Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport

Small and neat. The bridge didn't work when we landed so all passengers had to walk thru the open area from the plane to the terminal and no elevators were there so we were walking up the stairs (might be because of all the delays and late arrival).

This airport is small. The staff are polite and helpful. Getting through security is accomplished relatively fast (at least it was at the times I've gone through). The restrooms are clean. In the gate area, there are a business center, a small art exhibit room, a chapel/reading room, a lactation room, a service dog relief area, and two places with food.

Really clean airport which looks super nice. The restrooms are clean. There are only a couple of food options though. Looks new and seems to be recently renovated.

Literally waited THREE hours watching one employee run from counter to counter trying to get people on a plane. It took 2 hours for the mechanic to arrive and still waiting! Definitely driving to New Orleans airport from now on.

They need more ticket agent. The Delta ticket agent was checking bags, pushing passengers in wheelchairs, hauling bags, boarding flights and I'm not surprised if we wasn't fueling the plane. This was crazy!

Great small airport. Awesome flooring.

Small and fast in and out. Mostly smaller planes so most carryons stored below. No pcs with lithium batteries except in cabin storage. So need small bag just for those.
