BAY FUSION

I was a bit skeptical at first being that I was the only person inside. But when she brought out them dumplings and the freshness and taste was on point I knew my rice curry with shrimp was not going to disappoint. And to my surprise OMG it was so delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something new and delicious. We’ll search no more.

I went here on the recommendation of a friend for the pork Bánh Mì and I'm probably never going anywhere else for my pork sandwich fix ever again. It was perfect. The bread was perfectly toasted, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, the pork was tender, well seasoned, and the sauce was on point. Everything was so well balanced and proportioned I want another one right now thinking about it. The restaurant is small but clean and I'm sure the size suits their needs. Service was quiet and quick. It was $10 for the sandwich plus tip but absolutely worth it. I can't wait to try other items! I'll update this when I do but for now 5/5 and I'm sure it'll remain that way. *****Edit/update***** I was right lol so far the review is remaining this way! I stopped in the other day to order a couple other items. I was so excited that it took me nearly 30m to decide what to try. Now, since I'm made of human pieces and not money, I limited myself to two items. The pork and egg roll vermicelli and the shrimp and garlic pho. I ordered over the phone for pick up and headed there. Service was the same as the other day, friendly and polite, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Heading home with my treasures in tow, I had the idea to get a side of pho broth from Dat Pho to compare and make sure I wasn't just fan girling over Bay Fusion due to how impressive that banh mi was. Well, the broth is no longer $2 for a side of it, it's now $7 so, in my mind, that already made it taste a little less good. So, I start heading home again, periodically wiping the drool from my steering wheel due to the heavenly aroma my food was filling my car with when I see the time. I've gotta pick up my kid from school. I need to sit in that dang line and... wait. It was torture. Days, weeks, months went by while I sat there. That's how good it smelled. I finally get home with my treasures and I guess my kid and I rip into my orders. The Bay Fusion pho has a better flavor and I don't know how it was possible but that broth was somehow still scalding hot. Confused but delighted, I devoured the whole bowl. (They supply the bowl! Dat Pho doesn't) Plenty of bean sprouts, an appropriate amount of basil, cilantro, jalapeno, lime, and generous portion of shrimp! These shrimp were BIG too! Oh, it was glorious. Some anxious hours later, I finally get to really try the vermicelli dish. It was perfect. The pork was thin but super tender and flavorful! Bay Fusion is knocking it out of the park with flavor, ingredient balance, and service! I will absolutely be trying more dishes in the future!

Really good pork bahn mi. Great flavor and high quality ingredients and bread. It’s very well priced too. But the soups were a bit below average. The pho kinda lacked flavor on all metrics and the Tom yum was very acidic and could have been spicier.

Pho with an AMAZING tastebud tingling experience, this place is a MUST try!!! I dine in at least once or twice a week. I also enjoy my FAV drink named after me (lol) Mango Melody Iced Tea. My go to is the Chicken, Shrimp & Broccoli Pho in either order, it's sooo YUM!!! The lady's here are very kind. Only issue I have is when I crave Pho on a Tuesday...hahaha. The Vietnamese Crispy Egg Rolls (chicken) are great as well!! I do plan to expand and try other items on the menu one day. Enjoy 😊

First time at this location. The restaurant was clean. It was pretty empty as it was 1 PM, so I guess the lunch crowd had already come and gone. The restaurant had nice decor and all around nice atmosphere. We tried the Pad Thai, Mekong Grill beef, Shrimp Pho and the fried egg rolls. Food was good. We took everything to go.

We saw this place and decided to go in. As we walked in, we were greeted and had a choice to sit anywhere. I had pho chicken soup and my husband had coconut curry. It was served hot and presentable. The atmosphere was tranquility and peaceful. I recommend this place. We will be back. Customer service was great.

