Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

Kris, Helen & Mia are exceptional on their job. So polite, courteous and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant. We were in the river view top floor room. The view is good. Rooftop pool was refreshing after a long day of outing. Cleaning Service is good and prompt. 10-15 mins walk away from the key landmarks like Notre Dame Church, Saigon Central post office, Book Street etc. Good hotel for someone who wants all the basic amenities and connectivity.

Recently my husband and I stayed at this hotel leading up to New Year's Eve. The location made it easy to walk up to the river to see the NYE fireworks which were displayed in three different locations. This was at about 1/3 of the cost of the nearby river front hotels. The rooms were on the small side but clean. There is a small rooftop pool with a partial river view. Breakfast was average. It is easy to walk around to tourist locations from the hotel. There were many good restaurants nearby.

We booked this hotel last minute so we got it on a high price. Didn’t expect anything great, just that it has huge windows and breakfast. And I am not the type to put in an effort to put review, but our stay on this hotel was really great! Our room was super clean! They clean the room everyday and replenish the mini bar (chips, water, soda). The bathroom was clean. We especially love the bed. The bedsheet was super clean and feels so good on the skin. Will definitely recommend this hotel. And oh! The breakfast was great too. Like a mini buffet just enough breakfast options for everyone. Super love it! The location was perfect too!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We celebrated our honeymoon at the Bay Hotel and they really made it an experience to never forget. The rooms are very clean and the view from inside the rooms is stunning. The staff are very friendly, including the people working in the restaurant. The rooftop pool is amazing, also because of the view, but also because of the water quality. Also, the location of the hotel in the middle of the area you want to be in, is great. All in all, five stars!

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the main spots. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The food was okay and met expectations. Special thanks to Rose, who cleaned my room daily and brought additional warmth to my stay. She made sure everything I needed was available and kept my room spotless.

My partner and I stayed at the Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh during our first time ever to Ho Chi Minh City. |The hotel offers such great value for money. The rooms are modern, clean and serviced every day. I recommend optioning the breakfast buffet package as it’s a perfect start to your day if you’ve got a busy schedule of activities and tours. |The hotel staff have been wonderful to deal with. Our concierge, Vincent, has been more than hospitable during our stay, making sure that our included couples massage went smoothly. He even came up to my room to organise everything with me directly. I cannot speak more highly of his dedication to 5 star service.|The hotel is located perfectly between busy nightlife and wonderful dining experiences. My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay here at The Bay Hotel and will be returning again when we come to Ho Chi Minh City next.

Good location with eateries, shopping within walking distance. Front desk, restaurant even the housekeeping staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and no musty smell (no window room stayed), and wasn't noisy except for other guests that open/closed their door so loudly after 2300hrs. The welcome fruits were really a nice gesture by the hotel mgt.|However, only 2 small elevator which have to wait up to multiple trips especially during morning breakfast and check,out timing before 1 could squeeze into the crowded elevator.

We had very comfortable stay in Bay hotels. Our room has best views with river and city side. Breakfast has wide spread of Asian food. This hotel has close proximity to all major tourist places, at walkable distance we have river front, markets etc., |Special mention Mr Vincent his caring and warm nature made our stay more comfortable. |Thank you Bay Hotel team for such memorable experience.
