Can’t get a door dash order even remotely correct. Tried two different times.

Don't know how to make a milkshake. It was too watery. I said no whip cream, they gave it to me anyways. A Waste of time.

Filthy location. Ice cream was melting and there is fruit flies everywhere. They also had 0 waffle cones available. Promotional flavor was not available. The cashier lied about the bathrooms being out of order but let another customer use the restroom despite me being very visibly pregnant. Disgusting location that should be shut down.

I ordered a cake online. An hour prior to my pick up time, Fabiola from this store called and she said the cake is not going to be ready because they do not have the cake and ice cream that I selected. Obviously I got upset because the cake was for a special occasion and they accepted my order made 2 days prior and charged my card. This lady is very rude and has zero customer service. Instead of being apologetic to a customer because she cannot fulfill the order timely, she said she is wasting her time talking to me and she hang up on me. I suggest to the owner to discipline this employee. You cannot have a loyal customer if you have a rude employee like Fabiola!

This location is both a Baskin-Robbins and a Dunkin'-Donuts (the same employees are responsible for both brands). I went here for ice cream. I was instructed to wait in line at the Dunkin' Donuts counter. After waiting for 10 minutes and ordering ice cream, I was directed to the Baskin-Robbins counter. Here, I waited for 10 more minutes before someone came to scoop my ice cream while many people who entered the store after me were served. Finally, someone came and scooped my ice cream. But it didn't end there. Rather than checking me out at the Baskin-Robbins counter, I was told to go wait in line AGAIN at the Dunkin' Donuts counter. This took 5 minutes. Finally, I paid for my ice cream (in cash), and was given incorrect change.

Try to redeem a few of my $2 promo cards from T-Mobile Tuesday for a purchase, but I was told only 1 card per person per purchase, per card, no such restriction. Ask the cashier, he said is the store policy, which had nothing to do with the promo card. This literally is the only store that give us any problem at all for either Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts. That's the last time I go and I will never recommend this location to anyone of my friends.

I've tried to order a Reese's sundae from here on multiple occasions. The guy at the counter always says they're "all out of Reese's sundaes". Save the hassle and drive the extra 3 mins to the Baskin Robbins on Roosevelt where they don't mind making things that are on the menu.

We go there for ice cream. They don't have all 31 flavors available, only about 20, but always have the basics like Cookies & Cream, Very Berry Strawberry, and Mint Chocolate Chip.

Nice combo of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins at a fairly convenient location. ATMOSPHERE/ARCHITECTURE: 8/10 Clean and nice looking location with both Dunkin and Baskin Robbins in one place. SERVICE: 8/10 Good expeditious service. The server could not identify one of the ice cream flavors though which was kind of surprising. It's okay though, turns out it was cookie dough! FOOD: 9/10 Double Scoop (Oreo and Cookie Dough) - 9/10 - Great ice cream. Very creamy and rich the Oreo was the perfect mix of ice cream and Oreo chunks. The cookie dough was rich and a little on the sweet side, but still enjoyable. The portion side for the double scoop is quite impressive! VALUE: 9/10 PROBABILITY OF RETURN: 10/10 Definitely will be returning here for my future ice cream cravings. TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT: Eat! OVERALL: 9/10

Stopped in to pick up a birthday cake. A bit cramped by the cake case and ice cream area. They had some cute ice cream cakes. We ended up with a Oreo ice cream cake. I think it was like $32, so pricey, but at their mercy when it's last minute. Not the friendliest workers.

There's nothing fancy about this Baskin Robbins. It's pretty standard. The customer service isn't very friendly. However, it's open 24/7!

Came here at 4:30pm on a hot Sunday (91 degrees) with my boyfriend and it was pretty busy. We wanted to try the oreo and twix, both flavor of the month. There were two oreo flavors and the worker accidentally scooped us the wrong one. We got back in line and she kindly scooped a big scoop of the one we wanted and put it on our existing two scoops, charging us for just two instead of three. Thanks!!

I can't imagine rating this place less than 5 stars. It's a 24/7 Baskin Robbins, what's not to love!!
