Bayleaf Cafe

Stopped by Bayleaf Café for breakfast with family on our way to Sydney, and it was an absolute treat! The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as amazing. Every dish was crafted to be enjoyed, with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that made the experience even better. The café has a relaxed Byron Bay vibe, with great coffee and friendly service to match. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is a must-visit for a top-notch breakfast. Highly recommend!

This is a delightful spot for a meal. The food is not only delicious but also generously portioned, leaving you satisfyingly full. 🤩 The atmosphere is fantastic, with chatty and enthusiastic staff who clearly enjoy their work, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Guests seem genuinely happy, creating a warm and inviting vibe. While sitting outside is highly recommended for the full experience, there's ample space inside as well. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or catch up with friends, this place offers a wonderful setting with great food and service.

As a Brit I take roast potatoes quite seriously.. in the 5+ years that I’ve been in Australia I’ve never found anywhere that does a good one until now. The ones that come with the Lamb Gyros are exceptional.

Service was great. The girls were super friendly. Absolutely loved the place and the vibes. The Turkish eggs were just amazing. Would deffo recommend 👌 Oh and Xena loved the place too 🐾 🐾

Bayleaf is my go to cafe in Byron. The food is super healthy with so many delicious options and the staff are super friendly! I've also heard that they are seed oil free which is amazing for all the health conscious customers!

Nice cafe with delicious breakfast/brunch options. Staff was friendly and attentive. The vibe around 10am was just very busy/foodcourt like and not as relaxing as I hoped. Will try again at another time.

Best Cafe in Byron! The service runs like clockwork here, you won’t be left for a few minutes without having one of the staff get you seated, take your order or paying the bill. I had the avocado toast with beetroot and a poached egg, which genuinely every mouthful was delicious! The chai late tastes just like my time in India, so I was very impressed … I’d even go as far as saying the best chai I’ve had in Australia! Sitting watching the baristas at work is like a perfect dance, if you’re lucky to get that spot. This is a buzzing, vibrant cafe but with a calming atmosphere. Definitely worth the wait if you find yourself in a queue for a table here! Highly recommend during your Byron trip ❤️

Great breakfast with nice coffee and a cozy atmosphere. We ordered the avo smash and the chilli scramble, which both were very tasty. The chilli scramble is accented with dill and not very spicy. Great place for families or by yourself with kind and fast service.
