It is impossible to talk to the customer service. Ive sent three Emails, contacted them via there contact option on their website, sent them multiple WhatsApp messages and called them. All of that over the timespan of 3 weeks. I have not received my order that I placed a month ago. I will have to contact my bank to get my money back. Stay away!

Ordered online, received the email for collection in 2h, next day went for collection, smooth check out, even gave me a nice baskets brand tote. Nice store design, will visit again.

Charged me double at the register, presumably by accident, which I noticed when walking out of the store. I went back immediately and was told that it was no problem, they refunded it, but it could take 2-3 days to appear in my bank account. Unfortunately, nothing happened. I got in touch with them again by forwarding the receipt that literally says they'd charged me double, and once again they said the same thing: no worries, the money should appear in my account within 2-3 days. Surprise surprise, nothing happens once again. Now they've started ghosting my emails while I'm trying to talk to my bank about the scam that it's unfortunately turned out to be. I'm at a loss for words if I'm being honest, because you don't expect this kind of thing from an established Amsterdam franchise. Needless to say: be careful in this shop – make sure to pay attention to what they punch in at the register. Sketchy.

Had a problem with some ASICS I bought here, which basically fell apart inside 3 months… the owner was a gentleman, dealt with it personally and gave me a full refund. More generally, it’s a very cool store with a nicely curated selection of brands on one of the best streets in Amsterdam. Go check it out 🤛

This shop has very poor service. I walked into the shop, there was this guy (who looked like someone who works there) shouted something in Dutch literally next to my ear. It was 10 minutes to closing and I already had in mind what to buy. After asking a girl who works there she just said no even though I saw the exact Herschel bag model hanging in the shop and urged me out the door. Seriously don't even bother opening a shop if you re picky of your customers.
