Bayview Gardens Hotel

Partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. While a bit on a steep hill with some stairs, the privacy and views are absolutely the best you can ask for. Our room was so cute, so clean, and very spacious. The pool area is quiet and the views, especially at sunset, are breathtaking. Def recommend staying here.

The view from the room was just breathtaking. I feel very lucky having been able to spent a night here. Perfect for watching the sunset from the comfort of your own room. Breakfast is brought up to your room. There are different dinner recos in the folder in the room. The pool is also super nice, with great view to the bay. The water in it is cool so it is refreshing to take a dip. I wish i could have had more time here.

It’s a really nice hotel! The view of the bay is terrific! Staff are very friendly. They can provide personalized services and willing to help all the guests with special needs. The way up to the room is a little bit difficult to climb, while the staff always help with our luggage. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel and the premium bay view room!

A wonderful place to stay. It's very steep sp doesn't suit anyone that's not able bodied. However the view is incredible from our room and the food is very good. The only challenge is there is no communications from the room so if you need anything you need to walk down to get it, but helps to get the steps up!! VERY good value for money.

The view is nice indeed but since the room is on the hill and not sound isolated, so you you get a stereo concert of mosques and boats the whole night. We could not sleep and left the hotel after first night.

The hotel has an amazing view of the bay, and it is relaxing to stand on the balcony to see the sea, ships, hills and mountains, particularly during sunrise and sunset. ||The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. It also has a nice swimming pool. The hot water supply of the shower could sometimes be unstable but it was manageable. ||This hotel is not for people with mobility issues - because it’s on a hill with stone steps. It requires a bit of strength to haul the luggages up to the room. ||It could also be quite noisy at night - not from the traffic, but the DJs playing loud dancing music in late evenings, perhaps the open air clubs in the near distance. ||When we arrived upon check-in, the receptionist advised that they couldn’t find our booking, even we presented our deposit payment record and email exchanges. After waiting for a while, they acknowledged that their staff forgot to put our booking into their system and offered to refund the deposit and helped us find another hotel because the hotel was fully booked already - obviously, we disagreed and refused. In the end, they found a room in the hotel for us to stay - not a major problem but it took 30 mins to solve this. ||Overall, the stay at the hotel was not too bad - but if you have high standards of services, this hotel is not your choice because the staff is less trained (but friendly) and the management system is not as rigid.

What a fabulous hotel this is. Beautiful pool just loved our harbourmaster view room with own private balcony. It is on a side of a steep hill so if your walking impared this might not be the place for you. We had room 9 next to the pool loved it! huge bedroom with king size bed big bathroom great water pressure. Breakfast was good having it on our balcony with a fabulous vista. Staff friendly. Manager is very friendly with a good comand of english. We put our clothes in to their laundry was back the next day. $2 kg cheap enough. Smallish eating area undercover next to pool can order snacks coffee etc cold drinks etc..We highly recommend this hotel. Not for children under 4yrs old

We had a very disappointing experience with Bayview Gardens Hotel. Initially, our room was confirmed, and we got told that the invoice would be sent promptly. However, it took three days to receive the invoice, and less than 24 hours were given to complete the payment before our reservation was canceled. Despite having good communication through WhatsApp, the hotel didn’t follow up about the payment there, which would have been much more efficient, considering emails can easily end up in spam. Canceling our reservation just one day before arrival was highly unprofessional. Additionally, when we reached out for alternative solutions, our requests were ignored. Due to this poor handling of our booking, we can only give one star.
