Bay Town Inn

We stayed for 3 nights and will definitely come back. Clean, quiet, fantastic location. So nice to just park and be able to walk everywhere. Every day fresh muffins, cleaning service if you want it. Easy check in and communication was top notch.

The Bay Town Inn is a pleasant relaxing spot excellently located in the still undiscovered Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The rooms are beautifully appointed after having been rebuilt after Katrina. You can wander down the street to a number of fun bars and restaurants on the water. Manager Teresa is a delight.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. There was a beautiful fresh flower bouquet. There was yogurt, granola, and water for us in the room. In the late evening we were brought fresh muffins for breakfast.

Bay Town Inn is the best place to stay in Bay St. Louis! The rooms are cute, comfortable, and clean. Our room had a suite setup with a living area, kitchen, and bedroom. It felt like home away from home. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, and we greatly appreciated the stocked fridge and daily delivery of muffins. Everyone was very friendly, as well. We will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Excellent hotel. Could not be in a better location. Room was spacious and comfy. Shower water pressure good and bed was comfy. Pillows were a bit spongy but they did fine. Having a fridge was really nice to have in the room. Pool was well kept and all of the staff was very nice. If you stay here get a golf cart it’s a must!! Each morning we got muffins and juice to the room.

This was our first time to stay in Bay St. Louis. I found Baytown Inn online and booked many months in advance. What a very nice place to stay. It is a small inn but they do not skip out on the amenities. The property is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable. They provide fresh muffins during the week and a hot breakfast on the weekends at the restaurant next door. They even provide bottle water and soft drinks in your room at no additional charge. The pool is a great area to gather with others and visit. The staff is very friendly and communicated about exactly how to check in, where to park, etc. the morning of our arrival. The property is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. I would definitely recommend this inn and would stay here again.

Had a great stay at Bay Town Inn. We had The Lighthouse room, a large comfortable room on second floor with a private balcony. Nice to have the space. Room was well furnished and maintained. Muffins were provided for weekday breakfast, along with yogurt, granola bars, and juice. Weekends offer more. Also stocked with water, soft drinks and coffee. Pool looked very nice, but didn't use it. Easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, bars in Old Town and Depot area. Best place to stay in BSL.

The absolute gem of Bay St. Louis. We enjoy all the comforts of home during every visit. The owner takes pride in a well maintained and staffed facility. She provides a well stocked mini-fridge with accompanying snacks and always leaves delicious muffins baked at the local bakery.

This quickly became one of my favorite places I have ever visited. This lovely inn is across from the water and the angel tree. Very walkable to downtown area and water. Prompt and friendly staff. The chocolates upon check in are phenomenal. Additionally they bring you muffins each morning. There is a small refrigerator with water and juice options. The grounds are surrounded by jasmine and the fragrance will leave imprints on your soul.

Everything about this place is wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer. But we were one stop on our way to and from an east cost destination. We got our same room twice. Allowed our Yorkie on frenchie/bully mix pups to join us. We loved that our cottage had a living room, a light kitchen, bath and bedroom. It was like a mini home. The shower was amazing. The grounds were great and beautiful and a great restaurant connected to property. It was heaven for us who were driving weary. It was like being home and gave us such peace and lightened our mood. We hadn't planned on stopping there on our way back but found we were going to have to drive to late to make it to where we thought we would. So we called and the owner Teresa was wonderful and quickly accommodated us with the same room we had before. Ohhhh and the muffins and cookies waiting for us along with waters, nature bars and yogurt waiting on us when we arrived. We are in love with Baytown Inn! Cant wait until we can actually stay longer. Until next time. Which might be sooner than later.

This is our go to destination when traveling to Houston Tx to see our granddaughter, there super accommodating to us , friendly and always welcoming, the cottages are spacious with all the amenities needed to make the stay feel like home , dog friendly and comfortable and safe ! These ladies have put together a wonderful place to stay! I

Beautiful little town. Loved this B&B. Extremely clean, cutely decorated. Many extra touches to make your stay pleasant. Very relaxing atmosphere.

We love to stay at Bay Town Inn and stay a couple of times per year for work. The place is so cute and very clean. The beds are comfortable and you are greeted with freshly baked muffins and cake pops for a nice snack. It makes it much more comfortable being away from home.

