Great farmers market held every Saturday morning. There are a wide range of local growers and suppliers selling all sorts of fresh produce.
It's held in the lovely spacious and light former Green Park Station building.
There are also a number of street food stalls further along the building.
There is free parking in the adjacent Sainsbury car park for up to 90 minutes.

A lovely browse to start our saturday morning. A few stalls on hand selling a wide variety of things. Lots of meats and deli style shops and pastry items on display. Good location and easy access to town. We got tarts from one of the stalls which was very yummy! Would recommend everyone check this out at least once.

Small but quaint and beautiful, my favourite out of all was the mushroom vendor. ABSOLUTELY my favourite. Fresh and succulent MUSHROOMS.
The market opens at 9am, and closes around 1pm.
Consists of game, poultry, pork, cheese, BREAD especially bread bakers so good. Must try the rye bread. Bread is especially affordable. Please go and support the local bakers!
There is something for anyone and everyone.

1:30 is already a pretty early closing time for those who sleep in or have anything else to do on Saturday morning, so it’s not fair to the vendors who stay till the advertised closing time that so many vendors (with plenty of product) start packing up at noon and are ready to leave at 12:30.

The farmers market have plenty of varieties from food the handcrafted products. Really nice to walk around and explore and can park in the open carpark.

They have raw milk, raw honey, organic local veg and grass fed beef. I go here every week and the quality is great.

When on holiday in England we buy food from the farmers' market every Saturday. Meat from butcher Andrew which is so so good as are his stories about the breeds, sourdough bread from the Oven, vegetables, strawberries and jam, what else do you need?
