"Home to soaring gothic towers that are best admired from a clear vantage on a blue-sky day, providing a dramatic focal point on Quito’s skyline." - Allie Lebos
A really really cool place to visit. I would personally say that this is a must do if in Quito. I don't typically enjoy too many sight seeing buildings, but this was really special. It cost me $6 in total
Its not quite fully wheelchair accessible, but they do have a lift up to the lookout and the stained glass windows. There are a couple of steps to get up which anyone in a wheelchair will have to navigate. But the staff are helpful.

Absolutely worth it. Entry costs $2 for locals and $4 for tourists. There are several shops inside if you want souvenirs. You can climb 3 different towers, and there’s an elevator to the 10th floor which makes it easier. I recommend visiting the ground floor first—the stained glass windows and architecture are stunning. Then head to the front of the church to climb the towers. The views are spectacular.

Beautiful church but in my opinion a bit overhyped, especially the inside of the church (2$ ticket). The towers (4$ ticket) are nicer but nothing too special compared to other churches in Quito. The view is nice, but if you’ve seen it from other iconic places such as the Panecillo, it’s not that impressive. Still worth a visit though also considering the reasonable price.

A nice neo-gothic cathedral from the late 19th century. It’s not as “authentic” as the European ones from the 12th century, but still pretty neat. Be aware that there are two different type of tickets. One for the inside of the cathedral which you buy at the side doors, and one for access to climb the towers, which is bought in a little ticket office outside the cathedral. Fantastic view of the city from the top of the cathedral.

The architecture is magnificent, and it's truly a great sight to behold. Every corner you turn reveals something new and impressive. I could have spent all day just wandering around, taking it all in. It's definitely worth the visit if you appreciate stunning buildings.

Beautiful basilica with a cheap entrance fee so that you can explore the tops of the church towers. The most interesting part of the basilica is the buttresses where instead of gargoyles, there are carvings of all the famous animals in Ecuador.

Amazingly beautiful basilica! Sort of a strange layout where on floors 10-13 has shops and cafes which do provide beautiful views but is odd in a historic building. Quite a climb and towards the top is not meant for people with mobility issues, feels a bit unsafe even for younger people honestly. Cannot beat the views of the city and the church is still very beautiful and ornate.

Pretty inexpensive tourist stop and has great views of the city. The inside is also grand, but the tower and touring the inside are separate fees, which is fine, but I'd just do the tower climb overall since you do get to see the inside of the church as well.
The views at the very top once you pass through the clock tower were great as well.
