Bay Breeze Boutique Accommodation

Amazing views from the bay view rooms (otherwise I wouldn’t stay here). It’s conveniently located on the water in the heart of Batemans Bay. We loved sitting on the deck watching the change in weather. What I didn’t like was that there was no door to the toilet. The kitchenette/bathroom was visually separated from the bedroom by a wall, but call me old fashioned, I wanted a wall (or at least an exhaust fan!)

I had a wonderful stay at Bay Breeze over Christmas last year. Fantastic location next to the wharf and plenty of parking, it is great value for money. Coming from interstate, the check in and check out process was smooth, would highly recommend and looking forward to staying with you again when I'm down south. Thank you!

Booked a studio apartment and we were upgraded to the rooftop apartment which was amazing. Allison was lovely and everything in the apartment was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We just spent 3 luxurious nights at Bay Breeze and absolutely loved it. We were ground floor, waterfront. Stunning! Alison our host was more than accommodating, from our late check in, to local specialty recommendations, help with arranging our dinner bookings and drop offs. The room was spacious, modern, with luxury finishes such as Leif skin products, great mini bar assortments and beautiful plush bedding and towels. Our view was spectacular and we loved waking up to the sunrise and ocean sounds each day. If you have time, you must try The Punt House Restaurant too! Will certainly be back. Thank you!

Great venue - close to everything - you can walk to bars shops and resturants and leave the car behind . Alison was very welcoming and helpful. Comfortable and spacious room lovely toiliteries , great outlook to the bay - delightful and quiet.

Very good place. I booked it for a trip near new years and Alison was very helpful and accomodating with everything I needed. The rooms are large and clean. Definitely would wholeheartedly stay again.

Great motel at a reasonable price for a spacious room with a comfortable bed and all you could need for a pleasant stay. It was also very clean which is a plus. I highly recommend this motel in BB.

What a great place! This was another place along the coast where I wished we had more time. One night was not enough! Let's start with being right on the water. Beautiful views day and night - steps to great restaurants. Hubs saw a seal! Tons of parrots and pelicans. Our room was super comfy - great towels and AMAZING smelling toiletries. We had everything we needed at hand, plus a very comfy bed. Amazing hospitality as well - we got the best advice at check in on where to eat and where to see local wildlife. Don't miss this charming place in a beautiful beach town!
