We had a King suite, our room was fantastic . It had a great view of the lake. Our balcony was a great spot to enjoy some beverages. The suite was updated, neutral decor. Very nice walk in shower. Front desk persons were excellent upon arrival and departure. This location made everything walkable.

Perfect location in the heart of town. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. We reserved a river front room but there was no view of anything due to trees along the perimeter of the property. Our check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, parking was a little tight for large SUV’s but not bad. We were only here for one night but would come back again without hesitating.

Extremely clean and spacious. Staff was professional. The view was spectacular and it was convenient for parking as well as accessing all the attractions. Great for families and couples. Waterton is a gem of a place to visit. Definitely gonna make it or go to at least every second year.

Went with my senior center folks though Collette travel. This is more of a lodge than an inn or spa. I didn't see any spa area, pool, etc. It is picture perfect right on the lake. In the am we saw deer cruising on the property! Rooms are really no frills. Hot water. Good towels. TV with many channels. Everyone of us complained that the AC couldn't be regulated. TOO COLD. We had to turn it off for a while and turn it on later, or open the door/window. I guess it is very safe up there, since they don't lock the hall way doors at night. Beautiful property, although small. Gift shop next door. Has many cool items. Also, they have a restaurant which is looking very top notch but the breakfast buffet we had wasn't. The staff didn't replenish regularly and when the second batch came out it was COLD. Coffee service area was too small for 50# plus people. No salt and pepper on the tables. But we did see two weddings there as we ate dinner. perfect setting for that. The town is loaded with little shops and restaurants. Pricey.

Enjoyed our time at the Bayshore Inn.||Our room was modern, clean and spacious. We were fortunate enough to be positioned on the upper floor and in a corner with a fabulous view of the lake and neighbours only to one side.||There are many lake view rooms and we were pleased to be be on the upper floor as those lower down seemed to have a view more obscured by trees and passers by would seem closer whilst on your balcony.||The inn is situated as part of the main shopping, restaurant and cafes area which was very convenient. |

Visiting family in Alberta so came for a little break in waterton for the night. It cost us just shy of €550 for the night (FOR 1 NIGHT). We booked a week in advance and asked for a ground floor lake view apartment due to my partner vaping. We was promised this. On the day of arrival we was greeted at the front desk by a gentleman (who didnt have the best attitude) didn’t who advised us that there was no ground apartments yet the people that had arrived before us (by luck their was availability for them on the day for that night) got a ground floor lake view apartment. I wouldn’t even bother paying for a lake view as you can’t see a thing on the second floor due to the trees. The room was just average, the noise from the aircon unit was very loud all night and there was no milk for coffee in the morning. You would Atleast expect the standards when paying that much. I wouldn’t stay again and that’s a shame! We will try elsewhere next time.

This is a great location. The rooms were comfortable and nice but could use update. (The halls were actually dirty.) The AC didn’t cool the bedroom well but the fan made it bearable. The location was wonderful. The management was super helpful after my wife left her smartwatch in the room. They tracked it down and mailed to us. (A member of the housekeeping staff had taken it)

Room was standard. Eventhough it was lakeside, there is not much of a view. The trees were blocking it. Did have a great view of Mt. Vinny. For the price, I'd look elsewhere. The staff also recommended eating at the Chophouse. Definitely WOULD NOT go there. Check my review for more details (Lakeside Chophouse).