This new location has a lot of potential and a very modern vibe, which I have in the lap. The food was perfect. And the timing was pretty much spot on as well after it was ordered. Our waitress was very friendly, and informational. We were there and not such a busy time, as a rule, that is when I like to go out to eat, so that I can get to know my servers and potentially, the owners of the restaurants that I attend. The only thing that I would say is that they are very traditional in being casual. Which means it probably take us a little too long to be able to place our order even though it wasn’t busy. However, it’s some of the best Ramen that we have been able to find in our area! And I think if they had a little more staffing, the speed would be significantly improved. And like I said, the quality of the food was spot on, I will be continuing to go there due to the quality inn and of itself. And I look forward to them being staffed a little bit more, so that it could be a more timely experience for everyone. But they are brand new, so this is just a little kinks that they have to work out. All restaurant owners know how this goes. And I guess this will be no exception.

Bay Fusion: Solid Pho, Quirky Vibes This place isn't bad at all. The pho was great--not the best I've ever had, but definitely delicious and satisfying. Their vermicelli? Decent, though it didn't blow me away. The ambience could use a little love; it's not exactly a place you'd bring someone you're trying to impress. But honestly, I'd still come back for the pho--it's worth it. Funny thing: while eating here, I overheard a guy at the next table explaining to his date that pho is pronounced "foe" with absolute confidence. She corrected him, and instead of admitting he was wrong, he said, "Well, that's just how I say it." The awkward silence that followed was almost as rich as the broth. All in all, Bay Fusion is a solid spot for a casual meal.

Just stopped in for a quick lunch on my quest to find a neighborhood Vietnamese spot. Tried the Pork Vermicelli and was pleasantly surprised! The char on the flavorful pork was on point! The spring rolls ( I ordered an extra one), were great as well! Found my spot! I'll definitely be back!

The food was flavorless. The customer service was horrible. My son and I had to pay prior to seating down to eat and the other family that was there didn't have to do this. They paid after their meal. We had never been there so I assumed it was their policy. We will not be back and all the food we ordered stayed on the table.

The Bahn Mi is DELICIOUS. I am going back tonight. I also love the interior of the restaurant.

Looking for something fresh to eat we walked into Bay Fusion for the first time. Thinking it would be Just another Pho place I was not expecting more than a basic Pho Bowl, instead I got this delicious Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef soup) wow Very tasty and the staff is very friendly. Faves : Bun Bo Hue Beef Ban mi Egg roll appetizer

I was really excited to try this place but it wasn't as impressive as I thought. Bahn mi was good but pho wasn't as good as other places. It didn't taste as fresh. Workers were very efficient.

Came here for lunch yesterday, got a bahn mi and bun boe hue #40. Asked for the bahn mi to have extra jalepenos, cilantro, and mayo. Couldn't really taste the mayo and it tasted like the had a sweet relish or topping on it..don't like the sweet. The bun boe hue was good and tasty, I would definitely get this again! Definitely ordered more than my share cause I'm a bit indecisive..took home to finish. Babe got summer blossom bbq pork chops #45 he enjoyed this but wasn't expecting a large dinner portion. He also had a box for home. Staff was attentive and friendly, dining was clean, bathrooms need work smells like sewer.

Thought I'd try this place, but looking at the reviews & based on my experience I can see the issues. Tried calling several times during normal business hours to place an order (cannot do so online unless it's being delivered), and no one answered. I couldn't leave a vm either. Their website is mediocre & directs you to Facebook to look at PDF menus. On to the next place..

Flavors are really good. I love a strong broth. I've had the chicken pho and chicken/shrimp pho. Both are really good!

I had their Pho. I got it to go. The rice noodles were soft and gummy. Flavor was good but the texture of the noodles were soggy

My husband and I came for a bite to eat but then saw we had to take it to-go. Overall the food was so-so. I got the pad thai and my husband got the Bahn mi and thai tea. The pad thai was super greasy and even though I ordered it spicy it had no spice at all. My husband said the Bahn mi was okay but nothing special.

First my sweet waitress was so kind, it seems like they corrected the rude service thing. She was very traditional in her approach, soft speaking. Excellent there. Spring roles were good! Fresh and good. I like a little kick of cilantro or mint but it was good. Peanut sauce wasn't a winner because hot. Ick, I like it better temperature. Chicken curry, very flavorful-- I like it. Not my favorite but extremely fresh and good. I just prefer more green curry style BUT this is good and worth trying :) I'd return no problem.

