Battambang Resort

Great resort with lovely pool/ garden and nice little bar/ restaurant. Rooms were comfortable and clean. All services as described and in good condition. Beds comfortable and aircon effective. Staff and owners very helpful and friendly. A little out of town but we were happy to stay at the resort in the evenings as we had been out sightseeing seeing all day. Great oasis.

What a beautiful hotel. It is a little haven. We were able to totally unwind and relax. The service is excellent and the food is delicious and affordable. The breakfast is the best we have had at any hotel. The rooms are beautiful. I would highly recommend a lake view room.

We had a great stay at Battambang Resort—an excellent hotel with a peaceful setting just outside the town. The pool was clean and perfect for cooling off, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. We stayed in both garden and lakeview rooms, and would definitely recommend going for the lakeview if available—much nicer outlook and atmosphere. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was tasty. A small note: portions at lunch and dinner could be a little more generous. We also had a minor issue with electricity in one room, but it was fixed very quickly by the staff, which we appreciated. A lovely bonus for families was the mini golf course—our kids loved it, and we ended up playing three times! As for Battambang town itself, we weren’t hugely inspired by it, so wouldn’t recommend spending too long there. The resort, however, was a real highlight—calm, welcoming, and a great place to relax. Would definitely recommend for families or anyone wanting a quieter base with great service.

Can’t comment on the rooms as we only came for drinks and dinner, but the service and food was delicious! The generous options of yummy and reasonably priced Belgian beers was a plus. I highly recommend the fish amok.

Wonderful hotel just outside of town, very quiet and relaxing. Great friendly staff and helpful. Good size pool with a few sunbeds. We stayed in a lake room over looking the lake and water lilies. Breakfast quite basic but great if you love eggs. Water refill station near the bar and drinks were very reasonable. We ate in the hotel 1 evening the food was lovely a few choices for vegetarians

What a paradise hotel! Beautifully located, peaceful swimming pool, spatious rooms and very tasty food from the authentic Khmer cuisine as well as some western dishes. Also worth mentioning: excellent service and exceptionally friendly personnel, always ready to assist in anything you inquire. If you’re new to Battambang I recommend staying at least 2-3 nights to have enough time to visit the highlights (e.g. city centre, Killing Caves) but also to enjoy what the hotel has to offer.

Lovely hotel located a little out of the city. Rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant was great. Breakfast was delicious and dinners were excellent as well. Staff were accommodating and helpful and seemed generally happy to be there. Definitely a good location for a few days in Battambang

Wonderful stay. Excellent service. The pool is great. Breakfast is plentiful. Menu has enough choices for lunch and dinner for a couple of days. Options for kayaking, mini golf and rice wine tasting across the street. Bicycles available (free). They have a nice garden for herbs and fruits. Ask questions about all the ingredients in the Khmer dishes and you will learn a lot! Highly recommended!
