Bay of Bengal Resort is a hidden gem that offers the perfect peaceful escape. The resort’s quiet, almost private beach location made it the ideal place to unwind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with alternating Burmese menu such as Mohinga, Coconut Noodle, etc and all sorts of eastern and western food. The New Year’s Eve Food and Music Special was a memorable evening filled with great food and live music. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Waking up to the sea view and enjoying fresh coconut drinks was the perfect way to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the incredible staff. I was traveling with my mom, who sometimes need a wheelchair, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. They were so attentive and warm, always ready to assist with any request, making us feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-cared-for retreat, I highly recommend Bay of Bengal Resort. It’s a peaceful haven with a team that truly cares.

A Relaxing Retreat at B.O.B Resort Ngwe Saung Beach 🤩||Our stay at B.O.B was a truly relaxing escape. The location was superb, offering a serene and secluded atmosphere (like a private beach)|The bungalow was spacious and luxurious, though I felt the warm lighting could benefit from additional brighter options. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring a luxurious scent and rich amenities.|Food was delicious but a bit expensive. While we missed the buffet due to fewer guests in the rainy season, our à la carte breakfast was very tasty.|Overall, B.O.B Resort offers a fantastic luxury beach experience. The hotel is pretty good the beach was very clean and it feels almost even private with how little people are there. Its peaceful and quiet there and great.

There is foul smelling from the bathroom. I recommend Yacht club resort which is the same price with higher standard.

This is such a wonderful place to visit. The photos do not show the serene and peaceful location. Our lodge was right on the beach close to the restaurant too. Our room was beautiful and we were catered in every way. The staff are absolutely brilliant. The food for breakfast is buffet style and there is lots of variety. The dinner menu is very good and they are able to cater to alternative tastes and dietary requirements. An absolute gem of a place to stay. We will definitely return!!

Refined, elegant, charming and calm hotel. Secluded beach attached to the hotel. At the end of the Bay so no flow of traffic across the beach. Open, bright and as close to the sea as you can be. Beautiful rooms, balcony sea views. Myanmar elegance displayed through traditional wooden furnishings and style. Food fresh and cooked to order. Even the simple dishes with extra touches of detail. Professional team to attend to you and make your stay pleasurable. Pool or sea swimming. less than 5 minutes walk. You won't want to leave!

This hotel provide an amazing customer service : good food, helpful staff, very clean rooms... |It is ideally located because it is quiet, at the end of the beach. The rooms overlook the beach and have a magnificent view. |We highly recommend this hotel and we will come back!

This is a place you will absolutely want to return to. My partner and me visited for a long weekend. Sometimes when you arrive you realise the photos on the web page are well edited and the reality is somewhat different. In this instance the location is BETTER than the review.|Apon arrival we were greeted by friendly, knowledeable and helpful staff. The villa we were in was classy and impeccably clean and well presented. The Bathroom area is spacey and stylish with only a partical roof giving it an airy feel. We did meet a friendly frog in there but he soon hopped off. |Out front of the villa there is ample decking with plenty of shade before a grass area and then a well maintained beautiful beach. The sun goes down over the sea offering exquisite sunsets which can be viewed from either the villas or dining area of resort.|The high quality menu is varied both for the evening meal and Buffet breakfast. As a vegan I was pleasently surprised of the variety of dishes available to me and the staff knowledge as to my dietary requirements.|We are already planning to return for a longer period next year to go to the many attractive places locally and enjoy more of the amazing hospitality.