Such good flavors! Food portions are pretty large and are always tasty. I love the lemongrass dishes and the country spring rolls. **Notice the hours though! Closed on Tuesdays and close at 7:45, also at dinner you can only pick up food!

What a great clean restaurant. Friendly staff member. The family loved the Bo Luc Lac, pho and bun. We were very pleased with all our dishes, spring rolls and egg rolls as well. The best cafe su da I had ever!!

When you walk in, you are taken away from the noise of the road outside. This is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of seating to help maintain safe social distance too. The menu is bright, colourful and descriptive. Great choices too. I opted for the steak pho. It was brought to my table in only a few minutes, super fast! And...it was delicious! The staff were pleasant, and respectful. I will definitely be back to try some more of their great options.

Totally delicious!!! This is the Bao Peking Duck with hoisin sauce, daikon radish, cucumber and carrot. Simple and mouth watering. The Bun was steamed to perfection w the duck being moist with just enough hoisin to add to the flavor t the duck. And to kick it up a fresh jalapeños. We also had their Spicy Tofu Ramen!! Total explosion in the mouth. We will back to try more.!!

Really wasn't expecting much, was just looking for something to grab for lunch while passing through. But wow was I glad to stumble across this place. The menu has good variety, what me and my fiancé got were the pork banh mi and chicken banh mi with egg. I would have taken pictures of these beautiful sandwiches if we weren't so busy devouring them. Everything was seasoned and proportioned perfectly, egg was perfect. I don't remember when was the last time I had a banh mi this good, and I've had many. It's worth noting that when ordering To-Go, they have little individual sriracha packets, like ketchup packets but sriracha, which I didn't know existed and love! Also the containers are designed to be torn apart easily so the banh mi can rest in the container while eating without taking up a lot of room. I recommend this place for sure, and obviously recommend the banh mi

First off... this place is downright precious. Super cute atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered the steam dumplings that were delicious! Our main course was two bahn mis sandwiches that were down right the best we ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned and the bread is made in house so it was delicious and fresh. To drink we had the regular unsweet tea that was so tasteful we asked for one to go along with a thai tea to go. Do yourself a favor and check out this treasure.

The quality of the food is going downhill along with the portion sizes. This was my favorite to go place for Pho when they first opened. After a not so great experience several months ago, I decided to give them another try because restaurants have bad days too. I think it's their norm now and I won't be ordering from them any longer.

Called in for pickup. Walked in and the restaurant was calm and quiet, decorated with live plants, felt very soothing. Our food was ready pretty fast, hot & fresh. The lemon grass steak banh mi had great flavor. The crispy egg rolls were crunchy & delicious, served with lettuce, carrots and cilantro to wrap and dip in the sauce. The shrimp Pad Thai was overflowing with large shrimp.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat delicious pho! The place is clean, great service (it can be a bit slow during lunch to get your food) and the food is delicious. I can't comment on all the food, but on their pho, specially #41 spicy beef, is the best pho in Spring!

It's always amazing here! If you are into Thai curry, this is the spot! And the Vietnamese shrimp egg rolls are yummmmm!

I have passed this place a couple of times and decided to try it about 3 days ago when i had a Vietnamese food craving. Once I walked in it was about 3 families sitting and eating their food. The decor is very cute and modern. So I was like hmm maybe I will try something I don't typically get at a Vietnamese restaurant but I had to get some spring rolls. I had never had spring rolls with strawberries in them so I was hoping I was in for a treat and then I ordered Tom Yum. I had looked up what Tom Yum was before i came and was like it sounds good. I got home and and my first taste, wowzer! My eyes watered, ooo it was sooo spicy! But I had just tried the broth, so I ate some more broth with the rice noodles and the spice calmed down, it was very delicious. Although I was sniffling the whole time, the flavor, the fresh vegetables and shrimp were of great quality. I will be trying this again!

