Our teacher/guide was very helpful and knowledgeable, gave us many tips on our batik designs and shared a lot of history on how the batik came to Malaysia as well. Beautifully designed batik shirts for men. Also excellent customer service. My return parcel to exchange for a larger shirt size was held up by Malaysian customs. Batik boutique tried to contact Customs to release the parcel without avail. Batik Boutique then despatched the replacement shirts to me, indicating that they will settle internally the parcel being held by Customs.

Had a great day making batik with hot wax in Batik Boutique. The 4-hour workshop was nicely paced with a short introduction of batik and tools, demonstration, and practice on papers before finally doing it on fabric with design and colour of choice. attended their warehouse sale and was blown away by the selection and prices. Everything was clearly marked, and the staff helped me find what I was looking for. It was busy, but the lines moved fast. Definitely worth checking out if they have another one

Bought a really cool looking shirt here. Fabric, stitching and buttons are all fine. The size was way off, probably 2 sizes small. As you see in the photos, it’s supposed to be an XXL. Wears like a Large or slim fit XL. This site has a no refund policy so purchases here are very much a crapshoot. Good luck.

I did the batik course with some colleagues at work. We had lots of time to explore the different tools you can use to create your designs. Nana was very informative and patient. I'm so happy with my final design that I get to take home! Highly recommend!
