Basic Line Hotel at Loikroh

You get what you pay for. Room very tired, as are the fittings. TV couldn't pick up even local channels properly, so what's the point. Bathroom smelled, suspect the drains had issues because the shower water backed up until it almost flooded the bathroom, even when having the shortest shower and then took hours to drain away. Threadbare towels, stained mattress which was like sleeping on concrete. Saw a staff member once, who advised we take the drain cover off to aid water draining. (It's screwed on!) Language barrier on both sides meant we gave up. Noisy area due to bars in the alleyway, including downstairs, so little sleep. Location excellent though!

Room not very clean, sheets had bad stains and the shower curtain was very moldy. The bed is hard as a wooden board and the Ac tries hard to cool but can’t really…

Great location: close to some bars and restaurants but tucked away in an alley so it doesn't get noisy. Night bazaar and old city at walking distance. Room is clean, good airco, good shower and pretty cheap. So overall excellent value for money

Stayed here a couple times now for extended time, over the last few months . Really like this hotel the location is wonder. Only a few minute walk to the night bazaar. Less then 10 walks to both the Sat and the Sunday night markets. Has a bar and restaurant, anything else you could possibly need it minutes away. Rented a bike from them for a week put don't even use it cause everything is so close.

This hotel would have been fine if it wasn't for the complete ant infestation in the roomAnd when I say imfestation, I'm not exaggerating. There were upwards of 20 ants on my bed alone at any given time. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2, complete with at least 40 bites.

The hotel does what it say its a basic hotel but is good enough for a couple of nights its nice and quiet and it's in a good location to navigate around the city. Beds a quite hard so my sleep was a bit broken the staff are nice and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around there is a 7 eleven 2mins walk away.

Its low cost hotel so a bit sparten. That said, my room is spotlessly clean and everything works. I couldn't figure out the shower (it's working when the power light is off). They sent a man up to check as soon as I told them. When operated correctly its great. I would happily recommend this place for a budget stay!
