My girlfriend and I spent the last five nights of our month-long vacation in Thailand at this wonderful hotel, and I must say we were truly impressed from the very first moment. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and a stunning view of the pool and a partial sea view that took our breath away every time we looked out the window. The ground-floor terrace was perfect, and the cleanliness was impeccable. A special thanks goes to the waitress named Honey, whose outstanding professionalism and friendly demeanor always brightened our meals. She was always ready to assist us with a smile and is truly a precious asset to the staff. We would also like to thank the restaurant manager, who was incredibly kind and did an excellent job being so attentive to every detail, making the restaurant one of the best we experienced in all of Thailand. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for the famous beach party and is the best choice for practically anything one could hope for in a dream vacation.

THE place to stay in Phangan. The staff was friendly, always kept the place quiet and clean. Very close to the full moon, yet no noise so those who get tired can sleep while the parties going. The gym is clean and equipped, close to food, bars, money exchange and taxi. I'd certainly stay there again. (And take the Villas. Way more comfortable than the poolside rooms).

Amazing hotel! The people, the rooms, the gorgeous atmosphere, location, facilities, service. Everything was top tier. Special thank you to Jason and Nam Tan for taking such good care of us, they made our stay even more enjoyable :))

A beautiful, romantically decorated beachfront espresso bar and bistro. |Went for two nights for dinner. It definitely costs more, but it's worth it. |Number one must try the Brie Cheese burger (THB 430). My second favorite was the Pasta a la salmon (THB 420) and then the Parmesan chicken (THB 390). On Sunday nights, they do seafood BBQ beach front!||

For the service, everything was really nice. 😊😊😊 But sometimes the staff doesn't know some information or what's going on there. 🤨🤨🤨 I asked the staff at the restaurant that co-working with the hotel about the balcany on the 2nd floor but he knows nothing so he asked one lady (I have no idea if she is the manager) but she talked aggressively to him instead of telling me the information. 😡😡😤😤 On the same day but night time there was a dog in a women toilet so I told the staff that there is one in there, idk if they could gave the dog some water but again the same lady walk by and told me AGGRESSIVELY that the dog is not belong to them then walk away. I know it was a NewYear party there but that was not nice to being too tough for people. 😊😊😊 Btw the short hair lady was always greeting us and she is so active!! Plus small staff from the restaurant he is always gave us a big smile 😁😁

Great stay ! We stayed for the full moon party so the hotel was the perfect location to beach and town. Would recommend staying in a villa as slightly further back. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast with great views

Very Disappointing Dining Experience at the Hotel Restaurant My friends and I decided to dine at the hotel restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant. Each of us received our dishes at different times—one got their plate, the second had to wait an additional 40 minutes, while the third waited even longer (and we all ordered almost the same dish!). If that wasn't bad enough, we ordered a small piece of bread, and it took them 35 minutes to bring it to the table.oh and also When the food finally arrived, it was simply not tasty, except for the shakshuka, which was decent And the worst thing after i spoke to the waitress he started to scream on us and blame us ! We was shocked 😮 . Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations one would have from a hotel restaurant. Such a shame!

Best staff and location amazing people looking after every need and beautiful rooms we lived it will be back . Special mention to JASON at pool bar and NAM TAN at reception Amazing service :) 😀
