The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and pillows. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and a good selection of toiletries.The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.

We spent two nights at Bay Hotel in Ho Chi Minh, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, we were amazed by the exceptional service and the beautiful surroundings. Our room had a stunning view of the Saigon River, which we loved waking up to every morning with a nice cup of coffee. The bed in our room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was just right with the option of a rain shower AND they always kept the mini fridge, Nespresso coffee and snacks filled. We also dined at the hotel’s restaurant, Chic, ont he first floor as well as their rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. Chic offered Vietnamese style semi buffet lunch and the food was exceptional. At Propeller Rooftop Bar, we enjoyed some of their signature cocktails (my favourite was the mango). The view from the top was spectacular, and the food was also amazing (the bolognese was our favourite). The rooftop was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Ho Chi Minh. Overall, our stay at Bay Hotel was fantastic, and we can't recommend it enough. Between the comfortable room, the incredible views, the amazing food, and the Propeller Rooftop Bar, it’s definitely one of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh. We’ll definitely be back! I stayed at the Bay Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for a couple of nights and enjoyed my experience. The rooms were clean, and the dinner at the restaurant was delightful. Special thanks to Nin from the restaurant, stood out with her friendly and attentive service, making the dining experience even better. While the nearby construction noise was a bit disruptive, the overall stay was excellent.

Sky high attitude for small conjested rooms. Rudeness, sadness and no respect towards guests. The staff at reception was arrogant. There are many other great 4 star and 5 star hotels. Avoid this at all costs. No mirror in room outside bathroom. Even bathroom doors cannot be locked. Reception people don't like when you stand there. They don't like children walking around. Behaving like a police station. Hotel would rate 3 star on edge. Not even close to 4 star. All rooms are very very small.

Great experience! Helen was really good at the reception - helped us get an early check-in. They let us explore the pool area coz checkin was late. Breakfast spread was amazing! And we got FREE mini bar access too! Also the cafe opposite has great coffee

This place needs to be your consideration for Ho Chi Minh City stay. Comfortable with large rooms and free mini bar, amazing breakfast, restaurant on premises, and surrounded by coffee shops as well as walking distance to many attractions and other restaurants and local food establishments. Roof top pool available but closes early (6pm), staff was very friendly and helpful as well as efficient during check in and check out process. Place was a great value for what it offers, would highly recommend it. There also is a tour operator desk in the lobby available to book trips during your stay.
