From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — every interaction felt personal and heartfelt. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and offered stunning views. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. As for the food— just wow. Delicious, fresh, healthy and beautifully presented every time. Whether it was breakfast, a poolside lunch, or dinner with a view, we were always impressed. And now to my personal highlight: Yes, they have a gym with a Reformer Pilates machine and even an ice bath! I was thrilled to see they’re keeping up with wellness trends. Being able to continue my reformer training during our stay made a huge difference, and the ice bath was the perfect recovery treat after workouts or hot days. If you're looking for a luxury stay that offers more than just a pretty view — Batu Karang has it all: relaxation, wellness, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this resort for the very first time and were absolutely blown away by how incredibly stunning the place is. Of course, we had high expectations based on the photos — but they were far exceeded. Our ocean-view room was an absolute dream, and the outdoor bathroom was just as amazing. It takes only three minutes in the morning to walk to a small private beach and watch the surfers ride the waves — such a perfect way to start the day. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer because it truly felt like paradise. We’ll definitely be coming back! A heartfelt thank you to all the staff as well — everyone was so warm and helpful.

Batu Karang Resort in Nusa Lembongan offers stunning ocean-view villas, outdoor bathrooms, and a peaceful vibe. The infinity pool, spa, and delicious food make it a perfect retreat. The staff is warm and helpful. I had a great experience and would love to visit again soon!

Every time we travel to Nusa Lembongan we stay at Batu Karang Resort. It is by far the best resort on the island. The views are spectacular, the rooms are beautifully appointed, well maintained and clean. They have three swimming pools, one overlooking the ocean and Mount Agung, a lap pool, gym and ice bath. The staff are friendly and professional. The food and menu in their restaurant Muntigs is world class. So good that we ate every meal here after having previously been disappointed at other restaurants on the island. The spa treatments are beautiful, I highly recommend the facial with natural ingredients. I can’t recommend Batu Karang Resort and Spa and Muntigs Restaurant enough!

An unforgettable stay at Batu Karang – hands down one of the best places we've ever stayed! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The staff here are some of the warmest and most genuine people you'll meet – always smiling, super helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. You can really feel the love and care they put into everything. The location is next level – tucked up on the hill with absolutely stunning views over the water. Waking up to that every day was magic. It's the perfect balance of laid-back island vibes with a touch of luxury. The food? Incredible. Every meal was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast by the pool or dinner under the stars, it was all top quality. The rooms were spotless, comfy, and had that cool island charm. You can tell everything’s well looked after – it’s all done with a really high standard. We came with the family and it was perfect for everyone – heaps of space, great pools, and just a really relaxed feel all round. It’s the kind of place where you can totally unwind, switch off, and enjoy every minute. Massive thanks to the Batu Karang crew – you made our trip very special. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

The property is immaculately maintained, and the room is spacious, offering stunning views of both the sea and Mount Agung. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner during our 2-night, 3-day stay, and were consistently impressed. Muntig truly lives up to its reputation as one of the finest on the island, offering a delightful blend of local and international cuisines with a unique twist.||The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always eager to ensure their guests had the best experience, with no request being too much trouble. We will definitely return if we visit the island again. To all the staff, thank you for making our holiday so memorable and special.

This was the third stop on our Bali adventure. It was fantastic! The views were incredible, as was the service. It’s on quite a steep slope but the wonderful staff drop you back to your room in a golf buggy. The pools are glorious and the township is a short walk along the beach away. We didn’t want our stay here to end, and that’s supported by three kiwi teenagers. That’s high praise! We got a buggy and explored the whole island. That’s worth doing. Highly recommended.

We loved every moment of our stay here, celebrating our honeymoon. The view of Mt Agung and the water was unbelievable. The cocktails at Muntigs were great, and my husband especially loved the lamb infused whiskey one. It was an easy walk to the main beach strip, but as that's where most boats come in, we tended to swim at Coconut Beach which was a brief coastal walk in the other direction.
