Bayshore Resort

We had an amazing stay at Phangan Bayshore. The service was outstanding – every staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The rooms were spotless, modern, and felt very new, which made our stay extra comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The restaurant was another highlight. Great food, fresh dishes, and a beautiful atmosphere right by the beach. We ended up eating there more often than planned because everything was so good. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Koh Phangan!

One of best rooms we ever stayed in!! Make sure you stay in the new section of the hotel tho. The breakfast was fabulous. The view from the room is good!! It has a nice pool, the hotel is next to sea which is great to hop in the pool to the sea after. Only remark: lot of mosquitoes inside the room, they leave room doors open while cleaning the room. But overall one of the best hotel experience ever had!!

The Phangan Bayshore Resort is the perfect beach resort. The rooms are decorated beautifully with a lovely beach style. The deluxe premium room has everything and was very comfortable. The hotel is right on the beach which is gorgeous to swim in with the blue water. The best part is the staff are very nice, friendly and helpful from the reception to the restaurant and pool area. Thank you to everyone that made my stay there so nice. I would highly recommend staying there.

Our stay at this hotel was really pleasant. The (white sand) beach and breakfast are amazing! The location of the hotel is nice and quiet, and if you want some bars or drinks at the beach it’s just a 5 min walk. The newly renovated hotel facilities look great. We stayed in one of the “old” bungalows but it was absolutely appropriate for the price, they are spacious and clean. The best service was at the reception, everyone is super nice. A special thank you for Peng for welcoming us, being so lovely and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff gave the impression that providing assistance was a burden rather than their duty. Breakfast was very poor — orders are taken by the waiter, but even a simple omelet took 45 minutes to arrive. In addition, the hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet. Resting or relaxing during the day was simply not an option. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be returning.

Great place to stay ! Staff is gentle, the room was amazing with towels and mini bar free of charge. The breakfast was incredible with someone cooking your eggs and bringing at your table. You really feel you’re special in this hotel. Everyone is so gentle, always smiling. They bring you the happiness you came to find in this beautiful place. The beach is wonderful just in the front of the hotel and so warm… this was delightful! |Many Thanks to all the staff from the reception to the cleaning room : you really do a wonderful job for your customers!! |Hope I can go back one day…

was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The pool was under heavy renovation from morning until evening, with loud drilling and construction noises that made it impossible to use or relax near the pool. This was not clearly stated before booking, only after I made the reservation did it appear that the hotel was under renovation, and cancellation was not possible. When I raised the issue with the hotel staff, their response was dismissive, simply saying “this is the situation.” It’s extremely frustrating that such important information was not made clear upfront. Transparency is essential, and guests should be informed honestly before booking.

We stayed there for 5 days and had 4 connecting rooms in the newly renovated wing. And it was pure luxury. Beautiful. Stylish. Nothing was missing. There were beach bags, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, complimentary water and soft drinks. Outside the room, there was a lovely veranda that we made great use of. The veranda never got too hot — of course, a fan had been installed out there. Everything is so thoughtfully designed.|Breakfast at Bayshore is absolutely amazing. Be sure to try the Eggs Benedict or the Avocado Toast. So delicious.|The hotel is located right on the beach — the same beach where the Half Moon and Full Moon parties take place. We were there during the Half Moon Party, but we didn’t notice any noise or litter on the beach at all. You had to walk about 5 minutes down the beach to get to the party area. It had a cozy vibe, lounge music, fire shows, etc. But no noise could be heard from the hotel. So don’t let that stop you from booking this wonderful hotel.|The beach, by the way, is fantastic! Clean and lovely, and with a jellyfish net so you can swim safely — even with children. It’s relatively shallow, but not so much that you can’t swim out properly.|The hotel is right in the middle of town — you can reach a 7-Eleven in 5 minutes, and there are plenty of massage places and tourist shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from booking snorkeling trips to arranging taxis. And when we needed medical assistance, they were also just fantastic — efficient, kind, and quick to help.|Only the highest recommendations for this amazing hotel. We would gladly come back.