I drove past this place and thought I'd try it out since potbelly's was closed next door during this Covid pandemic. Everyone knows takeout pho isn't as good as dine-in pho, but I wanted to try it anyway. Once I returned home, I was disappointed how small the portions were compared to other pho places. I looked at these small chicken spring rolls and the lack of pho noodles and I was literally like, "what the pho man?!" The broth wasn't clean and it had a cinnamon flavor to it. Again, I was like, "Are you pho-king kidding me?" I've tasted better broth in .25 cent maruchan instant ramen.

This is a nice little restaurant. The staff were friendly and the place was nice. When you walk in, you can tell you're next door to a nail salon. Food: I ordered the coconut curry chicken/shrimp bowl. It was delicious. My husband ordered something that turned out to be basic shrimp fried rice. The shrimp were large. The shrimp egg rolls were over cooked but not a deal breaker. I'll be coming back to this place

From the outside doesn't look very big, plenty of room. The Chinese food that is being offered reminds me of something you order from Panda Express. Sushi rolls are good.

I was very disappointed in the food from this restaurant. It has many good reviews, so I ordered from them on Grubhub. I got a beef bah mí with the vegetable soup. It was absolutely flavorless. The bah mí did not have much meat nor vegetables and it was also quite dry due to the lack of mayonnaise. The broth of the vegetable soup tasted like water. The vegetables were the closest thing to seasoning in this dish. The food seemed to be very americanized; not so authentic. I most likely will not return, but I would give it another try if I was recommended a dish that taste spectacular.

I don't usually leave many reviews, but this just felt deserved and due! Was craving soup...randomly stumbled over Bay Fusion on DoorDash. We chose the meatball and rare steak Phò. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh, broth was flavorful. We also got the spring rolls (grilled steak and pineapple) and the summer rolls (shrimp and strawberry) Again, both were very fresh and delicious. The peanut sauce was also excellent!!

Bright and colorful atmosphere, classy music, kind and attentive staff, fresh and delicious pho! Bathrooms are cute and clean. Beautiful artwork on the walls, only one tv and it's turned to an Asian cooking network.

Good pho. Tried 21 and 28. Egg rolls were burnt but probably would have been ok if not over fried. Great vietnamese coffee and delicious water.

The food is great! I've been a few times now. This time I noticed that the pho noodles are spaghetti noodles.

Lady at the front counter was very rude, always has been everytime I go in there. Will never be going back because of her, food is good but the service ruined it. She forgets to place orders and makes you sit and wait and watch people that walked in after you, eat their food before you. 0 stars!

The Tom Yum soup is amazing! Everything I've had here is incredibly fresh! The shrimp at a lot of places is not always the freshest but here it is always super fresh! I come here quite often and they always have good service.

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service is ridiculous. We asked to move a table together so our party of six could sit together. We were told no. Despite that there was only one person dining. We were given menus at our table then told to go up to counter to order. Wtf? At the order counter there was 80 signs outlining rules to ordering and dining. It is almost comical. I made it up to sign 64 before I gave up. There was more but you get the point. Order to go. The food is delicious. The service, well, it detracted from the experience.

Been here twice and tried their soups. My favorite is their Tom Yum soups with anything in it (I had shrimp, and seafood). Also, their Pho is flavorful. Try the buns; I had the pork and the soft shell crab. I get it, it's a new place and they're still getting their feet wet, but for what it is, it's pretty darned good. The servers are friendly. Update: This place is great if you're the only one here. The service is obnoxiously slow if they get the slightest bit crowded. No way a full restaurant will work with 2 servers. This isn't the first time.

