On our visit to Leavenworth, we took the Bavarian Walking Tour. Our guide Tom Potter was very knowledgeable about the town and its history. Tom is very charismatic and accommodating. We were not rushed to move on. Very much enjoyed all of the stops we made along the way. Would highly recommend. @bavarianwalkingtours

Had a decidedly mixed experience on this e-bike tour. Our guide was very pleasant but a bit inattentive and also biked much faster than I expected for a leisurely, scenic tour. It was my first time on an e-bike and the gear shift on my bicycle was broken so I couldn't downshift and I kept falling behind the group on the straightaways. It was stressful trying to keep up, especially on the stretch where you have to cross and then cycle on the highway. It was only after I switched bikes with another woman in the group and she fell even further behind that the guide decided to actually check out the bicycle and actually believed us that something was wrong. The company technically offers helmets for everyone but they didn't have one that fit me and my helmet kept falling backward with the strap choking me the entire ride; it would never have properly protected my head if there'd been an actual accident. For $113 a ticket, the equipment should be functional and safe. Even after I got on a functioning bicycle, I still felt the pace was fast and would have appreciated more time to look at the scenery. The tour was supposed to take 2.5 hours and we wrapped up in 2. I also thought there would be more scenic stops along the way to take photos and such. Overall I would not recommend this tour. You're better off renting an e-bike somewhere else and having the freedom to go at your own pace and stop and take photos when you'd like.

Great fun. Our guide was so friendly and engaging. We did the morning ride, so there was no traffic issues and the temperature was ideal. Their bikes are great and easy to use at any skill level. It’s truly a fun way to see all of Leavenworth, not just the tourist zone.

A great way to explore the town. They were very kind to take our last min bike tour request and arranged a 1.5 hour route for us. The tour was led by Coco and Tyler and they did an amazing job showing us hidden gems, best scenic spots and some of their favorite eateries in Leavenworth. Bikes are very new and in great condition. The tour also provides helmets and water. Highly recommend this for those visiting for the first time or regulars.

This is a must do if you are looking for a recreational but easy to learn activity in Leavenworth. Our tour guide Tom gave an easy to understand orientation on the e bikes and once I started it I got the hang of it. Tom was so knowledgeable on all things Leavenworth and the surrounding areas and seeing the country side of this beautiful place by e-bike was such a special experience. Thanks so much for a fantastic experience Tom and Team!!!

Our family spent a few days on our recent trip to Leavenworth and this was by far the most fun and memorable experience for us. We were fortunate enough to have Tom as a fabulous tour guide. He shared his knowledge on the history of Leavenworth and the surrounding areas as we rode the easy to operate E-Bikes. The E-Bikes are loads of fun and anyone can do it. This is a must do if you want to get the full cultural experience of Leavenworth!

We really enjoyed this e-bike tour overall. Our guide was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the route took us through some truly beautiful spots. It was a great way to explore the area and learn more about the local history and scenery. That said, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the pricing. At $125 per person for a weekend tour (nearly $300 total after taxes for two people), I expected a bit more in terms of the overall experience—perhaps a stop that highlights the local Bavarian culture through food, like a pretzel or bratwurst sampler. We were given a water, which was nice, but something small and thematic would have added a special touch and made the price feel more justified.
