"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE"
-I called Friday, June 3, 2011 to reserve flights for 3 passengers..They obtained all necessary informations about the passengers..They promised to return my call after few minutes..Unfortunately, I did not here from them..
-Saturday, June 4, 2011, I checked the status of our bookings..An associate advised me to call them back on Monday instead..
-I telephoned them again Monday morning, June 6, 2011..I was advised to wait for their response in 10minutes..No feedback was received..
-We had great business relationship with one of their customer representatives, LISA, few years ago..I wonder what happened to their customer service standards now..
-The person who answers phone calls should be given formal training in handling positive customer service..I was very disappointed..
