Charged me double at the register, presumably by accident, which I noticed when walking out of the store. I went back immediately and was told that it was no problem, they refunded it, but it could take 2-3 days to appear in my bank account.
Unfortunately, nothing happened. I got in touch with them again by forwarding the receipt that literally says they'd charged me double, and once again they said the same thing: no worries, the money should appear in my account within 2-3 days.
Surprise surprise, nothing happens once again. Now they've started ghosting my emails while I'm trying to talk to my bank about the scam that it's unfortunately turned out to be. I'm at a loss for words if I'm being honest, because you don't expect this kind of thing from an established Amsterdam franchise.
Needless to say: be careful in this shop – make sure to pay attention to what they punch in at the register. Sketchy.
