WORST STAY PLEASE READ we booked our stay for 5 days, ended up only staying 3. Couldn’t stand it any longer, pillows are so flat. No water pressure in the shower. No hot water in the sink. Stove top smokes when using it because of all the old build up. Sand in the bed and on the bed. Toilet paper is extremely bad quality. Walls are paper thin, Laundry smells like curry, washing machines dirty, no washing detergent. Couldn’t get a refund for it, managers attitude sucks. Do not stay here seriously.

Location is great right across from beach. However as we arrived. Bedding was slightly damp - old grumpy lady said it was humidity and the aircon ( wasn’t humid and aircon was off) not sure how that would have affected bedding. Tv remote was broken - tried to be blamed for it although we only had been there 2 minutes. Shower tap was leaking. Aircon stopped working after an hour. Went and addressed to older lady (owner I think) and she was plain rude and didn’t want a bar of helping. However as we almost had enough found a lovely guy who was happy to help and fix aircon late at night. Other then these few things is a nice play to stay but I think the rooms need some maintenance and modernising. Please replace pillows and bedding 🙏🏻 also please fix check in process - leaving customers details and names on front window of reception is appalling. (Thank you to the 50 ish year old guy who was happy to help)

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. Very good location directly overlooking beach. Within walking distance to all amenities in town. The room was clean and had everything needed. Didn’t need to ask for anything and was asked if everything was good on a daily basis. Look the rooms are nice and basic, pretty comfy bed, fridge, shower, kitchen. But that’s all you need. The aircon and wifi worked. The price was pretty reasonable too. Had a great chat with the owner on checkout and told him we would definitely be back. Such a sweet little place to stay and highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay, lovely spacious unit! Pool area was perfect!

Okay rooms, bed was comfortable. Service was almost nonexistent and don’t expect a hot shower. Building was very old and run down. Location was great. No milk for tea/coffee. No place to put your soap/wash in the shower. No wifi, no information about local services, activities, important numbers etc. Could be soooo much better with a little effort.

Worse stay ever-DO NOT RISK IT. The manager is extremely rude- we did not read the reviews on booking ahead of our stay, PLEASE do that and you will see there is a long list of complaints about the way they treat customers. The place is overpriced and not well maintained, not very clean, no fly screens, aircon is faulty and the way the manager called my husband names for no reason (we asked about the internet which was not working) and tried to escalate the situation meant we had to make the choice to leave after a long drive and fork the money to pay for another place. No refund received. I could go on and on about the way they have signs in the room threatening to charge more from you if you leave after 9?! or don't put dishes away, with no please or thank you. Very unprofessional, I never seen such behaviour from someone in hospitality in Australia before.

We stayed for 6 nights great location right on the beach central location to explore Steep point and Francois Peron national park and Monkey Mia very comfortable

They have no idea about customer service. They look and talk to you as you are staying free. Very rude and the guy never even bother to listen to you. As from the other reviews he threatened us to cancel the booking. Shouting to the kids. No replacement towels, bedsheets or bathroom supplies. This place needs a lot of TLC. Only one small air-condition at the kitchen area and that is facing the stove so if you are cooking then can’t use it at all. No air conditioning or heating at the rooms. Pool fencing is eroded and found a dead mice at the common BBQ area. Only plus is the location. Stay away as much as possible from this place.
