Ok so the room they allocated to us was really iffy. Spoke to reception and all was put right. Fab room in a nice quiet part of the complex. Staff are so friendly from the cleaning team to the management all helpful and go out of their way to make your holiday perfect. Food at this hotel is also very very good. I would highly recommend.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay at the Bay Gardens Hotel. |The hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The air-conditioning was also very effective. We were there on an AI basis and we enjoyed the food very much. Branded drinks were also included in our package. We particularly liked the fact that not all meals were buffet style, and a lot were waiter/waitress service after choosing from a menu.|Although the hotel was almost full/full, we would never have known it as it was always quiet and relaxed around the pools, and the bar and restaurant were busy in the evenings but we did not have to wait at all. Noone left their towels on sunbeds and, a lot of the time, we had whichever pool we were at to ourselves.|Beatrice, at the Beach resort, was very helpful in booking our tours.|Before we went, I did think about booking the Bay Gardens Beach Resort instead but now, having been there, I am so glad that we didn't. Yes, it is on the beach which is beautiful, but it was much bigger, busier and noisier. We also didn't find the staff as welcoming. The smaller two-storey Bay Gardens Hotel was also much prettier, we felt.|The shuttle bus to the beach resort was pretty prompt and reliable, and it is also a pleasant 15 minute walk. We did not have a problem getting a sunbed on the beach and the beach staff were great.|The pool at the Bay Gardens Inn was also lovely and their sunbeds were particularly comfortable.|We loved our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it.

The customer service at this hotel was very poor. Giving two stars instead of one because many of the workers were very nice and the facilities, food, and location weren't so bad. The rooms and furniture around the hotel and resort were a little dated, but decent. The real problem is very few of the staff members were helpful at all, with a complete inability to answer any questions we had. Many times there was nobody at the towel station or we were told no towels or no open chairs at the beach, and when we asked when lunch started at 1:10 pm, they told us it started at 12:30 pm but they were running late so it wasn't ready and couldn't give us a time that it would start. The menus apparently didn't have everything you could order as we saw people with different food, and some staff said you needed reservations for dinner and some didn't and we never actually had to make one which was weird since we were told the first night that we would need to. With the all-inclusive package, staff were contradictory and sometimes made you still sign a bill and others acted confused when I asked if we needed to. The food itself was pretty good, but the service was extremely slow. The same was true for the bartenders at both the resort and hotel in general. They were nice, but sometimes you got the wrong drink, or it would take super long. The place was just very confusing and inconsistent all around with the shuttle between properties sometimes being early or up to 20 minutes late. It seems like they could benefit from just more training and consistency because I think the workers were nice. For an all-inclusive experience that costs a lot of money, we expected much better and more professional service. Overall we had a great time in Saint Lucia, but the experience here and level of service really didn't match up to the beauty of the island and other people we met for taxis services and excursions.

Great stay! Good Value! Decent Breakfast. Lovely beach to swim in. Walking distance to shops and supermarket. Shuttle to beach every hour starting at 9:30am and return at 10:45 pm.Enjoyed our stay and we will be back, which we don’t say too often.

Bay Gardens Hotel is a lovely place to stay in St. Lucia. It's quiet, the staff are very friendly, and security makes very regular rounds to ensure guests' safety. Outside of the pools, there is a bar and kitchen at the hotel. It's conveniently close to Massey Stores for groceries, and the mall and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. There is nothing you can't find out between Google and asking the friendly and helpful hotel staff. The shuttle bus can take you to all three Bay Gardens locations, one of which is located right on the beach, and it promptly leaves the hotel half past every hour with enough space for ~13 guests. There are also activities hosted by the hotel throughout the week, such as poolside games, Pigeon Island Hike, karaoke, bingo, and more. Feel like you're home away from home here, but be sure to get out to do activities and to see the beauty of the island, the culture (take money for souvenirs and tips), and its people!

Nice stay and great location. We stayed 2 nights and staff and service was great. Our room was great as it was accessible to the pool and breakfast was great with an omletr station and options to choose from. The location was ideal where you can walk out to KFC and a shopping plaza nearby. We even went to a nearby restaurant to eat and enjoyed it. Keep in mind you can use their shuttle to access their resort nearby with the beach. If your looking for a budget friendly hotel would recommend it.

Everything about check in and arrival was excellent. We were served quickly and shown to our room with minimal wait time. Once we found our balcony, Shem Julien, our bar tender, saw us and invited us down for a drink at the bar. His friendly attitude and pleasant demeanour meant we. We’re very happy to visit his bar that was very well stocked. He was the perfect host and we are very happy to be served by him at the hotel again.

I had an amazing holiday in St Lucia. Very comfortable stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. Clean room and facilities. Peaceful swimming pool and gardens. Close walking distance to the beach or accessible via a free hourly shuttle bus. Excellent bar with delicious drinks. The staff were fantastic and really made my stay special - all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Quincy, Terry, Helena and Danny who went the extra mile. This was my first time in St Lucia but I will definitely be back!
