Batemans Bay Holiday Park

Had a great 7 day stay at the park. Staff themselfs are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very appreciative of all the help they gave us, specially on the first day we arrive, having been picked up by a towtruck and driven the rest of the way there! Facility's are exactly what was needed, good bathrooms, toilets and camp kitchen! BBQ and pool facility was amazing and the park itself is in a great location and nice and quiet area too but just a short walk into town. Would definitely stay at the park again! Thank you

Cabin is small but space is efficient and there are drawer spaces. The bunk beds are unfortunately right across the toilet and bath. Aircon is installed at the entrance where the dining, living area and kitchen are located, and it is opposite the main bedroom, which means it can get hot during hot days and nights. Luckily, it rained during our visit. We were able to use the common laundry machine and dryer.

Hands down the worst place I've attempted to stay. On arrival yesterday, the bathroom emitted a strong urine stench which was noticeable from even sitting on the bed (1.5M away). We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, and someone came with a mop. We left to go and have lunch and when we returned, the stench was as strong as before. Requested to be moved or the whole place be scrubbed top to toe. Ultimately we didnt feel safe or sanitary staying in this absolute dive, and when I requested the refund and advised the owners we refused to stay, I was met with aggression and poor excuses. I think the cabins are so poorly put together and unkept, that years of urine have stained through the unsealed lino. It is far from acceptable to let anyone stay here. Be warned, it's abhorrent. *UPDATE The same day post my review* Note the reply from the owner says I never stayed there - the booking was via my partner Sarah for 9/1/26. The cabin was number 25. I also have an audio recording of the unprofessional conduct and words of the owner upon leaving (uploaded for the public to hear). Don’t think this is a fake review, this place is genuinely appalling. Be warned. Don’t even think about it.

First time visiting Batemans bay and got a powered site here last minute- owners were lovely and helpful- site was clean and well maintained- toilets and showers were pristine - pool and kids playground were well looked after. Would recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to come back!

Shockingly bad. From arrival, the place looks like armageddon just hit. Unkept, unclean, with surly owners who are pretty blunt and rude.

We found this accommodation after a very bad experience at a nearby hotel. A family of 7, one with a disability and a 6 month old baby. The managers and staff were so helpful and welcoming, making every attempt to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The cabins were clean, well equipped, with all that we needed. The pool and play area were clean and safe for the kids. 2 days of peace, quiet and calm. Just what was needed. And within driving distance to shops and the beach..

Immaculate caravan park, delightful grassed sites beautifullly maintained. Whilst the ablution amenities are a bit old ,they were very clean n tidy& the water was piping hot. A dog friendly caravan park, they offer a small bag of dog treats & poo pick up bags.Could be handy to be given a small map of dog friendly areas for exercising as there isn't anywhere in the park itself. 😁 Wifí is available...

Staff were very friendly and provided everything I needed. They answered all of my questions. The cabin was new and clean. It was completely equipped. The place has a nice space and you can find many facilities. Good location. At the reception you can find some stuff to buy as drinks.
