The ambience is simply stunning — warm lighting, beautiful interiors, and a calm, elegant vibe that feels both cozy and upscale. The service was absolutely impressive — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the whole evening. As for the food… just wow. 🍝🍕 The dishes taste exactly like you’re in Italy — authentic, rich in flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients. The truffle pizza and creamy pasta were standouts! Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but the overall experience is totally worth it. Perfect for a special night out or a memorable dinner. Highly recommended!

I had dinner at Sunset Spritz @BASTA! last night, and it was such a great experience! The place is absolutely stunning—super stylish with a gorgeous view of the Dubai Water Canal. The vibe was just right, and the staff were so polite and professional, which made everything even better. I went for the steak, and honestly, it was perfect—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just how I like it. The drinks were amazing too! Love how BASTA! brings that classic Florentine steakhouse feel with a modern twist. The outdoor seating was such a vibe, especially with this perfect weather. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a date night, a chill evening with friends, or even a nice family dinner. Can’t wait to go back!

So delicious! We have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and it’s always delicious and fresh. Everything is halal and they’re open until midnight, making it a perfect spot for late night munchies if you’re staying at the St. Regis.

Exceptional food, salmon is definitely worth trying! The pasta is also delicious and the atmosphere is buzzing with laughs, the staff were very nice. a great place for food and drinks… the food only took 20 minutes to come and the wait was definitely worth it.

The menu features a wide selection of Italian dishes, including handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and exquisite seafood options.   Overall, BASTA! at The St. Regis Downtown, Dubai, is highly recommended for those seeking authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional service, and a charming ambiance, making it an ideal choice for both casual dining and special occasions.

Having worked in the service industry myself, I can honestly say—he is exceptional. I learned a lot from him. I’m already looking forward to seeing him again soon! All the staffs are so nice and food is tasty. Highly recommended !!!!!

Basta, an Italian restaurant serving classic Italian dishes and Neapolitan “style” pizzas. Relaxed ambience with outdoor seating overlooking the canal. Apart from the Tiramisu, the food was good.

Me and my family, we like this restaurant. Cosy, calm, without loud music, very good to come for early dinner with our son. Beautiful view on the canal , especially during sunset 🌅 We like the food, and also they have very nice promotions, which we also like 🫣 Basta is a great place for a date night as well😉We go thee quite often, but turns out I have only one picture 😀
