Bay Gardens Hotel

I’ve stayed at Bay Gardens Hotel several times, but this was definitely my best experience. From check-in to check-out, the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk team stood out. They were genuinely welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Truly exceptional service. The room was clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was exactly what it should be—fresh, tasty, and with a great local Saint Lucian twist that made every morning enjoyable. The property itself is tidy and relaxing, with a pleasant atmosphere throughout. Internet speeds were generally good, with only a few small dead spots in certain areas, but nothing that took away from the overall stay. This isn’t my first time here, but it is definitely the most memorable. Bay Gardens Hotel continues to deliver great value, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to the front desk staff for making this visit exceptional. Highly recommended.

This hotel is fantastic, if you're staying in the Rodney bay area the hotel is close to all the shops and there is a taxi stand outside which makes it easy to get around the island. There is a shuttle service to the sister resort for when you want a beach day. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was any trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The pool and bar area are a great place to relax. Breakfast is fresh every morning and is very tasty with plenty of hot and cold options.

We chose this hotel in Rodney bay knowing full well it wasn't a beach resort, but this didn't matter at all. If you want to walk to the beach it's only a pleasant 10-15 min walk every day, if not there is a shuttle bus which runs between the 4 resorts on a regular basis. Reduit beach itself is beautiful, with crystal clear water & white sand. There is a water park in the sea,which is free to use by bay gardens guests as are the non motorised water sports situated just down from the waterpark. |The hotel itself is a lovely little intimate resort with very friendly, helpful staff who were always happy to see you. We had room 109 which was conveniently situated behind the main pool & only a very short distance to the bar & restaurant. This room was spacious & always kept clean by housekeeping.|The bar staff & restaurant staff were all very friendly & attentive. |The food was cooked fresh to order & always very tasty, out of our 10 day stay we only found 2 of the breakfast buffet choices not to our liking, but they cater to many nationalities, so toast & fruit on these days so this was not a problem. |Check in was quick & easy after our long days travel to get here from the UK was appreciated & so was the welcoming rum punch.|I cannot recommend this hotel enough, don't think about it just book it. We will be back as we loved our time here & didn't want to leave. Many thanks to all the staff here who made our holiday a memorable one.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and comfortable. The staff truly made the experience! Everybody was friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to Sisi, Terry, Quincy, Sanjay, and Yohan!!! if you come across any of them, you’re definitely in good hands. Jerry, “the original” who picked us up from the airport and took us around, was also great. Seeing these people really made my sister and I feel well taken care of during our stay!

The hotel grounds and pool area are very nice. The rooms were adequate, but could have used some updating. The bathroom was adequate but the water pressure was poor on the second level, even through we changed rooms. The bathrooms also could have used ventilation fans. The property and rooms were very clean.||Breakfast was included in our package and the servers were very attentive. We especially enjoyed Lee Ann Felix who was a regular server that we looked forward to having serve us. There was a variety of food choices for the breakfast, which was served at the Bay Gardens Hotel, next to the Bay Gardens Inn. ||A free shuttle was available to take us to the other properties: the Bay Gardens Marina Haven and the Bay Gardens Beach Resort which was right on the water.

Had an amazing stay here with my five year-old daughter lots of amenities to offer including beach shuttle walk-in distance to many amenities. Great value great staff great food. Great drinks an amazing time.

So I decided to give this place a try for a night. Over-rated at best! There's better rooms out there in that category. The room chosen was a Croton Standard King. Didn't know what to expect or what that would look like. First of all, it is a very long walk away from the lobby/parking etc. Also if one is placed in a room with a number in the 300s, you'd think there's an elevator for those not able to go up and down the stairs. When asked about that, I was told to upgrade to get a lower level room or I should have stated in my booking. So no one was able to accommodate us. The room itself was not the best. Too small for a big old low king bed with two old with twin sinking mattresses. The quality of the bed sheets are just as terrible. No microwave, not a even a chair or a desk. Give me a break. Cheap tiles throughout and a vanity made of low grade material. The mirror over the vanity is way too low; a tall person have to bend to use it. I also spotted lots of ants. That may have been coming from the hibiscus flowers placed on the bed and in the bathroom. The easterly view is the highway and tall ugly unkept vegetation. The breakfast was ok. But the stay overall left a great deal to be desired.

Overall this is an average hotel. Location is great as it is within walking distance to local grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Staff is okay but most does not seem very friendly due to lack of smiles and welcoming faces. One staff member at breakfast even lied about French toast being available. Their shuttle to the resort is unreliable. Runs every hour but it only held 9 people. Does not help when you have 20 people waiting. Their restaurant and bar are good with decent food but would argue a little pricey. Not sure of we would come back.