Charming Bed & Breakfast on the Bay, this is a small and very clean and adorable place to stay, walk to restaurants and bars. A great relaxing get away for anyone young or old.

Oh my we just loved it here. The place is so close to everything & everything is in walking distance. We were so used to going to Waveland to get away but I think we found our new place so peaceful. Can't wait to go back. Nikki and her staff were so sweet & very hospitable. The breakfast on the weekend that Nikki herself made was to die for. All I have to say is we can't wait to go back!

I just spent a wonderful weekend here with my sister. This was my second time to the Bay Town Inn and it was just as fabulous as the first time. The property is lovely and the rooms are adorable and comfortable. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the beach. Each weekend breakfast was so delicious and filling. I look forward to spending time again there soon.

What a wonderful getaway close to NOLA! Perfect place to relax. I spent a couple of hours swinging under a huge oak tree people watching. And the pool is exceptional. When I wasn't swinging I was swimming. If you are more of a party type they are right across the street from local watering holes! Clean, quiet, peaceful and I plan to make this trip as often as I can. Oozing Southern Charm!!!

Absolutely the best bed and breakfast I have stayed up. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is always delicious. I love the view and the wonderful breeze coming off the bay. And to top it all of, I adore the resident pups! What a wonderful place!

Stayed her in June 2021. Awesome rooms, awesome service, awesome location. The pool is great and pool towels are offered. It right across the street from local restaurants, bars, the marina, and the beach. Nikki Moon, the owner, was welcoming. We received a handwritten note with fresh baked cookies upon arrival. The staff was helpful and friendly. Don't pass on the swing under the oak tree.

Bay Town Inn is my home away from home. I travel to the area multiple times a year and I will always stay here. It is so cute and the staff is wonderful. In regards to a previous review....Stella Moon and Miley are precious dogs and it just seems like Sara A. is a troll and shame on you for reviewing a place you haven't even stayed.

We spent the night at the Bay Town Inn and were absolutely delighted. Nikki Moon, the owner, was the perfect hostess and made sure we knew she was available if we had any issues or questions. Our stay was so pleasant, we had neither. The place was built after Katrina, so it is quite new. When we saw the lovely pool we wished we;d thought to pack bathing suits! The room decor was eclectic, nautical, fun, well thought out and beautiful. Great bed! As others have commented, they bring breakfast to you. When we were there it was a French Toast bread pudding smothered in syrup and blueberries, a delightful fruit salad and two maple flavored sausages. We REALLY enjoyed our breakfast. If I have to say something negative, it would be about the free wi-fi. While the signal was strong, the bandwidth was low. Put another way. it was slow. We had better speed when we used our phone as a wi-fi hotspot. However, we weren't there to surf the net, so this was a very small issue for us. If your travels take you to Bay St. Louis, I hope they will also take you to the Bay Town Inn!

Almost bespoke customer service provided by proprietor, Nikki. This bed and breakfast has plenty of charm for families, and business travelers alike. From the fresh baked muffins, to the high-quality furnishings, this place will not disappoint. Plenty of dining options within easy walking distance allow you the opportunity to really take in all of Bay St. Louis's charm!

We could not have picked a better place to spend our 10 day transition between selling our home and moving into our next place. The staff was great and especially accommodating to our little dog. Room was extremely comfortable. Snacks and breakfast were far beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing & welcoming get away.

I evacuated from Destin, FL before Hurricane Michael hit the panhandle and stayed at The Bay Town Inn. It was dog friendly, newly rebuilt after Katrina and the location was fabulous. All suites that are light and airy and the owner is the most gracious hostess! You feel that you are at the home of a good friend waking up to fresh made muffins hanging on your door, and a friendly wave from everyone there. The location is across the street from the harbor and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the ice creamery. I will definitely visit again.

An absolutely enchanting place with an amazing view of the bay. Fresh baked muffins delivered for breakfast daily were a delight. The rooms are lovely, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The room fridge is stocked daily with drinks and snacks at no extra charge, and there is a lovely set of other snacks. The pool is open all hours for a nice relaxing dip, which is a pleasant change from the humidity. There are several nice restaurants in easy walking distance. Should I ever visit again, I will be sure to stay here again.

