an upgrade.

First room had thousands of red ants. Second room the lock on the door didn’t even work so anyone could have gone in and stolen my stuff. Not to mention the ridiculous amount of flooding after 30 minutes of rain. All of my belongings would have been ruined had I not gone back to my room quickly to get something. Don’t bother staying here unless it is for one or two nights. Even then, there are so many other options that can’t possibly be worse than this place. The owner simply doesn’t give a **** about maintenance and just screws over customers as much as possible.

I rented a bike for two weeks from this place. Due to an unfortunate reason, I had to give it back after two days only. No matter how hard I tried to explain them that it is due to an emergency they kept mentioning that the contract says “no returnes if canceled”. Do yourself a favor and rent a bike for a little bit more money but from a reliable and honest place. Because places like this will eventually look for “damages” on your bike to make you pay extra. Another huge disadvantage, they take passport as deposit, I urge not to put your passport for deposit!

The dirtiest room I ever stayed at. I was bitten by so many bed bugs I could not sleep. The bathroom tiles haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the water pipe was broken and water was coming out under the sink on the floor. The room floor had hair and dirt. Gross! Location was good. The shower pressure and temperature were was okay.

The room is small but clean enough. The mattress is quite comfy. It's also a good price to rent a motorbike. The location is closed to everything. We booked online and it was only a twin bed possible but the reception changed us to a double bed which is very kind of her. Unfortunately, another lady at the reception acted a bit rude.

A lot of stairs!! The room was pretty basic, average price quality, and its very cheap. Bathroom smelled really bad. And the shower leaked all over the bathroom. The bed is quite bad, super rigid matress, slept bad. Its not a very nice room to stay at. It is what it is, for the price 14€ is ok i guess, but i rather pay more next time. I do not recomend

probably the worst hotel experience I ever had. How can a room not have a window??? Bathroom shower was not working and the walls were so thin, basically the whole night you could hear everything other people did. Hotel staff was good but this doesn’t help against noise and poor equipment!!! Can’t recommend!!!
