Rude behaviour by the staff. We were told to leave our umbrellas outside, but we wanted to place them inside our bag instead. Since they charge separately for each umbrella and for the bag, the staff member refused to let us put the umbrellas inside the bag, claiming she had already tagged them—despite the fact that we hadn’t even handed them over yet. We had simply placed them on the counter while getting things out of the bag. We even suggested that she give the tags to the people behind us, but she refused and was extremely rude throughout the interaction. Additionally, some people were smoking inside the venue, which was completely overlooked. It’s frustrating that they focus on trivial issues while ignoring more serious ones.

Saw Courtney Barnett here 6/9/18 while on holiday in Paris. Fantastic venue. Sound is great. Bar gets crowded but plenty of room on the floor and in the balcony. Staff was friendly. Great place to see a show.

Cozy place, the sound was good just the process of getting out of the theatre at the end was a little bit messy

Great seating options if you prefer. All the staff are efficient but polite. Giving 4 stars only because there’s just one bar so it becomes a congested mess to order a drink, I wish there was somewhere else to order one to break up the queues.

Great venue with a standing area on the lower floor and seating above. Atmosphere was great, can understand why there aren't many good French bands with the selection played just before the headliners.

One of the oldest and finest concert halls of Paris. The room is small but very comfortable. The staff is friendly. A nice upgrade would be to propose some food in addition to the drinks. During 6-8 hour concerts a liquid diet becomes too tight...

Came here for a party planned for the launching of Omnivore Paris 2012. I walk around the back of one of the bars: Guy: ça va? Me: Oui Guy: *starts rattling a lot of drunken French off* Me: Désolé je parle très peu le français.. Guy: You have good time? I love the women! Me: Uh, tres bien. The music is pumpin and obviously folks are having a good time. Chefs love to eat and drink but they're not much out on the dance floor, so it's a bunch of mingling.A big party in a music venue. I guess it'd be cool to see a show here, but partying works too.

One of the best concert theaters in Paris. I have seen Alice in Chains and Down here and it was a blast! Only the Olympia can match the Bataclan I think.

Le bataclan is an amazing venue for concert!it s not too big and you can see pretty well from any place in the room! it s easier to go there by public transport than by car.

Nice place for concert. Right sized, but organisation is not so good, with long queuing making the concert very late according to my experiences

My favourite gig venue of anywhere in any city. It's decently sized so you can stand at the back, or even just in front of the bar, and still feel involved. Often British and UK bands playing stadiums in their countries can be found there, accompanied by coach loads of fans. The bar staff are very good but if there are a lot of brits then it can be a bit of a wait getting a drink... and then the queues for the loos can be just as long. I've seen loads of bands there and never had a bad time!