Drove from Dallas just to see this B&B in Bay St Louis, Mississippi , we were very happy to finally see how beautiful this place was. Arrived late and was welcomed with Nikki's homemade cookies with a welcome note. This place is incredible, a five star bed & breakfast, We stayed in room 8 upstairs overlooking the view of the bay. Enjoyed our weekend get away and will be back again. Thank you Nikki for making the place like home.

This Inn is such a great find. It is located in the perfect spot. The Inn is clean, breakfast is great, the pool court yard is very nice. Nikki the owner is super nice. You are in walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants. I will surely be back.

Absolutely wonderful and charming place to stay. The rooms are very nice and super clean. The owner Nikki couldn't be any nicer if she wanted too. They have a very nice pool area to relax at. Free ice on site. Our room had a mini fridge stocked with free waters,cokes and Orange juice. We wanted to get away from the city "New Orleans" and have a laid back weekend. And we got just what we wanted here. We will for sure be coming back. Thanks for your hospitality Nikki.

I usually stay at the Hyatt but luckily they were filled up. I called Bay Town Inn because I had been looking at this place for years. Why did I wait so long to call?? What a terrific inn which is located in one of my favorite gulf coast towns. It's a little higher than a regular hotel but what a great value! Porches with white Adirondack rockers and a gulf breeze, how could it get any better. Lots of affordable restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner all within walking distance. Everyone should put this place on their lists to visit. You won't be disappointed and you shouldn't wait as long as I did to give it a try. I will absolutely look forward to coming back!!!

Beware of the housekeeping Nazi. Some members of our group, who stayed in another room, supposedly got one of the Inn's quilts damp when they temporarily left a towel on the bed. The housekeeping Nazi freaked out! I mean, she pitched an unclean fit. When all was said and done, I paid the owner of the Inn $100 for dry cleaning. I kindly asked for a dry cleaning receipt by the end of our stay (an entire week). To this day, I have never received that receipt. I don't know if the housekeeping Nazi still works there. She may have retired off the $100 "dry cleaning expenses" that they've probably charged to other guests besides us. The owner at the time was a tad snooty as well. It's a beautiful place, but they could really improve their customer relations.

The Bay Town Inn is charming. The rooms are fresh, clean and have a nice sitting area. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. Loved the pool too! The owner and her staff are warm and friendly and gave us tips on what to do in the area, The breakfast delivered to our room was lovely and the kitchen in the room is stocked with coffee, sodas, and waters. I highly recommend the Inn and Bay St. Louis! It is definitely special and that makes us look forward to returning,

Mrs. Nikki is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Not even knowing us 5 minutes I felt like she's been a good friend for years. The room we stayed in was very comfortable & home felt. Especially with the cookies & goodies we had in the fridge waiting for us upon arrival. I will without a doubt be coming back to stay here in the future!

My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend away. We could not have been more please with the entire experience. From the Inn proprietor to the very well appointed and clean rooms! I have traveled around the world and seldom stayed at a place that I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The town of Bay St. Louis is a great get away for families and couples get-always alike!

My husband and I stayed here a few days after Thanksgiving while visiting family. The breakfast was wonderful! They deliver it to your room instead of the communal buffet style breakfast. This hotel is relatively new so it is very clean and nice. Our room was like a small apartment with plenty of room for two people. I highly recommend this B&B if you are visiting Bay St. Louis. We will definitely be back if we need a hotel the next time we are visiting.

What an incredibly charming place! The owner, Nikki, has assured that every amenity is provided and the breakfast is delicious. The staff welcomes you like good friends and the view of the gulf is beautiful. We consider this our new home away from home and will be back soon!

My husband and I stayed at the Bay Town Inn for our 24th anniversary last weekend, and I'm in love with the place! So charming; I loved everything from the pool to the awesome breakfast delivered right to you door every morning. There were even his and her robes to wear. Our suite was very clean and I loved that we had our own kitchen, complete with mini fridge stocked with bottled water, soft drinks, and juice. We can't wait to come back! Michelle and Robert B.
