Beautiful and peaceful. There's a sense of calmness. Well maintained and clean. Don't miss going to the altar to see it up close. The place is extremely well maintained and clean. Not very crowded on a weekday. Large parking lot and bathroom available.

What an amazing experience. We really enjoyed our visit to the basilica, with its great architectural design and the beautiful grounds. The site museum shows you the history of the building and relics related to the adoration of the icon inside the church, we had the opportunity and the pleasure of listening to a singer and organ player while we were admiring the interior of the basilica.. Do not miss this very important and beautiful religious site when you visit The Dominican Republic.

Visited this church during an excursion. Beutiful and unique building. It is the biggest church in Dominican Republic. Even The Papa visited it, and donated the golden crown incrustated with precious stones and the ikon of Saint Marry. This told us our guide, so if it is not right, then just look for this information online by yourself.

A real nice church ride at the centre of Punta Cana. It's perfectly symmetrical. It was really quiet when we visited so we didn't have to wait to enter. There a car park right in front, as well as an additional car park at the nearby museum.

It was a stop we made on one of my tour excursions. This is an absolutely beautiful church. Unfortunately we couldn't go inside to really look around. They were having service at the time.

Wonderful place! Definitely worth the drive from Punta Cana. Everyone is so happy in the Dominican and especially in and around the Basilica. A lot of positive energy. I am very grateful for being able to visit and catch a service.