Do not go to Bay Fusion very rude service. Terrible customer service experience. I tried to reason with the waitress but she didn't care. I asked for the manager & she refused. I tried to take a pic & she pushed my phone & my hand down. She was crazy. All bc she brought egg rolls instead of spring rolls that we ordered. It was downhill hrom there. We ordered a bunch of stuff including Pho which we asked for an empty bowl to share when we placed our order. When food came I asked for a ladle to serve & she refused then I asked for a small cup to serve & she refused. Then I aske her to be nice & that we didn't want to make a mess or get burned trying to pour the soup & she said no. She yelled a few times & said we don't have spoon!! She also u don't share. I asked for the manager & she said no. I told her do u want me to post on internet how ur acting. She didn't care. My son said we should leave & we did. Bay Fusion ur not needed in our community get out & go back where u came from. I tried I'm ito be patient with you now I am fighting back. Get out! Ur food is nasty bc ur nasty & distrustful. Ur the kind of people that spit in the food. Ur lucky I didn't kick ur ass for touching my hand & my phone.

I can say I've been using Bay Fusion's for a couple of years now and the quality has never deviated. Even picked up for my son one year and the lady helping me was so nice. Their pho is especially good.

Clean, contemporary Asian restaurant atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonable prices ~Hot tea to drink, not very hot ~Vietnamese spring rolls, they were very good ~Pho Bahn Mi, perfect combination of sweet and savory. Comes with a small bowl of Pho for dipping or eating separately. Very good, but a little tough ~Well done flank pho, very good but a little light on the beef

Walked in and the first thing I noticed was a disgusting fish bowl teeming with fish feces . The owners have the fish in a small bowl swimming in their own disgusting excrement. Very disheartening , GROSS and I completely lost my appetite. If they're going to keep live animals in their restaurant the least they could to is take care of them . If they don't bother to keep the outward appearance clean , I can only imagine what the back kitchen looks like !! No thank you !

Good food. POOR SERVICE! No customer service ! They almost NEVER answer the phone for call in orders. I keep trying hoping it will get better. But it doesn't!

Very good Sandwiches sooo good. I ordered the combination sandwich and shared some spring rolls and egg rolls and my daughter had the grilled pork rice plate. Everything was so deliciously fresh and authentic. Definitely returning. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because as soon as you walk in you smell the next door nail shop but you don't notice it after 5 minutes of sitting there.

One of our favorite places to go to on date night. I start my dinner with a traditional Thai tea. Brewed to perfection and just the right amount of milk. We start off with the vegetables spring rolls. A great and hearty appetizer with peanut sauce. We usually get two orders and it's just the right amount. I love the soups and I typically have a hearty spicy seafood soup. Always great for a sore throat!

This place has the most delicious Pho I have had!!! It's always clean and smells good in the restaurant, but the Pho OMG!!!! I am a little new to the world of Pho they helped me pick the one I wanted!! Being given raw meat to put in soup is still a little off putting for me, so they even offered to put it together for me!! The broth is so good and flavorful. The only thing is I wish they delivered or they were on Door Dash. On cold rainy days it would be perfect!!!

I would like to say i will be coming back. Even tho I ordered really late and when I mean late, let's just say I was ordering during closing time. Since Yelp messed up their closing time they still manage to make my order. Being sick I definitely needed some pho in my life. The food was great and filling. Thank you for still feeding me even though I ordered and pick up my food after hours. I truly appreciate it.

I took my family in to BayFusion on Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers in the restaurant. The hostess told me that there were too many people in my party (5) to be seated. Not making this up. "We can only seat 4 people, you have too many". There were no Lee's than 10 tables and 4 booths, all empty. . The dining area in Bay Fusion will seat 50+, but not if more than 4 arrive together. I can't figure the logic. if 10 groups of 4 walk in, they can be served, but if 5 people walk in together, they have to dine elsewhere... odd business model. We left and went 1/2 to the east and ate at Pho Dat.

I had this for lunch on a Saturday. Was the only customer nearly the whole time I was there so the service was quick. Had an order of spring rolls and a large bowl of Pho. The food was everything a spring roll and a bowl of pho should be. The place was very clean which I think was nice. Will visit again.

This place has some really good pho! Had a Peking duck bun also.it could have used more duck,but was good in the taste catagory as well.The place is clean and has nice ambiance.Will definitely be back to explore the menu
