Stayed 4 nights as a family in an apartment with a large living room with a bed and another bedroom downstairs and a private pool. We did self drive in Jeju. ||The actual accommodation looks exactly like the photos. Spacious and clean. There is cooking facilities and cutleries and plates etc and a microwave. Coffee via a Nespresso machine. Water is provided. There is free laundry facilities downstairs which is extremely handy and very much welcomed. ||Staff is welcoming and helpful. Came to welcome us and helped with our luggage upon arrival. ||Narnia restaurant is decent as well. ||Then whole resort is well designed and looks great. However you do notice some areas which is not as well maintained eg there seems to be some water seepage around the window frames. The overhead air conditioner did drip water occasionally. ||That said, overall we enjoyed the stay.

We had to switch room two times over our 4 night stay. The first room was near mechanicals that made a consistent thumping noise. After a sleepless night we were moved to new room which smelled like someone had just cooked in it but fine we made do. The next day we found a consistent drip in front of our door, making it hard to get in and out of our room without getting wet. The front desk explained to us that it is ok because it’s not leaking in our room. They eventually gave us a new room to sleep in and allowed us to leave our bags in our existing room. I asked for a manager to call me but was told he’s busy. Other notes - the ‘gym’ is not a gym it’s a couple treadmills and a rower. The restaurant has one person working the dining room. Poor guy is overworked doing everything. Location is somewhat secluded. Rooms are need of a paint job. I would not recommend staying here based on service, location and quality of amenities. clearly management does not care either - I never received a call.

If you’re looking for a place to relax for a few nights, I think this hotel is perfect. But if you’re looking for a hotel close to exciting tourist sights and restaurants, this may not be the place for you.||We booked the honeymoon villa for two nights and it was HUGE! Two beds, two bathrooms, a large kitchen area, spacious pool, and a massive karaoke room. We entertained ourselves one night with a singalong, although we had to call the front desk to help us figure out the complicated sound system. You have to pay a reasonable amount of money to heat the pool, but we thought it was worth it for one afternoon because it gave us something to do. There is also a hot tub in the bedroom. ||The room was very clean and it was easy to watch TV, Netflix, and Amazon. We were surprised that we were not offered more towels for our stay and that room cleaning had to be booked the day before. By the time we checked in, we missed the time to book a room cleaning.||The grounds of the hotel are pretty and we appreciated the car charging station. The restaurant was simply ok. We were the only people in the restaurant yet we kept having to ask the server for assistance and they never asked how our meal was. The flatbread needed to be cooked longer and our mains and desserts were simply average.||Our biggest disappointment was the location of the hotel. It’s about a 35 minute drive to the main waterfalls and the main tourist area. There is very little to do around the hotel aside from a walk to the waterfront and a few restaurants. The location is very quiet - great if you want to relax but not very exciting. While I appreciate the boutique feel of the hotel, I wish we had booked one of the bigger luxury hotels in a more exciting area.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The views are breathtaking, and the room was super comfortable. The town itself is charming and quiet, which was perfect for us. The waterfront is easy to get to and walk along, and there are some really cute places to eat. The only downside was the spa. It’s run separately from the hotel, but the hours are unpredictable and we couldn’t book despite several tries in different ways. We tried to visit twice in person during their opening hours, but the door was locked and no one was there. And when we tried to call, communication was not possible in English (not their fault, I wish I could speak Korean!). So, I tried booking a massage through email-hoping that AI translation could facilitate. The email correspondence clearly stated the time and day of the massage, but when I showed up, no one was there. Even a confirmed booking in writing is not possible! . The hotel, though, was really sorry about it, so I don’t blame them. It did make our stay a bit less enjoyable, though.

Absolutely amazing view. The in room pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Just note there is a charge for the adding warm water to the pool. Reception staff members Mr Chin and Mr Samuel very friendly and helpful, asked a lot of question and very patient. TV has Disney plus and Netflix for free and kitchen fully equipped.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in south Korea's easily. Waking up to look out at the ocean everyday was great. The staff is helpful and they speak English well. Depending on what you want to do on the island things are about 40 minute drive north or 60 to the east side but overall I'd stay here again.

Staying south side of Jeju Island was a great choice, and staying here for our honeymoon trip was an even better choice. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Stayed at Bayhill Pool & Villa for 4 nights & extremely enjoyed this hotel. Loved the design of the building & gardens however the gardens were not maintained as well as we expected for such a fabulous resort.|All the staff were extremely helpful, spoke & understood English beautifully which made it that much easier to communicate throughout our stay. A special thanks to Choi Won Hyeok who went above & beyond to assist us with all our questions & requests. However all reception staff were extremely polite, professional & a joy to talk to.|We arrived quite late at night as the front desk is manned 24 hours & we were greeted by a lovely staff member who briefed us on everything & made us feel immediately welcomed. The room was extremley clean & very spacious, bed & pillows were super comfy & we loved that the room had a kitchenette & coffee machine. We booked a Studio Partial Ocean View room & not really sure how I overlooked this detail during our stay but our room did not have any view let alone a partial ocean view as advertised but to be completely honest it did not take away from our experience as we were hardly ever in our room, so be sure you do get what you book. As the summer season had finished the pool area was closed & was not able to be used which was a little dissappointing as coming from Australia we swim all year round given the opportuinty especially when the weather is warm. Although the hotel is in a very quiet location it is in walking distance to the beach, convenience stores, a few good restaurants & bus stops so for us it was perfect. We contacted the front desk as we thought there was an issue with a leaky toilet, they called the maintenance person immediately who informed us the issue was the shower & not the toilet & it was fixed immediately without any inconvenience at all. We enjoyed 1 breakfast & a few dinners at the in house restaurant Narnia & here the staff were also very friendly & professional so would recomend this too, not fancy, yet not expensive either. If you are looking for a relaxed stay in a great hotel I would highly recommend to couples, family with young, teenaged or adult kids & we would not hesitate to return if we visit Jeju again.
