Baskin-Robbins

This is the first time I've been to a combination Baskin-Robbins and Duncan Donuts, and I'm impressed. I enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and some ice cream. It makes a great brunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My son and I visited this location a few moments ago. There was a line when we entered; most people were there for the Dunkin Donuts coffee. We waited patiently to select our ice cream while they continued to serve other customers who arrived after us (while also engaging in pointless banter with those customers). When another customer who entered after us went to make his order, he stopped and said, “Oh, no. I think they were here first.” I told them that we had waited for a while but planned to take our business elsewhere. Although the location is convenient, we won’t be returning to this Baskin-Robbins because of today’s experience.

Ordered a dolphin cake for a birthday and they messed it up. Manager was annoyed at me for their mistake and offered $5 discount for a $60 cake or they could remake it next day when the birthday was today. They honestly didn’t seem to care at all. Terrible experience, please be careful if you order from here. Pictures of what I ordered and what I got.

I don’t know what idiot would put an open lid on a doordash order but you obviously aren’t that bright. next time PROPERLY SEAL IT TO AVOID TAMPERING!!

If you keep you store locked from inside at 1AM and do not respond to calls or knocks then please do not advertise yourself as 24X7 store. Not sure who works here at night but that person either sleeps or goes home after locking the store. Management take notice

Went in to a not busy store with plenty of staff available. The staff were friendly enough. I asked for a large chocolate milkshake. Now, stop here and think about what a milkshake is to you. To me, a milkshake is a thick drink that takes a little effort to suck up the straw. What I was given was a chocolate milk. No thickness at all. I walked back in at let the employee who made the shake know that it was just chocolate milk and not a shake. He said he would fix it. Added more ice cream, blended, and handed it back to me. It was almost the exact same consistency as before. I looked at him and said it was still just chocolate milk. At this point I just left the drink on the counter and told him to just forget about it. Left the store and wrote this review. What a waste of $10.

Called to order an ice cream cake. Gave all the details multiple times. Person taking the order didn’t speak good English and couldn’t understand it. Had to repeat the spelling of kids name for happy birthday multiple times. Arrived to pick up the cake- colors were not correct. Said oh well sorry. Then realized the name I had spelled for them at least 10 times letter by letter was still spelled wrong. Don’t waste time. Couldn’t fix the name because bakers are on site during the day. So yah definitely never again.

WASH YOU HANDS ANDS WEAR GLOVES PLEASE. Two times the women working (could be all of their employees really) there picked their noses, touched money scratched their heads and scooped/served icecream without gloves! Dear baskin robins, Please fire these people. How can this bad hygiene problem continue to go on for years? People are getting sick just read the past reviews.

My mom went into this store Tuesday to order my little sisters 16th birthday cake. At first the the man called this woman apparently named Margo should be called racist monster for how she treats her customers. My mom politely asked if she could make an order for a ice cream cake. The woman began talking to the man in another language (which is not a problem, as Spanish is our first language), looked my mom up and down and said "I don't have ice cream" and dropped the order pad and walked away. We have never dealt with such disrespect and disgusting display of customer service . Disgusting place and employees. You should be ashamed of how you treat you customers. I will be escalating this issue with corporate , I hope they disenfranchise your business, you horrible people. Refusing service based off race is illegal. DO NOT COME HERE.

Great service! Gave my daughter unicorn crown and doughnuts with her ice cream. Super friendly and yummy!

Ordered a last minute ice cream cake. The store went out of their way to get the flavor my son wanted and it was decorated beautifully. Couldn't be happier!

Baskin Robbins' peanut butter and chocolate ice cream is one of the few restaurant foods I've eaten consistently since childhood. It's delicious. Service here is fast and friendly. The place is clean, and you can also grab some Dunkin Donuts and coffee.

Like do they just keep the phone off the hook?????? I've called over 20x in a row yesterday and today again and it just says busy. Ridiculous

Terrible location. Their ice cream is always "out of order", so they only have half of the flavors. Also, we've been three times and the service is sooo slooow. The people behind the counter are over worked, and a couple of times it has only been one person doing donuts, coffee, and ice cream. I waited 20 minutes just to get ice cream scooped for my kids. We unfortunately won't be going back and I suggest you try something like Henry's right up the road.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR CAKES!! This Baskin Robbins has the worst customer service and worst cake decorator ever. Her name is "Margo" and she likes telling you what she can't do and what is hard for her versus what designs she can do. I ordered a Pac Man cake for my husbands birthday a week in advance. Margo calls me the morning I'm supposed to pick it up and tells me they are out of "Pokémon" decorations so I have to choose another design. I told her I wanted Pac Man NOt Pokemon (Pac Man is what the guy wrote on the paper when I ordered it- I checked when I signed off - so clearly she doesn't know how to read either). She didn't know who Pac Man was so I sent her a picture of the Pac Man mazes and she called me to tell me how hard the design was and that she couldn't do it because it was going to take too much time. (I'm like "ummm Isn't this your job?!?) so I decided to simplify the design (by the way Pac Man is just fucking dots and lines so not sure why that was too complicated to begin with). So I sent another picture and I put a red box around what I wanted drawn and I circled a ghost to indicate I wanted her to draw the ghost in the boxes area for the cake. Long story short she didn't draw what I outlined and to top it off she ended up drawing ALL THE RED LINES I USED TO SHOW HER WHAT I WANTED ON THE CAKE ITSELf!!! How stupid can you be? I ended up having to take the cake to another Baskin Robbins to have their cake decorator fix it because this Baskin Robbins management refused to fix it and Margo is the ONLY cake decorator they have (most of the management don't speak English that clearly either so a huge communication barrier that they don't make an effort to overcome). I attached the pictures below as proof at how shitty this place is. Stay far away!!!

Omg they said it's 24/7, I came there around 2am for some icecream with friends. He said that they are closed, so we head back inside the car. 3 mins later there is another customer standing in front of the door. The guy came and open the door , we just sat in the car and stared at the worker. Worst place ever!!!!!! Not recommended

This Baskin Robbins is one of the worst ice cream places I have ever been to. It was 10 when we went and they said they were closed when they are open till midnight. They were rude and impolite. I called the store multiple times and they didn't even answer around 9.

If there was any possible way to give this less than one star I would do it. It wasn't the ice cream... That was fine. It was the attitude of the staff. They were just horrible. I won't ever eat there again! I ordered a sundae and the only utensil they gave me was a straw. They also put the wrong size lid on it so whipped cream leaked all over my car. It was a long day and I realize I was probably the last customer that they were going to have but that's no excuse to be rude and not give the proper customer service.

Would give a negative number if possible. This staff we interacted with is trash and doesn't belong in a customer service industry. As we approached the store, we saw someone in a hat and a hood sitting on a chair by the counter on their phone. They looked like they were a customer. As we entered, it took them a while to get up and help serve us. They were on their phone the whole time and did not make eye contact. As we were deciding what to get, this guy kept shouting hello. We had no idea whether this was directed at us or if he was on a phone call since he was looking down on his phone. We ordered ice cream with a wafer cone and he grabbed the cone with his bare hands. Worst attitude I've seen from someone in the industry. Fire this guy. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. There was another guy in the store but they looked busy. I got the vibe that the two did not interact well and that was because of the hatted and hooded guys garbage personality.
