Bay Breeze Boutique Accommodation

We chose a room with a sea view across the bay and weren’t disappointed with the view. ||After a warm welcome upon arrival, we settled in to our room. It was well equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, safe, toaster and stuff to eat off. We weren’t expecting the fridge and kitchen items to be shared with the wet room (at opposite ends) behind the bedroom. It worked well, it just seemed unusual.||The hotel also opens out to the promenade ant the back and is in close proximity of some cafes and restaurants.

We stayed two nights in this beautifuly decorated boutique hotel. Position and the view is incredible! The staff were amazing! Especially Dee. We got an upgraded room and are thankful for this. They do have good eye for details starting from pod coffee machine, toaster, good quality tea begs, Leif hair and skin products. Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, bed was specious and comfortable. We shall definitely return it and recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much for pleasent stay.

We had the best stay for two nights here! The attention to detail in our room was outstanding. Alison was so lovely and gave us tons of great recommendations. Definitely go for the ocean view room. You will be glad you did. We couldn’t believe how nice the room was, especially for the price. We will be back!

Wowza!! Would 💯 recommend staying in any of their rooms. We got an upgrade to the warehouse apartment, this place is amazing. I could not stop smiling with joy. Stones throw away from the waterfront restaurants, CBD. Best location Best weekend away great service very friendly. Amazing views from the bay view rooms (otherwise I wouldn’t stay here). It’s conveniently located on the water in the heart of Batemans Bay. We loved sitting on the deck watching the change in weather. What I didn’t like was that there was no door to the toilet. The kitchenette/bathroom was visually separated from the bedroom by a wall, but call me old fashioned, I wanted a wall (or at least an exhaust fan!)

We stayed in the Warehouse and the views and outdoor patio were magical. The accomodation was beautifully furnished, and clean bedding. However, there was an extremely musty odour throughout the warehouse. There was a single door which we left open for airflow but none of the windows could be opened for ventilation. It wasn’t enough for the smell to dissipate. If it wasn’t for this I’d rate higher but this is seriously something that needs to be checked by owners.

What a gem! Lovely rooms with a super comfy bed and the view over the water was a special bonus. Very luxurious. A special thank you to Alison for making our stay very memorable.

What a great place! This was another place along the coast where I wished we had more time. One night was not enough! Let's start with being right on the water. Beautiful views day and night - steps to great restaurants. Hubs saw a seal! Tons of parrots and pelicans. Our room was super comfy - great towels and AMAZING smelling toiletries. We had everything we needed at hand, plus a very comfy bed. Amazing hospitality as well - we got the best advice at check in on where to eat and where to see local wildlife. Don't miss this charming place in a beautiful beach town!
