Couldn’t even get in due to “gym attire” simply wearing normal short. We paid 15€ for a ticket and lost our money due to this. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Worlds worst service, bartender only helped his friends. And also expensive for no good reason. It’s a nice bar for dancing not for getting drinks and having a good time….

Tonight was my first night visiting San Sebastian. It was highly recommended by friends. As I was walking, I saw a beautiful terrace on the water with a very quiet vibe. I thought it would be nice too sit and relax and have a drink for a moment. I went to the front of the building (not familiar with this place) paid a $15 cover charge to some mean little man at the front door with an attitude. I then walked down stairs and noticed it was a disco tech with little kids and loud pounding music. I had accidentally walked in the wrong door. I immediately walked out. I asked the mean bald guy which door to go in for the patio. He pointed to the side of the building. I explained that it was my first time there and I accidentally went in the wrong door and asked if I could have my $15 admission back since the terrace did not charge any. Little bald man refused to give me back my $15 cover charge back. . He said he gave me a drink voucher which he never explained before I just assumed it was my receipt. So I gave it back to him (which he took) and he still refused to give me back my money. I was in his building for 30 seconds before I realized I went the wrong door. Getting to the terrace was free admission. Why can’t people just be kind ? I’m not sure if he is racist or just has a Napoleon complex?

No respect at all !! We came from France for a bachelor party, we texted 3 weeks before and received a positive response but when we arrived at the club they say we cannot enter with no way to discuss… No justification but we’re a group of French people… thanks for the welcoming Espana… so sad to see that 😪

Great view from the terrace. Good drinks, a bit pricey, but the bartenders know what they are doing. Young crowd during the week.

Great club situated under the ground. Fine music mostly Spanish and some top 40 hits. Music volume is maybe a bit too loud but not that loud that it hurts your ears. The mood is very open and friendly. But men do need to wear long pants as they do not like shorts.
