Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh

Our golf group truly enjoyed our stay at Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed our dining experience at Chic Restaurant, not only for breakfast but also for other times of the day, which were consistently pleasurable and convenient. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to shopping areas and great restaurant finds.||A special thanks to Vincent, who made our early morning check-in smooth and effortless, and to Daniel, the hotel manager, for his attentive service. Check-out was just as smooth and easy, and we are grateful that the hotel was able to grant late check-out (for a fee) to some of our rooms, which made our departure more convenient.||The entire hotel team made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh will definitely be our top choice for our next golf tour in Saigon. Thank you again for the warm hospitality—we look forward to our next stay at your hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aug 22 - 25, from PH I really loved our stay here! The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and even from the start, the staff were very accommodating with our booking adjustments and requests. The breakfast buffet was excellent—everything tasted great. I appreciate that the options weren’t overwhelming, yet you still get to enjoy a variety of cuisines. The staff were incredibly hospitable and kind; they even took care of our luggage after check-out while we waited for our flight. Thank you so much for going the extra mile! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a strong water supply, which I really appreciated. The only thing I wish they had was Netflix on the TVs. Overall, I had such a great experience and will definitely come back whenever I visit Ho Chi Minh again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. Plus, the location is super convenient!

Perfect location, staff are very welcoming, helpful and most of all friendly. Rooftop bar staff make perfect margaritas! Room aircon could be colder and the fridge definitely needs to be colder. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with so much to choose from. Loved staying here for 3 nights and would definitely stay again if ever visiting Saigon again.

Staying at the Bay hotel felt very warm and welcoming. The food was always fresh, tasty, and offered a lot of variety. The staff were friendly and made the experience even better. Special thanks to Henry, Hans, and Dory for being so attentive and kind. I’ll definitely come back again!

This hotel is located at a very good location. Nearby by walking distance a lot of cafe, restaurants, and attraction places. The river view is great, my room unit was blocked by a tall building, still able to see partially river view. The breakfast was great for me, variety of food choices. Friendly receptionists and the housekeeping Mr Chaû, he was so friendly asking me when could he clean the room. So nice person!

Clean comfortable rooms, great location, cold beer, fantastic breakfast, really enjoyed the eggs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to a very late flight back to Perth, we were very appreciative of an extra 1hr awarded to check out time by Vincent on the front reception desk, also to Mario and team at the roof top bar.

I had an amazing stay at Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh and would absolutely give it a full 5 stars! The service was exceptional from start to finish. A special shoutout to Helen and Alan at the reception—both were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind, with beautiful city views and a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and with a great mix of local and international dishes. The hotel’s central location made it super convenient to explore the city, with many major attractions, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. Overall, Bay Hotel combines great service, comfort, and location into one memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff - Kash from the front desk and Dory from the 16th floor breakfast venue. Breakfast was adequate, plentiful options. The walls are paper thin though, lots of noise at early hours in the morning. Don’t stay here if you are sensitive to noise and chatter along the corridors at night. Room is as expected for a $50-70 /night hotel.
