This place enjoyed great popularity a few years ago, and still thrives on that fame.
A sandwich in Zürich with meat (ham, salami, etc...) is on average 7-8 CHF.
Here you pay 10 CHF, and you can choose sauces and ingredients, while they will make it for you. While the result is healthier than most fat-filled sandwiches of the region, it's disappointing that in time they became much stingier with the ingredients. You get now 3 paper-thin slices of meat each sandwich. Barely enough to cover the bread. Once I asked for more and they told me "50 cents per extra slice". Come on, seriously?
I know it's Zürich, you don't get good value when you eat out, but this is ridiculous, especially because the cost of meat is probably negligible compared to employees wages, rent, hygiene costs, etc.
I was a regular for 3 years, I am never going back.
